And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

You have messed all the dates money has left my account and im confused about my actual balance as i had duplicate transactions that look like they were sorted and now its gone down and all my transactions are not the right date!?
