    So I get my daughter an account at the local @TSB branch which then closes. Not a problem, we can use internet banking and a paying in book. There’s always a way. Only no there isn’t. Being a child she has to do everything in branch. But there isn’t one? Repeat. Do not pass go.

    @TSB complaint logged with you over a week ago now and over 5working days. No response or 5 working day holding letter. Really bad service.

    Well @TSB are loosing a customer today. They can’t help me on social media or over the phone. You people are incapable at send a paying in book and your phone advisors are rude. You have closed 2 of my local branches and you want me to travel an hour each way to my “closest”.
