  @KathleenBeedles @TSB Yep. Our account was set up for all households to have joint access originally, but login has gone thro so many extra security levels, I’m now the only person who has the authorised devices & passwords & even I get confused! Really worry what would happen if I’m incapacitated.

  @TSB I need to pay in a cheque. My local branch was closed permanently so I have to travel an extra 20mins to get to the nearest branch. I work Monday to Friday. The nearest branch no longer is open on Saturdays. How do I pay in my cheque? Absolutely appalling service!

  @TSB raised a dispute over a transaction using online forms.I was unsure of which form to fill so filled both Service not received & refund not received.However, Deepak from disputes team was unprofessional hasnt read/responded to email properly. Please get in touch with me ASAP!
