@TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

@TSB I doubt the version matters—but I’m using IOS 15.6.1 at the moment. Just to add that I tried to turn on text alerts using a laptop today (used my work machine) but the page on text alerts doesn’t have any content—just a blank page. Think it’s broken.

@TSB I’m sorry, but this isn’t going to help me now. I will be complaining and going straight to the ombudsman but want am I suppose to do in the meantime. I have literally £3.60 to my name. TSB have caused so much financial hardship n don’t think Iv ever been this stressed.

@TSB I'm hoping you can help me with some info for my degree regarding round up accounts. Would it be possible to have the round up savings be automatically transferred to a charity? Is this feasible? What would stop it being feasible?
