@TSB Have just tried that, Phoebe, and yes, it's working on Safari. My main browser is Firefox for Mac, though, so it would be nice if it could work there too.

@AmazonHelp That doesn't help me Cassandra. I have spoken to a lovely bloke at @TSB who confirmed no issue with card and they are not declining. They've had a few customers report similar issue with Amazon. Plenty of funds available, details are all correct, tsb have confirmed not declining.

@TSB 2/2 I opened the account with tsb because it was the nearest bank to my home in Garston. It is totally unfair to people like me who prefer to use branches rather than use online banking. I will be complaining to my MP and writing to newspapers highlighting this issue

@TSB I'd like to say what poor service your Saltley branch in B8 provide. There is no care for customer service at all. The customer advisors are useless. This is not the first time I've experienced such poor customer service from them.
