@TSB been trying to get through on the phone to your Debit Card Fraud Payment Verification team since 17:55 this evening, still not had my call answered. Rang your customer service line on a second phone who put me back through to the same number. Awful, time wasting service.

@TSB I’ve had a shocking experience regarding fraud on my debit card - it’s impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone about it, constantly on hold. And why don’t you have the option for mobile notifications whenever a debit card is used, as offered by most other banks?

@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

@TSB How long does a Visa Debit card payment take to fall off? I stopped in a hotel and was not happy with the stay. The manager said that rather than issue a refund, they just wouldn't complete the transaction (no idea why). Payment has been pending since 27/09. TIA.

@TSB I have been notified of potential fraud on my card. Been emailed & called but I’m having no luck speaking to anyone! I’ve emailed the scam team as instructed but not heard anything since I flagged it yesterday. PLEASE HELP!? #TSB #TSBfraud
