    @Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

    @TSB Hi Sophie, I have an application in progress but have been trying to call your London Cheapside location for 3 days to no answer. Pretty bad impression for a new customer that no-one in a branch, can be bothered to answer the phone.

    @TSB I understand that - it was the whole point of my first tweet. No other number so it's frustrating the site cant use more secure multifactor options like TOTP or push notification. Passing on my feedback to the relevant team would be appreciated.

    @TSB Hello, I gave plenty of notice and even contacted the bank by phone because of the issues with the post strike and was assured a note would be put on my account which clearly has not happened. I am not happy or impressed.

    @TSB No need for a DM, simply got a poor phone signal and the website relies on SMS / telephony rather than allowing TOTP via Google Authenticator or similar which wouldn't need a signal.

    @Cashplus Hi I've opened an account with you and paid the £9.95 joining fee but when trying to send a faster payment to my account (Via TSB) It says error in recipient name. Do I need to call @TSB about this or is it an error on your part? Thanks in advance.
