@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB Hi TSB I'm grateful for you stopping my card because of perceived fraud However I would like to use it again and have spent the last two days trying to get through to a human in your fraud team to resolve. Can you help please?

Hey @TSB just spent 90 minutes on hold for your fraud team… slowly losing the will to live, listening to ‘someone will be with you soon’ on repeat. 👍🏻 Excellent customer service!

@TSB why can’t I set up text alerts? I’ve tried both the app (IOS version) but there’s no sign of the option there. And the desktop site just takes me to a blank page??

@TSB It’s an iPhone, so IOS. I’ve even tried using browsers that open the desktop site by default—no use. Just goes to a blank page and you can’t get out of it without closing it. Which means you then have to log back in to online banking. I don’t have a laptop or desktop computer.

@TSB I doubt the version matters—but I’m using IOS 15.6.1 at the moment. Just to add that I tried to turn on text alerts using a laptop today (used my work machine) but the page on text alerts doesn’t have any content—just a blank page. Think it’s broken.

@TSB Here we go again, how long will it be down for this time followed by the generic replies of “we are aware some customers are unable to access their accounts…….”
