@TSB app playing up today, not recognising device, no issues previously..went through the pain of deleting app and starting again, remembering all info & when I got the 6 digit number texted, it still chucks me out, very poor, can't manage money today and need to move it about😠

@TSB for 2 days now I've been unable to use the mobile app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times. Called helpline was advised to turn off mobile data and use wifi. Still not working. Every time an error message appears after entering the 6 digit pin I was sent.

@tsb Hi I stopped working for you guys back in June and for some reason you've continued to pay me for two months and now ordered me to give the money back. I just need to ask is there anyone at this company who actually knows what the Hell they're doing?
