@TSB I have called several times about the issue with my money not arriving where it should and I have been given different times each time. It’s nearly 24 hours and the money still hasn’t gone into the other account. What is going on?!?!?!?!

@TSB Sorry, no point as I've spent half an hour in my home branch, back from holiday (with no access to my money), they were so helpful as always but can't reverse the block as it's the fraud dept. > 50 years as customer but TSB more interested in paying new customers to switch ...?

@thebestgaskell @TSB I think it should have resolved now Helen, I’ve had my money return to my original account and transfers are working ‘fine’ again. Think it might be time for me to give another bank a go though!

@TSB Hi, I'm not a customer with you but believe I've been scammed out of money for goods that haven't arrived by someone using a TSB account. Is there somewhere to report this and look into being compensated?
