@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB Hi, yesterday someone attempted to take £921 from my Nationwide account. Nationwide advised me it was a payment set up through TSB. I've been on a call with you for 83 minutes so far. I've been transfered 4 times but no one seems able to help. What do you suggest?

@TSB Hi, is there a problem with online banking? I have been told on the menu I need new login info and when I create completely new passwords it's saying it can't be the same as the old one. I can't access my account now.
