    @TSB A saved payee who I have been sending payments to frequently has suddenly disappeared from online and mobile banking. Can you help please ideally reinstate the saved payee or if not, let me know the sort code and account number from the last payment so that I can recreate?

    @TSB Thanks Alex, then why does your generally well known to be terrible online banking system accept a weekend date, why not just have a system that greys out unavailable date ?

    @TSB any eta on a fix for online banking? Same thing happened in December; banking services not being available every other payday is pretty poor.
