🅢🅗🅐🅖🅖🅨 🕖 (@ShaGGy_Uk) reported@TSB After 40+ years of being a customer I have realised you're basically a toy bank these days. The app suddenly stops working. Your app can't read cheques without failing every time for different reasons. Your customer support is foreign. Moving all my funds to a real bank.
-
Graham Teale (@GrahamTeale) reported@TSB you blocked my card, then unblocked and approved transaction. Then immediately blocked my card. You rang twice just for two seconds with no caller id. Customer Service states same thing, will call within 24 hours . Very poor service. Get your act together

Peter Irvine (@ibhinnPeadar) reported@TSB_News @TSB 3 months of problems accessing funds through a dysfunctional app. You have nothing to crow about.

Revatron (@D_Revatron) reported@TSB another ‘first of the month’ and another online banking outage. It’s bills day. Pay day. Money needs to be moved. How can this keep happening? Sort your IT out.
-

All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

-
Allibalibee (@AllisonKomorows) reported@TSB Yes. Appears to be working now
-
MBUR337 (@MBUR337) reportedthis in turn will allow @TSB to then provide information to a credit reference agency lowing your credit score which allows you as the customer credit to service a debt you may have at a better rate and being conned in to being locked into a full term with TSB 4/
