    @dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented ‘Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying “I don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster “because of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity

    @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

    @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?
