@TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

@TSB my TSB mobile baking app will not open, since yesterday, it will begin booting up then crash, and the app doesn’t require an update. Is this a known issue?

@tsb you can’t log in reset your information. Reset information and try to log in sorry user name is wrong. 2 seconds later email form tsb with that exact user name. And round and round in circles 🤡🤡🤡
