    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

    @TSB My son has been trying to get onto online banking for 4 days now. Get as far as putting in the telephone/text code then just get chucked out. He only has 2 goes left now before he is unable to access it. HELP!

    @TSB tried to open a business account today. Terrible customer service advisor . Could not help me . Can't help me over the phone to set up an account as he is busy with other calls apparently. Do not recommend!!

    @TSB Had a query today and spoke with an amazing adviser who had my issue sorted and already been refunded for the issue. Superb customer service today! Gutted I never caught the advisers name.

    Hi @TSB , I’ve been trying to pay my credit card but every time when I select the option, the app closes automatically. I also get an error message using internet banking on my laptop. Is there a technical issue going on? Are there other ways to pay? Thanks

    @TSB oh I don’t need to be told every 30 seconds that your advisors are talking to somebody else, I know that! What number in the queue might help to give me some hope !
