Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

Applied today for overdraft as owed money and have bills to pay, trying to do sensible thing. Denied because I made no profit last year - really??!! How does this help small business?!

Absolute piss poor ******* customer service from @TSB grandmother had fraud on her account, asked to speak on her behalf which I have always done as she is 80, and then customer support agent hung the phone up on me. We will both be moving banks. Despicable.

@TSB What other steps have you taken as a body to shield us(customer) against scam and fraud aside telling us to protect our pins and more.Providing fraud protection is overrated and saying you will refund a duped customer ain’t a good selling point enough.
