@TSB You had 1 cashier in your Hanover Street Branch in Edinburgh today. A queue that waited 45mins as 1 women was dealt with. An unmasked assistant walking around asking masked elderly if they need help. A capital city centre branch! Remember your customers. Employ more staff.

@TSB @TSB why has a payment I've tried to make been denied despite the fact I had to go into my online banking app to approve it? Used my fingerprint ID verification TWICE and that still wasn't good enough. Called 2 of your customer service numbers. Neither were useful. :(

@TSB wow TSB - 20 working days for a payment reversal when your app crashed on me. How can you tell me the money will be back to me the next working day and then when I chase I then get told 20 working days!

@Xero @tink @TSB All I'm hearing is "We're doing everything we can but we're not going to tell you what we're doing". You could do the courteous thing and just update us with what has or hasn't been achieved since the issue began. Who has time every day to re-run the connection... when it works?!
