I really am closing my account, I need daily access to information and so far it has been days!

For 15 years I transferred montly from bank A to TSB savings so that when I needed extra the money was saved, waiting, and could be transferred back. No problem. Now TSB although still showing bank A as a contact, no transfer can be done.
