@TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

@TSB @Hussle_Official Hi Tsb any reason why I am looking at a service message yet again I can’t get into my account you choose to do this at midnight when some of us are expecting transfers or money and you shut the whole thing down no message the day before or even a couple of hours no just shut down

@tsb sort yourself out! Send money out my account.. Poof moneys gone, no live record of where to. Moneys not received in my lloyds bank!! I have bills and sick of it!! Lost a good customer.

@TSB I changed my password and noticed a few possible issues. 1) I didn't receive an email confirming this. Lets say someone maliciously changed it, then I would have no idea this had happened. 2) despite changing my password, I can still login to the app with my fingerprint.

@TSB the online form to order a paying in book isn’t working. I complete the info and the next page loads “sorry an error has occurred”

@TSB I have changed phones and can’t remember my user id or memorable word or password I used to log in with touch now it Face ID tried to contact you via the app on old phone but it’s no help

@UberFacts @TSB referring to themselves as a financial institution yet they have several service closures a year that are unplanned. Poor customer service as well
