@TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

What exactly is a popup service @TSB? You keep mentioning this when you're talking about closures, but does anyone know what they are?

@price_nicola @TSB Same problem here using Firefox, it seems to be the screen they added 'Keep up your savings habit.' Clicking Continue just logs me out. Works OK in Chrome.

@TSB Really no point Andrew - almost onto hour 3 on phone, colleague 6, department 4 and losing the will to live all to access my own money! There is seriously nothing you can do on Twitter - complaint will be lodged though 🙄 AGAIN!

@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

Good old @TSB as great as ever for customer service. Payments to @Apple not going through and TSB suggest just to get someone else to do the purchase as they are aware of the issue. FIX THE ISSUE!

@TSB Online banking not working on Firefox. After logging in there's a screen 'Keep up your savings habit.' Clicking continue logs out instead of carrying on to banking. Works OK in Chrome.

@TSB Hi, recently had an audible account closed and can no longer access my purchased goods. No offer of transfer or access. Almost 4 years £7.99pm gone… no ifs or buts. No response from audible/amazon so is it possible to claim these costs back through payment protection?
