@TSB of just done it though my NatWest or Barclays account. Terrible customer service this evening, the lady might of well said to me just move your payments over to another bank! After this rant of a tweet i am moving all of my payments over to my NatWest account and then 6/8

@TSB not sure why you need a DM, fairly simple - logging in needs a one time passcode if new device. Works if you ask for it on a mobile, produces the error if you check the box for the landline.

@TSB Unable to login via your app. It says my User ID is incorrect but I use the exact same User ID via my laptop. I receive a code and it still asks me to confirm my identity. Piss take.
