@TSB my online banking has been down for days can’t access or transfer money from my account keep getting technical fault when trying to log in. Problem after problem with your banking time to compensate customers that have been affected by your terrible service

@TSB second day of no online banking services, this is a complete fiasco, and the complete lack of Custer service makes it even worse. I am not being penalised for late payments because of your failures. Account will be closed by the end of the week!!!!

@TSB So yesterday I couldn't use the app to send cash to my son. I managed to send via internet banking. Today I was embarrassed at hairdresser when i couldn't access app to make payment. Can't do it online either. Whats happening?

@TSB why do I have problems all the time trying to log on to my bank. If you cannot provide a good service I can take my money elsewhere. It would be a shame after banking with you for over 30 years but your service is shocking
