@TSB have trained their staff in how to patronise customers. It wouldn't have been so bad if she had the smug customer service smile off her face. My poor husband now has to find time in his hectic schedule to go and pay in because I can no longer do it for him.

@TSB I know it’s not you, nor is it your colleagues there. But I cannot spend day after day trying to get through, whilst TSB do not publicly accept there’s a problem here. So I will highlight to keep in the public domain until TSB resolve it. There’s no need to reply.

@TSB my god, what have I done in moving my business account to TSB, such awful service. Another 1hr40m spent on the phone today only to be transferred to a different dept that then tells me they are closed until Monday. Avoid TSB at all costs!

@TSB Hi – all sorted now after a phone call. It appears the site your end wasn’t registering that the memorable word had been changed in the reset, so the operator had to clear all the security details to start fresh. Worth looking into as it was pretty frustrating!
