@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB Again with the poor service to customers. It’s one thing after another with TSB. I’ve had 3 payments come of twice, this isn’t good enough! We are meant to trust our bank. A sorry and here is your money back won’t cut it. You have left families struggling in already hard times!

@TSB Can you tell your agents dealing with ‘smart chat’ who are denying there is a bank error I have wasted over an hour only to be told a ‘duplicate ‘debit is only a duplicate if it is taken the same day it is a merchant error nothing to do with the bank appalling service
