@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB Thought I had won a watch when I saw money coming into my account only to find numerous double payments had occurred weeks ago. As a customer of 35 years plus I am fast losing trust in your ability to care for my monies. Will be expecting an explanation as to why this happened.

@TSB But you didn’t fix it all or reverse it. My partner is still negative over 2k. And she gets abuse when she calls. What y’all are doing is disgusting. No answers just bots or copy and paste answers.

@forzapufc @TSB I put a complaint in yesterday and I got back £25 for the troubles. Bearing in mind I was promised on the phone yesterday it would be rectified by the end of the working day yesterday which it wasn’t!

@nsandihelp Thanks for the reply. Turns out the payment issue was to do with my bank @TSB and not your fault. Money has been refunded now

@TSB Reading through some of the comments is awful. You have made a error, customers are complaining and yet you seem to be just copying and pasting responses.

@TSB Maybe a text would have been beneficial too reassure customers, Twitter is the only platform I've seen this issue raised by TSB. Theres quite a few duplicate transactions on my acc, I'm not even sure if balance is correct. No prob but communication needs to be improved re this

@TSB I would have thought a banner on your online banking site stating the error would be the very least you could do - instead of customers stumbling onto the error. Yes you corrected it like it never happened. Like I said trust is a big deal when it comes to money.
