    @TSB The app freezes. Constantly. And has done for the past 3 years even after updates and new phones. Itโ€™s ****. You know itโ€™s ****. Youโ€™ve done nothing about it.

    @TSB Just want to say thanks for wasting my lunchtime today. Went into local branch with a cheque to pay my credit card bill early (advice from website) only to be told no cos statement hasn't generated ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    . @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB canโ€™t give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life
