  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  As rather than paying well over their current minimum minimum terms you will end up paying their minimum terms placing yourself as a customer on a persistent debt register then switching @TSB from providing false info to non-false info to credit reference agencies 3/

  @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?

  @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers
