    @TSB NOPE. STILL on the phone with the advisor trying to make the payment. Capital One: log in on app, enter card details, enter payment amount, click pay. DONE. TSB: 45mins on the phone trying to do the same thing. AWFUL service.

    @TSB I have a voice recording of the entire conversion. You may wish to hear it before I make it public. This is now the service I expect from a company allegedly taking care of my money.

    @TSB @LynnKerr1982 It’s ridiculous & shouldn’t have taken so long to fix.

    @TSB Why isn't that anywhere on your website then? I googled "TSB credit card ways to pay" and that isn't listed. What a faff.

    @TSB I’ve been a customer with your for 20 years. But you don’t feel the same anymore. You weren’t there when I needed your support the most and I just went into one of your branches and the friendliness and closeness has gone. Might consider changing banks soon

    Hi @TSB Select Account customer just upgraded phone. Can’t remember if I need to give new details to insurance? Any info? Thanks

    @TSB How about what's the name of the body that sets interest rates at the Bank of England? Not the monetary pricing committee, as your business colleagues persist in telling me, despite me pointing out the error.
