    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so ยฃ10 would go to the balance ยฃ20 interest??

    @TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking ยฃ10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.

    @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as you are clearly not set up or trained appropriately to support business banking or inclusivity

    Banking with @TSB is great if you; Never want to access your own money Never want the app to work Never want to see your transactions Donโ€™t value online banking or local branches 0/10 would not recommend.

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?
