@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB I hope you can help. I am desperate. I am on first holiday with my wife and nephews. My wife is disabled and an ATM has swallowed my bank card. Is there anyway to get money out of bank without a card as I literally have no money. Thanks.

@TSB are there any issues with your website? I cannot logging into my account. It keeps saying it’s incorrect password or memorable information.I reset it like 4 times thinking that maybe it was not correct or I forgot but after the 3rd time I’m starting to think it’s not me!

@TSB Thanks Rich for your help and quick reply. For feedback to your team, this kind of thing seems to happen far too frequently with TSB compared to my other current account - appreciate you want to keep things secure and fraud free, it just seems over zealous too often.

I have had someone try open a bank account in my name! You would have thought reporting it to @TSB would be easy, but 5 calls later, no one seems to be able to help I never knew it would be so hard with these fraud warnings!

@TSB Why are you not allowing my mother to access her online banking without providing a mobile phone no? She doesn't have a mobile so now can no longer access her money. PS you closed our local branch. Disgraceful.

@TSB No, I will NOT call your team. It seems to me that I've got to do all the chasing. TSB already know my phone number, so you call me. Even better, would be for you to tell me the status of the problem on here so that ALL your customers know.

@TSB No Not at all What you should say is "Oh remembering a 10digit password of random numbers & letters IS a bit difficult to remember" & "I see the password buttons are obscured!" THEN you escalate the problem to management! #CustomerService is part of everyone's job! DO IT!
