    I've banked with the @TSB for 42 years yet when I applied for a credit card today I was immediately rejected (despite having actively used credit cards from HSBC and John Lewis Parternship, paid off in full each month). I really which customer loyalty counted for something.

    @TSB honest to god your customer service is getting worse. Left stranded with no money on holiday because there’s an ‘issue’ with my card yet your staff couldn’t care less.

    @TSB As someone who is disabled and unable to work, however in receipt of a guaranteed for life monthly payment from the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme, would you accept these payments for a mortgage?

    @TSB just been on to one of your customer service team trying to sort something out for my 78yo Dad, but sadly one of your agents Stephanie decided she did not want to help us. I repeatedly asked her to stay on the line until our issue had been resolved, but no, disgusted!

    @satnam6502 @TSB A similar thing happened with my wife, Satnam. She was a longterm customer, was rejected by the bank. We reached out to the credit cards section about it, she was granted a premium card she really wanted. You never know until it gets to a customer loyalty exec. Hang in there!

    I phoned credit card services as I was scammed. No one cares! Waited 35 mins, told it was the wrong department, they said someone would phone me. Still waiting… My wife had an issue months ago, sorted in a few hours. Maybe I should switch to @TSB too!
