@TSB Ongoing issues with online banking, called helpline and after 45 minutes hopefully resolved. Reason given “must be a glitch”! Solution - profile deleted and recreated, in other words switch it off and switch it on again!

@TSB Business customer. I deposited a cheque at a local PO (Ballater) on 07/07/21. It didn't appear in my account. Called TSB to find out what's happened to it three weeks ago. Absolutely NO contact from TSB since. WHAT'S HAPPENING ABOUT THIS?

@TSB why is your internet banking so bad? You keep closing branches, reduce opening times of the branches you retain yet you are not backing this up by improving your IT? Every day this week I have attempted to use online banking to not even be able to look at my accounts! Awful.

@TSB Chris, im tired of complaining and expecting results from @TSB when i have fully been let down. It pointless. there is no point in adding anymore to the 'customer relation team' when nothing will happen.
