    @TSB I am going to find another bank. One that keeps its branches open. I have had enough. £10.5 k for this crap service, I don't think so.

    @TSB you have one number for contacting you to discuss mortgages 03458353389 I have now been on hold for nearly 2 hours and quite frankly am completely unimpressed with your customer service. This to discuss a problem you have made with my mortgage too.

    @TSB hey can you update your opening times for Clydebank branch ive had to travel 8 miles due to my local branch being closed down only to find Clydebank closes at 2 pm on a Friday instead of the 5pm thats stated on your branch locator. #FrustratedCustomer

    @TSB This is not good enough. If you had proper branches here in Crosby none of this would be necessary. I cannot even log on to your website. I am not going to have to travel to Bootle. 10.5 k in banking chanrges in 2007/8 for this level of service.
