@TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

@TSB @TSB - code sent through this morning, 12 hours after I needed it - and now, trying again to place the order, same thing happening - no code being sent. What's the problem?

@TSB As an ex RBOS call handler i am surprised that your Call Centre Agents are not trained in incoming payments to customer accounts? We’re obvs trained in transactions going out of accounts, but if it’s an international bank transfer payment it won’t show up on your system

@TSB I’m having problems with making an online payment. I get to the authenticate payment section and request 6 digit code however the message doesn’t arrive and comes through hours later. Is this a problem you are experiencing or is it just my issue and I need to call the bank?

@TSB This seems to be your standard response and didn’t answer my question. Are you going to inform customer of this issue and when it is solved?

@TSB @kilersmurf666 TSB, what the hell is wrong with your one time password system? My wife and I have been unable to buy urgent shopping online for 48 hours. Please fix this urgently. I can't even make my purchase over the phone direct with the shop as your system still requires a OTP. 🤬
