@FrancesFinnShow @TSB Certainly less than five minutes for good, valued Customer Service. My biggest gripe is people/businesses who phone me and do not leave a message when I'm not able to answer the phone. Why did they phone me in the first place if they didn't want to talk??!!.

@TSB why is its that after hours of 'oops sorry try again later' I can now at least log in but my credit card has disappeared?! Seriously getting sick to death of this poor service, keep closing branches but dont have the web service to pick up the slack!

I’m so glad @TSB told me to call their switching line for support. So far they’ve picked up the line twice and I’ve sat and listened to their personal conversations for 20 mins with no acknowledgment of being on the phone and a third time they’ve picked up and hung up on me 😡

@TSB my account is overdrawn to bank error but yet nothing can be done this is shambolic to say the least! If FSU say you can only have 3 payment plan a year it’s a joke tbf

@TSB yet again T. Totally S. **** B. Bank Are doing what they always do screw people accounts up, when money is in my account but cannot stop a payment that as been pending my account the last 4days but having to wait till next Wednesday before it shows as credit **** service 🤬

@TSB I just received a blocked payment notification from you about a shoe shop in Japan, looking at my online banking the last statement for the card was October 2021, is this a false alert (as the credit card is semi-closed)? how do I close down my creditcard account?

@TSB got a text about going into overdraft (checked and im no where near being into it) and now my credit card is not appearing on the app or browser... is this a known error or should i be concerned?
