@FilmPhilDoc @TSB Gave up on the High Street banks a few years ago and switched fully over to Monzo. Haven't looked back, never had a problem with anything with them and the many features were instantly beneficial for me.

Rare that I have to ring @TSB - amazes me how awful their phone service is and then i spend the next few days considering moving!

@TSB not sure why you need a DM, fairly simple - logging in needs a one time passcode if new device. Works if you ask for it on a mobile, produces the error if you check the box for the landline.
