@TSB no one from your Leytonstone branch ever answers the phone. When I use your chat service, it tells me to call my local branch ….. which is Leytonstone. I am going around in circles, is there a human employed @TSB who can help me please? 🙏

@TSB Thanks, I will do that. If I have used my actual physical face to approve a transaction via an actual physical phone in my possession I don’t then expect to keep being inconvenienced by payment declines. Its a farce and a poor customer experience entirely

@TSB I called to the Business Banking team and went to the branch but no body did not response , they just told me we don’t have idea what’s happen, cause this issue my business was damaged because my money is blocked on TSB without any reason

@ian_mcnicholl As 35% of victims are male, this is unrepresentative It would be most helpful to indicate to male victims that the service is available to them as well I hope you might address this @TSB

@TSB Unfortunately we couldn’t make the full payment so had to ask family to do some of it - despite the block being taken off several times your team, they couldn’t get to the bottom of it. 3 hours later and a huge inconvenience!

@TSB Yes this morning but every single weekend it’s the same story TSB app is having essential maintenance. Surely the fact it’s every weekend someone must realise it’s not fit for purpose and you’ve a lot of angry dissatisfied customers. There was no warning it was going to be down
