Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Solihull, England@TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Solihull, England@TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

sf 🏆🏆🏆🏆 (@custardpie17) reported@TSB thanks for letting me know you became part of Santander four days ago. I shall be closing my account tomorrow, fifty years after opening it. I left Santander several years ago after announcing their DEI credentials which was more about the staff and less about the customer

Lois Sandwich (@lois_sandwich) reported@TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

Ⓦⓘⓛⓛⓘⓐⓜ 🚂 (@williammt) reported@TSB I wouldn't prefer to DM you as it seems to me that @TSB want to hide problems away behind DMs, when existing and prospective customers should know the truth about poor customer service. Use a feature from a large email provider that they thmselves recommend to protect urself 1/2
