    @TSB Norwich TSB won't accept calls, website nit working. Can't make an appointment for mortgage advisor. Poor customer service.

    @TSB I've spent all week trying to renew the bank connection with @Xero and tried everything including incognito mode, different browsers, cache clearances etc. Losing the will to live now. It seems to be whenever you stick the revolut promo page up as part of the sign in process

    @TSB You should offer a call back service, I need to contact you ref fraud. On hold for 1 hour, cut off before speaking to anyone. Tried again still waiting after 1 hour! Absolute joke…

    @TSB Horrendous bank..just this morning set up switches for our current accounts to @firstdirect..sick and tired of having my time wasted by TSB incompetence and useless customer service. Apps are good, the rest totally sub standard.

    @TSB That’s awful service Rich to be honest. I shouldn’t have to hold on for over an hour for the Fraud department- that should be a priority. I’ll try again and if I can’t get through before you close at 9, can I go into a branch to sort it out (if I can find one that’s still open)
