This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

Your app can't read cheques without failing every time for different reasons. Your customer support is foreign. Moving all my funds to a real bank.
