@TSB your app is down again . This is so poor when I need access to my own money and still awaiting a bank card due to internet fraud charges on my account , which someone was supposed to get back to to me about but hasn’t … Time to change banks I think..

Hey @tsb couldn't change money for my holiday tomorrow cos your app is unsurprisingly down again and I cannot shift money between accounts. As you shut my local branch, no option but to stick my spending on my credit card so you WILL be removing all the resulting charges. 😡

@TSB Same typical standard answers you keep spouting for nearly 12 months. It would be more useful to be honest to your customers that you don’t know how to fix it and we could make an inform decision to change banks.
