100% I’m leaving @TSB too many times their systems fail but them having issues processing payments and as a result unable to put money down on a 22/1 winner is the last straw 🙄😪

@TSB Why am I told by your agents that your open on Saturdays until 8PM and it also says on your website then I try call and it says your closed? was put down as an emergency appointment and no one has called

@TSB don't bother with this **** bank. They've been blocking payments from my employer & other refunds. When you call them they say "theres nothing blocking it on our end". When my employer does a payment trace, someone at TSB says theres a hold on the payment and its under review

@TSB Hi I am unable to shop my online @tesco order as your authentication system is not working AGAIN. I was going to spend £245 for this order. Now I will have to go by car tomorrow to Morrisons and shop. Poor old @tesco loses out yet again, for far to many times in the last year.
