@TSB Tried that, gives me my user ID, which is what I've been using and when I try again I get the same error code. I can't log on the app either it tells me to set up my device, so I've deleted and re tried still no joy.

@TSB hello, i have tried to make a payment. have received a text that says security check finished "please log in to our internet banking desktop site and approve or cancel your payment". How do I do this?
