@TSB Thank you I will make a complaint just to make my point, it’s a shame as I have got on with TSB, I like your app and card design and never had issues but not being able to access my account and card not working is worrying in 2022, I don’t want to risk it again 1/2

  • mathew92davies Mathew Davies (@mathew92davies) reported

@TSB If all banks has the same issues then it would be like ok just suck it up obviously it’s just one of those things but you don’t hear of others having these problems 😬 2/2

  • shocklegger shocklegger (@shocklegger) reported

@TSB on service failure is another reason to keep using cash. A concerted hack from a foreign power could render it impossible to buy even the basics.

  • craigwoodcock89 Craig woodcock (@craigwoodcock89) reported

@TSB I have done. But I'm told there are no agents available until 9am on Monday!! This is ridiculous. After an event such as this there should be people available to deal with customer complaints!

@TSB Typical,a sorry for the inconvenience and a few standard replies then @TSB go quiet and hope everything is forgotten. This bank has become a joke every time they do “ maintenance” something goes wrong and people cant access their accounts

@TSB I can log in now yes but I’ll do you for further advice as I was caused a great deal of unnecessary stress yesterday whilst already sick.

  • HesslewoodPaul Paul Hesslewood (@HesslewoodPaul) reported

@TSB How about compensating customers instead of paying big bonuses. Could also invest in the social@media team so they have more than just one standard **** reply

  • CJRBassman +𝕾𝖎𝖗.𝕭𝖆𝖓𝖊❗ (@CJRBassman) reported

@TSB Wait... you say it's fixed, and yet there's been over 15,000 reports of it not being fixed in the last 30 minutes alone? (I still get instantly kicked out the site when I log in)

  • GoodierSg Stuart Goodier (@GoodierSg) reported

@TSB When will the service you provide be back to normal?
