On a specific day with an appointment a carer or person that needs info and advice can visit an organisation at your branch for support. The model is effective in reaching people.

Not only was she left standing for over 20 mins the manager then asked what she wanted only to be told they couldn’t help her . I’ll be closing my accounts today also your chat doesn’t work !
