@TSB We have been waiting ALL DAY for you to sort out a balance transfer issue from around midnight. We were told it would be dealt with by midday but that was clearly a lie so where can we send the charges for failed payment and overdrafts for your mistake?

@TSB I have sent money at 00:20 and its gone without any trace to follow.. also no info on when the issue is going to be resolved or where my money went. In app chat is useless as i have been waiting for 2h and there is no response whatsoever. I want my money back in my account.
