  Unimpressed with @TSB and their poor service frankly. The app hasn't worked properly since about midnight last night. Apparently this is a common pay day occurrence.

  @TSB I tried to pay something on card gor declined twice managed to get on app for the money to show come out of my account twice and gone down again

  @TSB will their be compensation for the app and online breaking I live 5 miles away from a branch no car cabs cost £20 each way! Not paying it 2 late payments on my account because no payments working and my card isn’t working either when I try to withdraw £15 each late payment!

  @a514ley @Chris75780713 @TSB At present you can withdrawal from the atm, transfer funds or pay by card so no access to funds.

  @TSB You've been tweeting the exact same thing to people about the app being down. When are you actually going to fix it? No other bank I know has issues like TSB, I need to pay bills and get stuff for my elderly parents. Perhaps compensation is an idea

  @TSB I needed to transfer money to my partner today to pay the bills. I am working a 12hr shift so unable to get to the branch and he has now missed the 2pm cut off for the DDs to be covered! What is TSB going to do about this?

  @TSB you lot are taking the absolute liberty, when is this issue gonna resolve I don’t wanna hear no so sorry to hear that garbage message, tell me will it be resolved today I have money in my savings I can’t even access I need to get stuff for my baby in!
