    @TSB It is now 2 and a half hours since the last ‘update’. A further update on when this will be resolved is essential especially since the matter goes beyond the app and internet banking. Customers have no direct access to funds. Why is the press not picking up on this?

    @TSB Finally got access. All funds removed and employer notified of a different bank to pay my salary into. A sad state of affairs after 30 years of banking with TSB under its various guises… 👋🏻

    @shezRommy @TSB Unfortunately that’s all customer services can do with replies. They can’t sort anything themselves, it has to come from higher up. They likely have been told as little as we have. The whole thing is beyond a joke 😤
