    @TSB your online banking and app is down again. What is the timeline to get it back? I don’t have time to sit on the phone to sort out what I need to do.

    @TSB Another day and another complaint. I've been trying to log in to my online banking all afternoon and it still isn't working. Repeat transactions due to a IT error, declining transactions for no reason and now this, probably the worst bank
