This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

Twice my account has been restored over chat, however the person named Lax Sharma decided not to help today and closed down the chat cause she couldn't be bothered, very poor display of help.

I am terribly sorry but I could not work for 5 years because I had heart problems
