@TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

@TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

@1rskl @coinbase @TSB I've never had a problem with Barclays and I use that account for only Crypto stuff. However, I feel like this may be the start of something bigger so maybe ask them first

@TSB @kingpete23 October 2021 and i am having the same problems with getting through to this team. Sort it out TSB before you lose business customers who cannot hang on the phone for hours waiting for you to answer.

@TSB I have had no issue previously transferring money to the account you have just blocked me from sending to, and I'm currently switching banks, because of it. One hint of restricting me from using my money for anything I wish to use my money for, and you have lost a customer.

so @TSB are now blocking me from spending my own money. Can someone recommend a UK bank with which i can move money between crypto exchanges without them putting their oppressive rules in force? Never had a problem until today.

@TSB So in order to use my bank account I either have to request slips to enable me to pay in somewhere that isn't my bank, or I have to draft a covering letter and still go to a Post Office to send it. Why exactly am I still banking with you with this kind of service?

@TSB 30 mins holding to speak to someone about identity theft. Not great service @tsb. I'm trying to prevent fraud but can't make contact.
