@TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

@TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

@TSB when is the problem with payment approval is going to be sorted? The advice you giving is not working! And why is there no option to approve payments on desktop site?

@TSB I’ve used an alternative method of payment so no longer have the option. I trust this issue will be resolved ongoing though for future payments.

@ShauniMcTaggart @TSB Have just called them. It's a problem with the app. Trying to approve my online shop. They said if it not back in next couple of hours I can phone the shop and pay over the phone as it seems to be just the app that is affected not card payments. Total pain though.

@TSB Last year my dying/deceased father had thousands stolen from his Tsb account you agreed that there had been a fraud and a refund was promised however this still hasn’t happened even after complaining I need help
