    @TSB unable to log into the personal banking app - error says "oops, something went wrong" which isnt one of the options in your problem reporting webpages.

    @TSB Same old scripted response, no apology, no show of any customer service, or any caring at all. Clearly every TSB customer should move to a bank that both understands customer services, is reliable, and most importantly, how important their customers are!!!
