    Attended a banking protocol job today to help safeguard an elderly person from scammers. Great work by @TSB for blocking payments. Sorry but people who try & scam the elderly & vulnerable out of their money are scumbags, plain & simple. #Fraud #TakeFive @LincsPolice @FCR_Lincs

    @TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    @TSB She has yes, and they've closed the case and told her she has the pay the £900 because her card has been in her possession and have insinuated that she has made the transactions. why would she go through the hassle of rasing the issue, going to the police as instructed by tsb 1/2

    @TSB I've sent a bank transfer payment to my TSB credit card this morning. I know it can take a few days to go though, but my available balance hadn't updated, which it usually does v quickly. Are payments working?

    @TSB I have spent, no exaggeration 3 hours of the last 24 hours on a ringing hold line to speak to the fraud team. Your live chat on the website throws up generic faq advice and a lady on the normal customer service line just told me she expected me to just wait another......
