    @petermarkey @TSB @Blefuscudian We're having an issue with Fraud and TSB also. A company has scammed others using our company name, potentially scamming others out of £100k+ How can these scammers open a TSB account in our name registered Limited name?!

    @SwailesRuth @Sue_Cowley @TSB I totally hear you Ruth. Still in the process of supporting my mum with this 10 month after my dad passed away. It’s utterly exhausting -the paperwork is still ongoing. Bank closures really don’t help…sending a hug

    @SwailesRuth @technologytotea @TSB Awful..I can empathise entirely sadly. Ended up in tears in a well known bank where my parents had banked for 50 yrs ! It was dreadful- I spoke out to all standing in queues & explained my problem. Anger just took over.

    @TSB such bad service , blocked my account a they think fraud happened called straight away to confirm that it was not the case ! Asking me to send my bank details and photo id to and email address , i refused and they asked me to go in to the branch , so my next day off i had

    @technologytotea @SwailesRuth @TSB Automation has gone too far already imo. It has led to a rapid decline in customer service e.g Boots/all utilities/Evri etc etc Hate it. As for those wretched virtual assistants 😵‍💫😵‍💫

    @MorganBroadcast phone and card stolen, savings taken the bank said must have written pin down- can now see how they got it. Went to financial ombudsman who got @TSB to remove fraud indicator as they said was complicit!! Very horrible situation and lost a lot of money and bank accused me of fraud
