@TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

Interesting, if you need to raise a payment disput with @TSB they have absolutely no processes or procedures in place for people with disabilities like #dyslexia or hard of #hearing! Let’s hope my raising awareness will help them change things for others. Or, bank elsewhere.

@TSB why is it when you carry out maintenance something goes wrong? Now i cannot log in to my internet banking as i get an error message saying incorrect id password or mem info even though i reset it. Used the chat on the app and they deleted my internet banking

@lauren_k_moore @TSB You need to raise an official complaint via complaints procedure on their website. In my experience it does work. You keep escalating as needed until someone with a brain cell gives there money back

@whisper_thief @TSB Im glad its not just me. Ive tried 3 different web browsers and 2 different laptops still getting incorrect username or password errors. Really losing all confidence in @TSB as its one thing after another, its ok for a few months then it starts again
