@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB @TSB OTP to landlines no longer works, produces 'cannot complete your transaction'. I know you have a webpage full of error codes but this one isn't included. Please fix, can't get into banking!

@TSB of just done it though my NatWest or Barclays account. Terrible customer service this evening, the lady might of well said to me just move your payments over to another bank! After this rant of a tweet i am moving all of my payments over to my NatWest account and then 6/8

@TSB we need some help! I have a Thai SIM card and can’t call internationally. We are Gold standard travel insurance and my wife has suspected food poisoning. She has been admitted into Bangkok Hospital but we can’t get in touch with you guys, any advice?

@TSB not sure why you need a DM, fairly simple - logging in needs a one time passcode if new device. Works if you ask for it on a mobile, produces the error if you check the box for the landline.
