@TSB TSB complaints team, are incompetent, inefficient and patronising, a string of errors from them and 7 weeks later I have had nothing but stress from them and top it off a measley £30 cheque that bounced when paid into my account.

@TSB @TSB OTP to landlines no longer works, produces 'cannot complete your transaction'. I know you have a webpage full of error codes but this one isn't included. Please fix, can't get into banking!

@TSB not sure why you need a DM, fairly simple - logging in needs a one time passcode if new device. Works if you ask for it on a mobile, produces the error if you check the box for the landline.
