@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@rossmalco @TSB She didn’t know sadly, their IT team are working on it. Poor woman sounded very down trodden already by 0845.

@TSB Not gonna lie the damage has been caused and its to late. Threatening to close my account down when removing a block should take one call Not the number it took me so the ceo team had to be contacted.
