@victoriacuckson @TSB Thanks for the reply Victoria, I don’t bank online, so it’s the security validation software when you make online purchases that’s the problem for me. I have discovered that it’s only when an online purchase is above a certain value that the security validation kicks in though.

@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

@TSB A classic plus..i log in verify go back to merchant and press continue then nothing loads for ages... my mastercard and bank of Scotland account have no issues like this and certainly everytime i use this card it flags this issue no matter what website..its infuriating

@TSB After our local branch was closing since January 22 I have enquired about an upgrade to the TSB banking app to scan cheques.Almost ALL Banking apps offer this.I have asked the National customer service support and they said “later in the year”- So after 25 years I quit TSB!

@TSB It was days ago. I resolved it myself without @TSB help by deleting the app altogether & reinstalling it.
