    @Libuff @TSB Over 1hour 22 minutes today..finally got through,sent an email to send passport and selfie..not working Blocking accounts..even when you answer a security text to registered mobile number to confirm transaction is indeed genuine...STILL BLOCKED. Tsb security not fit for purpose

    @TSB She has yes, and they've closed the case and told her she has the pay the £900 because her card has been in her possession and have insinuated that she has made the transactions. why would she go through the hassle of rasing the issue, going to the police as instructed by tsb 1/2

    @TSB Why is it impossible to find out when my 0% interest on purchases offer runs out? If I was cynical, it’s almost as if you don’t want people to know in the hope they go over it and you make more money! I was told it would be on the “app”, well, it isn’t. Help please

    Hey @TSB you know how you closed my local branch, and I need to travel for an hour to get to my "local" branch don't you think it would be a good idea to allow for online cheque deposits? Or even have a working page for ordering a pay in slip?

    @TSB I have spent, no exaggeration 3 hours of the last 24 hours on a ringing hold line to speak to the fraud team. Your live chat on the website throws up generic faq advice and a lady on the normal customer service line just told me she expected me to just wait another......

    @TSB is there a problem with your app again?! I keep deleting and reloading it and my login details are fine online but the app won’t even let me get to the ‘set up’ stage. It’s so frustrating I can’t track payments

    @TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    You know what I love about being on hold to @TSB for 45 mins as they blocked my card? **** all!!!!
