@TSB not only is my bank account not working, I cannot use my Apple Pay or debit card. Failing to mention that part on your ‘sorry’

@TSB so you literally hang up on people in a queue. Disgusting customer service. You need to compensate all of your customers today as this is shocking. I WILL be moving banks

  • JamiesonJon Pass it (@JamiesonJon) reported

@TSB I am not happy that once again. You are unable to provide the service that is expected of you. Its time to look at alternative banking as I don't have the time or patience to continue with this substandard company

  • robj664 Rob jones (@robj664) reported

@TSB IT failure is a banking error, customers can claim for compensation, especially if the error has had a financial impact, for example, being charged for a payment that was missed as a result of the IT failure.

  • imo_ebbo Imogen ♡ (@imo_ebbo) reported

@TSB so the banking app has been down since 6pm last night. Can't travel to important appointments as can't use card even though there is money in my bank... I hope you're gonna compensate your customers for this MAJOR setback...

  • DebsWilson26 Debbie Wilson (@DebsWilson26) reported

@TSB Time to move banks after 20 years, it would be nice to give some ETA on a fix. This is peoples money and on payday - really unacceptable and lack of communication is going to crucify your bank.
