@TSB I have to say I have never had such an awful experience with a bank like I have with you. I’ve been trying to pay my CC bill…the website isn’t working & neither is the app. I’ve called & I can’t even pay over the phone. You’re happy to charge late fees though! 🤬 HELP ME!

@TSB why can’t your staff help over the phone with an under 16 account? You close local branches and then expect a child to be able to drive to the nearest branch 25 minutes away where there’s no public transport worth having? 🤯

Shocking Customer Service from @TSB firstly they block my Internet banking when I am trying to make an international payment(even though they sent me numerous texts to check it was me) no one contacts me. I have now been on hold for an hour and a half waiting to get thru.

@TSB Ongoing issues with online banking, called helpline and after 45 minutes hopefully resolved. Reason given “must be a glitch”! Solution - profile deleted and recreated, in other words switch it off and switch it on again!

@TSB Every Saturday morning I login to do online banking and there is always an issue with it. Do you do maintenance then or something? I am considering moving bank after having been with you for probably about 30+ years because of this
