    @TSB is the internet banking down as trying to put in the 6 digit code to confirm logging on and it says information doesn’t match when have green ticks against everything. This has happened 4 times. Thank you

    @TSB hi, I was due to receive my new bank card on or around the 25th May as it expires on 31 May. I still haven’t received it and it’s nearing the 31st so now I will not have a working card to pay with. How can I urgently get my card?

    @TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

    @TSB Ok, thanks. So what happened when you tested the new process via a third party website, E.g. comparison website, how was the transaction tracked so people still get the discount/money back?

    @MoneySavingExp, the information on your website for this @TSB product is incorrect. There’s no cashback and there’s a £999 product fee. The information needs to be checked and updated, otherwise it will misinform more people

    @Sarah22013154 @TSB The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that does not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Unitechnicrat for help. Good thing is they did help fix my acct.

    @TSB It was days ago. I resolved it myself without @TSB help by deleting the app altogether & reinstalling it.
