    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

    @TSB Help please! Trying to register for online banking, but don't know my password. I can't reset my password, b/c I'm not registered. Says register for online banking. But it won't let me register b/c my registration is ongoing. Then tells me to reset my password! Its a loop!

    @TSB I use internet banking for a business account and want to register for my TSB personal account but having difficulty. I get the message "Customer has a contract of virtual banking with a Business Service assigned." How do I get round this?

    @TSB I can't pay a new recipient because I'm not getting any OTPs to the business TSB app (6.2.1). Is there support that I can contact about this now as I need to make the payment? Its not the phone's fault, as the problem happens when I install app on another phone also. Thanks

    @TSB I still cant log in and been waiting on the phone but there’s no one available to speak to me on the customer service or fraud lines. This is unacceptable.

    @TSB 9210358: You have entered an incorrect user ID or password. Every time I try 2 log in (my app is fine) I have reset the info 4 x's now and it still says it's incorrect. why?? It works on the app but I need online to apply 4 stuff. Help, called but even they don't know why.

    @TSB I'm trying to pay from my TSB current account - this shouldn't be a problem. It's the first time I have had this additional level of security, and it is now preventing me from paying my credit card bill. I pay it off to avoid paying interest & wont be happy if it costs me now.
