Hi @TSB just had a conversation with someone at your fraud department who tried to convince me that TSB sends fraud alerts from random mobile numbers - is that true? If so, why would you do that, as it seems so dodgy?! Please DM me ASAP about this issue, thank you

@TSB spoke to business banking team the first time and was told it was unsuccessful as we didn't click the ltd company box, can't understand why? so nobody is going to help us then?

@TSB Issues resolved. Although it took about THREE AND A HALF HOURS. By far the most complicated and worst on line banking app of ALL the banking apps. I doubt I'll be banking with TSB in 2023

.@TSB somebody has fraudulently set up a bank account in my name. The only way to tell you is to call you but I’ve tried several times to call and I don’t get put through. Your website does not give an option to chat to somebody. Please help!

@TSB I just had a text message from you stating my card was blocked as there was suspected fraudulent activity on it, I then received another text from you stating where the card was used & how much was being spent. Could you confirm that these texts are the service you provide?

@TSB What's up with logging in to online banking? I had the app on my old phone and I recently got a new phone, entered all my details correctly and entered the OTP and it throws an error every time and says it will block my account if I try again. Same thing on PC too.

@keswickbootco It's a trend we are unable to stop. My local @TSB had 8 service counters & lots of space with charming ladies for help & assistance. It now has 2 service counters & if you need someone to speak to you have to phone a call centre for an appointment two weeks away - Ghastly
