@TSB I had money illegally taken from my account over 3 months ago. I was advised I would receive a cheque for the full amount as the account is now closed. I have not received this. TSB are an absolute disgrace of a bank, Customer service is a joke and your staff are liars.

@WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I have had TSB account for life but now transfers all spare cash to Monzo, as TSB would block any new payments or international payments due to their fraud protection. But it made them totally unusable.

@TSB Tried it on app and on website, still saying code has failed or been entered wrong, checked several times and it was right code that I entered.

@TSB See what I mean? At the start I said every time someone has issues receiving the OTP despite having the correct phone numbers on your system your response is to direct them to another payment method rather than get the OTP issue fixed and you literally just did exactly that

Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄
