    @Baldilocks1 @TSB Yep. But only just. Stuck at a bus stop needing to transfer money to get home. Why is it only tsbs app that goes down frequently and not the rest? You call them to tell them your problems and they just call you a lier. Try it. It's absolutely unbelievable!

    @haymonkes @TSB I’ve just researched moving to Starling bank. Can’t access any accounts by app or internet, card being declined including at cash machines and bills to pay. Seems TSB can’t cope with paydays, so this will be my last payday with them!

    @TSB This hasn't just happened once either last day of month. Obviously it's a issue which you've tried to paper over instead of plastering. I'll definitely be moving banks soon and have been a loyal customer, hopefully a lot more jump ship. Unacceptable!

    @TSB I am unable to access online banking since last night, I can’t make payments with my card and I can’t do online chat without being logged into banking. I have covid causing severe coughing and so can’t make a physical phone call!

    @TSB Not acceptable. No updates for over 3 hours now and if people are a customer of TSB they have no chance to access money or pay bills today or anytime soon. I have been a customer for many years and luckily I have some cash . I’m looking for a new bank as we speak. Goodbye TSB.
