    Advice for today and tomorrow… do not bank with @TSB !!! Terrible service and terrible resolutions to issues. Will be swiftly moving my accounts to a bank that actually gives benefits to its customers.

    Wow don't use your @TSB debit card abroad. £1 per transaction AND 2.99% fee, absolutely outrageous. Been a customer for over 20 years....that will certainly change #ripoff

    @TSB Tried to pay TSB credit card via my bank online, using the 00000000 acc number and sort code given on your website. My bank says acc doesn't exist. How can I pay my cc bill?

    @TSB I put in a request for a meeting at your Merry Hill branch about our mortgage. I received a phone call on Monday but missed it - the voicemail said they would try again but have had no further call, and it came from a private number so could not call back. Can you help?
