@TSB We're aware some customers are receiving the same copy pasted response from Beth giving no explanation as to why we can't access our money on Payday, we're working to change bank as soon as possible. Tyler

@TSB TSB has closed down all but two branches in our region and say that online banking is better. Better for who? Better for profits, shareholders and executive’s salaries. Pay day today- bills to pay and can’t login - shameful.

@TSB This would not be such a big issue, if the nearest branch isn’t half a county away and your phone lines were always busy. Why haven’t the bugs in the app been sorted by now as this is the fourth time it’s happened I think it’s time to switch banks
