@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@TSB yet again you cause problems. Over night I have now lost access to the banking app. It now requires me to set it up again. I can’t remember all my info hence why I used the app!! I don’t need this what I do need to access to my account!!

@TSB trying to talk to someone re a refund that’s been credited to a credit account that I thought I’d closed. Getting frustrated as I don’t have the card and can’t recall the answers to the security questions. Help please.

@TSB looks like I'm cancelling a new card because yet again when I use it using chip and pin transaction puts a fraud block on my card for the 5th time in one day.

@TSB It logged me out of the app entirely, to behind with. Then when entering my username, it wouldnt allow me to get to the password input stage. Not having the issues now but this is a regular occurrence and it’s a bit of a joke now.

@TSB I am now at 50 minutes waiting and no option for managing cards on app or internet. Absolutely shocking service - TSB seems to lack the quality of services other banks offer (paying cheques in online for example) I can find no reason to continue my business banking with you.

@MeiWilshire @TSB Same for me on desktop using Chrome but can access using Internet Explorer (eugh, I know) but given the number of messages and replies seems unlikely they are not aware of any issues... ¬_¬
