@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

@TSB Thanks for the reply, Phoebe, but that hasn't worked. Same thing still happening. Logging me out when I click on Continue without first "checking & updating" my personal details – which I have already done on a previous visit to the site.

@TSB Your business account login is repeatedly logging me out when I click on CONTINUE on the "protecting your business from fraud" message. I have already "checked & updated" my details, but am having to do it every time now in order to access my a/c. Please fix!

@AmazonHelp That doesn't help me Cassandra. I have spoken to a lovely bloke at @TSB who confirmed no issue with card and they are not declining. They've had a few customers report similar issue with Amazon. Plenty of funds available, details are all correct, tsb have confirmed not declining.
