It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?
