@TSB 2 additional pieces of feedback: Adobe stuff is not mobile friendly, so I had to wait until I could log on using a laptop to actually fill in your stupid form. The fields for the branch code and mortgage number mandatory. This isn't going to help you get new customers

@TSB @PrideOfBritain @ProjectSSP These Awards, are the proper awards, not big stupid charities, just people working relentlessly in their own communities

@TSB Hello TSB, I received the following message when I tried to log in to my account. “Sorry, you're unable to log in right now. We need to check a few things on your account. Please call us on 0800 096 8669 and we'll do our best to get you back online” What does it mean?

@TSB @LeopardKitty TSB you just do not get it, your customers want branches open that also offer a service, alongside a working online service. You provide neither.

@TSB After reseting passwords and uninstalling the App 3 times, it now seems to be working. Not user friendly though. Thanks

@TSB Could you also clarify if it is the customer's decision to use the cashier to deposit cash?
