@TSB why do I keep getting error message ERRSCA02 when logging in recently. Very rare to go 2 days without it happening and cannot access bank. Will I just bank with someone else?

Not sure if anyone on iPhone is trying to access the #TSB #TSBapp without any joy? It your using ‘Log in with FaceID’ try just going to ‘Log in’ and put in your memorable information - logged me in straight away 👍🏼 @TSB

@TSB I changed my password and noticed a few possible issues. 1) I didn't receive an email confirming this. Lets say someone maliciously changed it, then I would have no idea this had happened. 2) despite changing my password, I can still login to the app with my fingerprint.

@TSB yet again the app and website is down.... need to pay bills. I want access to my online account and i want to be able to pay my bills... Shambles of a bank. At least 6 service issues a year. Leaving by close of business today

@TSB Down again! Can't transfer money to my son who is out celebrating his 18th and has had his cash stolen. Nice! It's never-ending. Deffo leaving now! Bank of Noddy and Big ears would be more reliable!
