@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

@TSB please can you clarify your customer service open hours? It says till 9pm on the app, 10pm on here but 8pm the phone. I’m trying to report potential fraud and can’t get through to anyone. The self service doesn’t even offer the option I need. What am I supposed to do?

@GaryCra86435815 @TSB I can't get it to load, or login to the website. Tried phoning Customer Services to see if that was working and once put in Acc/Sort, it just sent me to a generic menu so their entire system must be down.

@TSB good morning. When I try to log in via the app the message I’m getting is “oops, something went wrong. We’re unable to log you in right now. Please try again later”. Are you aware of this? Thank you.

@TSB my card keeps being declined even though I have funds in my account. There is nothing on your tsb page to say you are having problems?
