  • RSmithy82 Robin (@RSmithy82) reported

@TSB do you have any idea when this will be resolved when I spoke to customer services they didn’t seem to have any answers just “as soon as possible” that’s not really good enough. @TSB your staff are dealing with this the best they can at least give your customers some answers

@Princess_fi83 @TSB Just took me over an hour to get through no answer to when the problem will be solved

  • alzham1980 Alana Hamilton (@alzham1980) reported

@TSB Left with less than £5, completely wiped out my overdraft when I was at over £100 yesterday, over £200 taken in error! Absolutely ridiculous, I hope compensation will be paid to those affected!!!!

  • ukmetalhead89 \m/ Anthony \m/ (@ukmetalhead89) reported

@renniea19 @TSB Eh, law doesn't come into it, as it's a computer error (my assumption) rather than someone purposely clearing out accounts

  • vx220eddie Eddie Murray (@vx220eddie) reported

@TSB £320.24 down, better get this sorted ASAP.

  • Lee_Shelli Shelli (@Lee_Shelli) reported

@TSB Called the customer support number to be told I'll have to apply for an overdraft (which I've never had) as I've been left with less than £2. Not acceptable at all!

  • zai_online Zai✌️泽希 (@zai_online) reported

@clivesinclair @TSB Better to log online or over the phone (when call times die down)?

  • MissStephyJayne Stephanie Davies (@MissStephyJayne) reported

@TSB @TSB I am now £147.05 down because of this! I can’t get through to any of your customer service agents and am so stressed as I now can’t pay other bills! Please can someone help ASAP
