@Roni56248402 @moejohno TSB on twitter have just asked me for the same information I gave to their customer service team...do I waste yet more time from my working day or just press on with my own business...it's tiresome @TSB

@TSB you are a disgrace. Leaving a single mother, with a disabled child, without access to her own account after being with you for 19 years. Treating her like a criminal. Shame on you.

  • amandakredman Amanda Redman (@amandakredman) reported

@TSB And it was no help at all

  • bishopslass Maggie (@bishopslass) reported

@TSB I use internet banking for a business account and want to register for my TSB personal account but having difficulty. I get the message "Customer has a contract of virtual banking with a Business Service assigned." How do I get round this?

@TSB someone has given me a cheque...😬 What do I do with it? Can I deposit this online somehow? Couldn't find details on the website 🤔

  • MrGWilson Gavin J Wilson (@MrGWilson) reported

@TSB Just sat waiting in a queue for over 40 minutes only for someone to answer and disconnect the call. Ridiculous service. I’m looking to speak to someone about our Silver Account Travel Insurance. Can you help me?

@TSB Spend more money giving your clerks better customer service skills and training rather than spending on advertising. Surely customers come first?
