@TSB it is practically impossible to report a suspected fraudulent use of our address,by telephone because we are not TSB customers. 7 pieces of correspondence returned to you. Presuming someone is applying for a loan using our address? Advice please

@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..

@RoyWilding @TSB the problem that TSB says is our fault, and didn't believe was there, has cleared for me on firefox today, without any nonsense of clearing cache or cookies. Try Microsoft Edge if desperate, but it is bodged code which is shocking for a bank.

@TSB won't or can't close an old charity bank account and can't help me exercise my personal Information right to be forgotten. Then cut me off part way through a phone call after you've fought their automated call handling. GAH! BIG 5 BANKS HOPELESS.

@TSB are definitely having problems against can't even make payments online now or in a shop can not draw cash out which will probably go down as well as some point,can still log into my banking app but it's useless if I can't use my card @DowndetectorUK
