@TSB What is going on with you - my wife is trying to sort out a payment and the 6th question you have asked her in order to establish if she is who she says she is to ask 'do you go to church?' - WTF do that have to do with you!? #tsb #getreal #toomuch

@TSB I have used my card earlier today and it was all fine, ten minutes later I have gone to used it elsewhere and the card machine screen wouldn't move on to the pin entry screen. I presumed the machine was having problems but gone to use my card elsewhere and same thing?

@TSB And…. How many days later and your approve payment security system is still not working? Your advisors act as if it’s to do with individual accounts, it’s so annoying.

@TSB when will you fix the Apple problem? I ordered a apple MacBook nearly 2 months ago and now the payment wont process. Talked to you guys on the phone and apparently it’s a “top” priority and a TSB issue. My order is going to be cancelled on the 29th if it isn’t sorted😕
