@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

@TSB A classic plus..i log in verify go back to merchant and press continue then nothing loads for ages... my mastercard and bank of Scotland account have no issues like this and certainly everytime i use this card it flags this issue no matter what website..its infuriating

@TSB I can only hope your security software is fixed within the 14 days you advise and we can draw a line under this. I would like you to consider my suggestion to make a public announcement that it is fixed. It’s awful having to keep checking.
