@TSB Absolute piss take of a bank. 2022 and a bank of your size can’t explain why for days now my card isn’t working, Apple Pay not working, can’t add recipients to transfer and my app keeps going down. Fkn sort it out things are hard enough for people as it is without this ****.

Found my old card, figured out the issue. My old card expires in 2024 but @TSB sent me a new version of the card (it’s changed a lot) so I have 2 valid cards for 1 account but only 1 of them shows on my online banking 🙃

@TSB Okay tried that, and update details page still isn't working. The actual main issue is that my parents are trying to pay a bill on British Gas and when they click pay, it takes them to the TSB transaction security prompt where it wants to send a code

@TSB Yes they did, and they just said it was a system error and to continue trying. I’m still yet to be able to use my card.
