    @TSB I have jumped through every hoop and I've done everything you've asked and it has made no difference. It's your turn to jump through hoops and do everything I tell you. SORT THE PROBLEM AND LET ME KNOW WHEN IT'S FIXED.

    @TSB Is there a timescale for when complaint via the chat will even be looked at? It’s getting on to 48 working hours since it was raised and baring in mind it says I would have a response by 5pm Friday you’ve failed that?

    @TSB why are you now forcing approval of online payments via mobile app. It doesn’t work. Yet again you’ve had a stable, working service and you’ve screwed it up by another change that no one has asked for.

    @McDonaldsUK Acton High Street W3 branch is an absolute joke. Staff are a bit clueless, self-service tills hardly ever work, you could get Anthrax and an atomic bomb past "security", and your app is worse than that of @TSB - which is saying a LOT! @KFC_UKI_Help please open later!
