@TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

@TSB Thanks Phoebe, but your service website actually says that mobile and internet banking are 'Unavailable' as of now. The frequency your systems go down is shocking and exactly the reason your not my primary bank. I'll be looking into moving this secondary acc now...

@TSB It’s all customers and it’s constant. Not “some” or “intermittent” Am I correct in assuming that, once again, there will be a lack of compensation paid out by TSB? Despite some people needing urgent access to account details?

@TSB can’t access App as stated earlier, but also having payments declined although I know I have funds. Not good enough. When will this be resolved?
