    Unbelievably poor service from @TSB. Asked to change a bank mandate in October 2021 and despite 10 visits to branch and numerous phone calls it still hasn’t happened. I should have realised they were incompetent when they managed to lose the first form.

    @JamieMc76633051 @TSB @LastPass It's the Mac laptop on Safari that I'm having the problem with; on iPad, I can access via app quite easily via touch login, but account features are limited there.

    @TSB if someone is spending your money hundreds of miles away while you watch your account getting smaller as your trying to tell tsb customer services ( as it happens) Is your policy always Not to refund your customers cash???

    @TSB your web portal is rubbish, you guys need to get a grip of what you are asking customers to do in trying to access their own funds! If you cannot provide a proper banking service then sell your business to another provide who can!

    Hi @TSB just gained access to my spend and save account today - applied on the 1st March , opened on the 11th, ready to use on the 20th but due to an error was not added to my app until today. When does the 6 month start for the £5 a month and when does it run each month?
