    @TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

    @TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

    @TSB I was informed by "Zoe" that she doesn't give out her last name and that she is the "only Zoe" in customer services. As she is the only person called Zoe, you can get all the details from her.

    @TSB I can't access my account. I type my username, password, and the digits from my memorable info. This is clearly correct, as it then asks me for an OTP. I type that correctly and it tells me I have entered something incorrect and threatens to lock me out

    @TSB please tell me how I can complain about your Payment Verification Team? I’ve tried doing it via the app but due to the multiple issues I need to raise it’s timing me out. Don’t want to spend a further 4 hrs on the phone so do you have an email address for complaints?

    @TSB I can’t withdraw money into my account, it keeps being blocked by you guys? Spoken to sky bet and they said it’s not bank that’s the issue but I don’t know why..

    @TSB all very well if someone would answer the call- I have lost flight prices etc before because of your bank issues- I just want to pay things at the time and expect a better service from Tsb

    @TSB It’s does but the credit limit still shows as active in my Experian credit file. I will try customer services again later.
