    @TSB I’m trying to close 2 acc’s. My local branch shut down and I have no printer to fill out form. Tried doing it online but can’t get the facial recognition to work no matter what I do. Getting fed up with the whole thing! What do you recommend? Thanks.

    @TSB @TSB I have put the phone down after doing all that can be reasonably expected of me. Cancel the fraudulent card, I’ve cancelled the DD that has been set up on my current account which is not with TSB. If any transactions occur on the fraudulent card I will not be responsible

    @TSB Hi, I’ve had to re call a direct debit because it’s come out a week early. I used your virtual assistant who took the relevant details about it on the app and nothings been done. The money still isn’t there, can you help please
