@TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

Not sure if anyone on iPhone is trying to access the #TSB #TSBapp without any joy? It your using ‘Log in with FaceID’ try just going to ‘Log in’ and put in your memorable information - logged me in straight away 👍🏼 @TSB

@TSB He can use Apple Pay here, so hopefully TSB support this in Germany too? And yes the pin is for the debit card. I wanted to reset the app information so I can see what he spends whilst in Berlin. Hoping he can use Apple Pay as can’t remember PIN code for cars 😬

@steppsie @TSB Tried on laptop and on mobile w/Chrome, same error. Mobile and laptop using totally different networks The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.The proxy server could not handle the request GET /sites/Sites. Reason: Error reading from remote server

@TSB Hi Alex several things, advice re: savings - no branch available next phone appt 11/3. Been customer for almost 40 years and find TSB totally unapproachable and a bit patronising tbh.

@TSB This was 3 years ago so no he can’t remember. Seems odd when we reset the username and password, got online but now this. Infuriating. He can use Apple Pay, so hopefully TSB support this in Germany too? And yes the pin is for the debit card.

@Blunderbus79 @Hullccnews I think you’ll find that like every service that deals with the public,staff shortages due to ‘cuts’ are to blame. The worst thing are the abysmal chat bots which don’t seem to have been programmed by English speaking people.I’d vote the @TSB one to be worst ever.
