@TSB Like most people today is when I have to pay a lot of bills. An outage shouldn’t last this long, don’t you have backup servers? This is embarrassing and tells me you don’t invest enough in cyber, which is frightening to be honest considering the amount of cyber crime there is.

@TSB I appreciate that Tom, but apologies don’t pay bills. All banks have problems from time to time but the frequency and duration of TSB’s outages are beyond forgiveness.

@TSB Ever since you "upgraded" your system a couple ot years ago it has been, frankly rubbish. These problems always seem to happen around the month end too, when people are reliant on moving money around. Very poor, please resolve properly or you will lose more customers.

@TSB will we get compensation for not being able to access our funds or payments not being made? Massively frustrating and inconvenient- when will this be fixed please? Seriously considering moving after being loyal for 25 years. #poorcommunication
