@TSB I have been double charges nearly £200. Unacceptable. I expect this back and compensation for the inconvenience, terrible service again from TSB.

  • Scott_YMW Scott (@Scott_YMW) reported

@VicVinegar75 @TSB Terrible bank, I’ve switched away from em.

  • sharon_ogborn Sharon Ogborn (@sharon_ogborn) reported

@TSB @TSB Not good enough TSB. And no notification to customers either. I’ve made an appointment with Lloyds to transfer all my banking to Lloyds. I will be leaving TSB. Local branches all closing. I’ve been a loyal TSB customer for 50years!!

  • garylovesjackie Gary (@garylovesjackie) reported

@TSB @ryanlang_9 I actually think your missing Ryan’s point. Your not putting anything right. You are merely rectifying what was your error. As I have said previously if you want to put it right reach out to those affected and offer compensation which we know you won’t

  • kellylou1409 Kelly Lou 🌟 (@kellylou1409) reported

@TSB Honestly your communication on this issue has been awful! What about people that don’t use Twitter? No email, no text, no phone calls! Really @TSB this is not good enough

  • laurenmuse_ loz c (@laurenmuse_) reported

@TSB I appreciate this is a wider-scale issue although I was due to pay some bills off today out of that money which I obviously couldn't do

  • tobiasaloysius Ashley (@tobiasaloysius) reported

@TSB I’ve had a payment taken off same one from 2 March been on tsb chat and advised to shut down my account as I thought it was fraud now will need to wait on new bank card - chat option has been removed completely inconvenient

  • JonAldridge21 Jon Aldridge (@JonAldridge21) reported

@TSB And I’m fortunate enough to have had some money aside to cover this - some people live hand-to-mouth each month and you might have taken all the money they had to buy groceries/essentials that they’ve not been able to access today. Really poor show from @TSB.

  • OhLew_ Lewis (@OhLew_) reported

@midnightsky_1 @TSB can you help out? That money should've gone either that day or the next business day, not nearly 2 weeks after.

@TSB Finally; a resolution! And what about compensating people who have, literally, been left with nothing today? And told “ask family and friends for money” - have emailed your CEO, was palmed off to your Head of Customer Service. Still awaiting a call…
