    @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

    literally been on the phone for an hour talking to @TSB for the women to rudely cut me off an say it’s the end of the working day now so i’m going to go i’ll call you back tomorrow like wtf? how unprofessional

    @TSB another month end/month start and your app plays up again. How long before you get this sorted? You are very quick to charge people if we make mistakes, but it’s ok for you to put up apology notes, and deny us access to our accounts. Laughable
