    @TSB They don’t really have a customer service, I have tried opening a dispute but the seller has to respond I order for the dispute to go ahead

    @TSB Otp is fair enough its that logging in with password then memorabil info etc is a farce when the app is known for sooo many issues. Having to call friend to pay for me!!

    @TSB Just found about this after checking my transactions. My duplicate payments even included a £575 transaction. Why were your customers not contacted directly about this issue instead of posting a generic tweet?
