    @TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.

    @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

    Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

    @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.
