@TSB Hi, I tried to get into my nearest branch today (which isn’t very near at all) and couldn’t get there in time before closing due to working all day and horrendous roadworks traffic. When will we able to pay cheques in via the app?

@TSB Just been to your sherwood branch. Absolutely terrible. So many local branch closures long queues full of people with problems. Few and over worked staff. How you can hope to do business under these conditions is beyond me. You have absolutely no regard for the customer.

@TSB Another 40 mins of my lunch hour gone listening to a ringing phone. I appreciate they are busy but... This can't be the service u expect from your fraud team? I am now at nearly 4 hours in the last 48 hours combined total of hold time waiting to speak to somebody....

@TSB Yes I have but not being able to use my card for roughly 6 hours is NOT acceptable. I’m aware I’m not the only one. It seems ok now but you need to sort out the continuous issues you have

@TSB I’m a personal customer and my online banking matches what is printed on the card - the surname has changed but the title is Miss rather than Mrs (and I definitely selected Mrs when filling out the change of name form)

Attended a banking protocol job today to help safeguard an elderly person from scammers. Great work by @TSB for blocking payments. Sorry but people who try & scam the elderly & vulnerable out of their money are scumbags, plain & simple. #Fraud #TakeFive @LincsPolice @FCR_Lincs

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!
