@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@rossmalco @TSB She didn’t know sadly, their IT team are working on it. Poor woman sounded very down trodden already by 0845.

@TSB hey. App has forced me to reset my password & memorable information (1st time in over a decade) on the final step no matter what type of new memorable information I try to use I get an error saying it can't be the same as the last five memorable words(I've only ever had one)

@TSB No wonder banks are closing when David at your Jarrow branch delivers such poor customer service, actually informing customers you don’t want their cash. When businesses treat customers as an inconvenience it is no surprise they take their business elsewhere. #goodbyeTSB
