@TSB It makes no difference what laptop or phone, which browser, etc etc your customers are using. The issue remains the same. Your security software is not allowing your customers to buy things online.

@TSB why is nothing being done with regards to your app preventing online card payments from being authorised? This has been 2 weeks now since I was told you are “aware” of the issue #badcustomerservice

@TSB the payments approval part on my app isn't working. I need to make a payment ASAP and I am unable to. I can't get though on the phone. Can you fix this?

@TSB Now, this is the thing. You keep asking the customer to do things with their hardware and software. Why? To engage and pretend you are helping. The problem is with your security software. It’s all very exhausting.

@TSB Thanks, I can’t find the information you provided on our Twitter thread. I will screenshot this in case I do decide to pursue a complaint. However, I’m sure the info is on your website. I said I wasn’t confused. But success, you have succeeded in confusing me haha.

@TSB I can only hope your security software is fixed within the 14 days you advise and we can draw a line under this. I would like you to consider my suggestion to make a public announcement that it is fixed. It’s awful having to keep checking.

@TSB Oh that’s disappointing, I was clutching at straws then. So Your IT technicians are in the dark as well? Usually when companies don’t have in house expertise to solve problems they call in outside help. Contractors if you will. Expensive, but might be necessary. Nearly a week now
