It's putting pressure on the Agents who are probably in their 20's working long hours and underpaid getting bombarded with messages that they NEED to reply to in a certain amount of time.

I have been a customer for many years and luckily I have some cash . I’m looking for a new bank as we speak. Goodbye TSB.
