    @TSB Serious stress! We need to register LPOA in respect of terminally ill in-laws and your online/teams process messed up and wasn't appropriate anyway! Darlington branch is laughable - not even answering the phone. Need to talk to them today, preferably now. Can you help?

    Another payday and guess what? The @TSB app is down again! Never known anything like it. Time to move to a bank that actual knows how to operate in modern times.

    @TSB fraud team blocked a transaction, allowed the transaction but didn't log it, then blocked the transaction again. Now say once blocked there is NOTHING a customer of 10 years can do or provide to appeal or get that decision reviewed. Algorithms with no feedback are DANGEROUS

    @TSB A saved payee who I have been sending payments to frequently has suddenly disappeared from online and mobile banking. Can you help please ideally reinstate the saved payee or if not, let me know the sort code and account number from the last payment so that I can recreate?

    @TSB So, one cannot login without re-registering, and cannot register because one has already. When the problem is reported, staff cannot deregister till Tuesday and cannot make a todo note, even on a post-it. Customer has to phone again then, rejoining the long queue. Oh dear

    @TSB Thanks Alex, then why does your generally well known to be terrible online banking system accept a weekend date, why not just have a system that greys out unavailable date ?
