@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

@TSB Yes, I was on the phone for 45 minutes talking to your wonderful automated service, sitting on hold or being cut off. And apparently there is no more information. Under the T&Cs, accounts can be closed with no explanation. Fine. @StarlingBank here I come!

@TSB I closed my current account with you quite a few years ago but I'm still getting letters about an unused eSavings account.. can this eSavings account be closed in branch? I don't remember any online login info for it etc

@TSB I’ve now managed to log in, thank you. I am on sky broadband but it wasn’t down and I could access all other sites and apps, just TSB I had issues with.

@TSB Bit pointless having a contactless feature then, isn't it? May as well stick to chip & pin & be done with it! Far less embarrassing than being asked to return to the till because the payment didn't go through. I'll be switching soon. Just another nail in TSBs declining service.

@TSB What is the timescale for a failed debit card transaction to drop off your account? Retailer customer service has been terrible, they said 3 days initially then when I called back on the 4th day they said they had cancelled the transactions and would be up to 48hours

@beckasmith94 @TSB I experience same when my business account was disabled I thought it can't be fixed again, untill I was referred to @zaddyricher22 he help me to get it back in 50minute's He is experts in recovery any kind of account issue

@TSB Absolute disgrace from @TSB and looking like I will be returning to @AskNationwide within days. Been suffering for days and still periodically suffering with no service. Sort it out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@TSB No I won't DM you privately, people need to know how poor your service is. I am getting the same error message on this outtage as the one I got the last time & the time before that AND the time before that. "We are having trouble authenticating you device blah blah blah.
