It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

Regarding the " services going down " I just saw the message on my banking app, Usually the app is down from 2-5 am for maintenance. Because when I was with Natwest, I couldn't access the app transfer money (Outbound) until the maninace was over.

Transfered money into my lloyds account, no live trace to where its gone, moneys left the accoiunt but poof. Gone. Good job tsb.. Loosing a customer of 19 years here
