@TSB @UKSAYSNOMORE Do TSB employ an Equality Impact Assessment professional? You appear to have erased men from your initiative. What percentage of your customers are male? Who did you consult with externally on your campaign? Shocking My Account with you will be closed down

  • struth9guv kenneth raine (@struth9guv) reported

@TSB The ball's in your court, I can't access my money or transfer it to my selected account. It's for you to solve it. You don't answer the phone or return a text

  • DemonDoughnut Terry White (@DemonDoughnut) reported

@ian_mcnicholl As 35% of victims are male, this is unrepresentative It would be most helpful to indicate to male victims that the service is available to them as well I hope you might address this @TSB

  • WhimsicalMouse Anni Ezmerelda (@WhimsicalMouse) reported

@TSB I don't own photo ID and I'm housebound and my phone is broken atm. :(

  • ManInTheMoon_2 Man In The Moon _2 (@ManInTheMoon_2) reported

@TSB You have a problem with protecting the customer's personal data. I called today to cancel a card and was told that my current address is not the address registered on my account.

  • Girl_Remastered Debbie L (@Girl_Remastered) reported

@TSB Thanks, I will do that. If I have used my actual physical face to approve a transaction via an actual physical phone in my possession I don’t then expect to keep being inconvenienced by payment declines. Its a farce and a poor customer experience entirely

  • stevanuk Stevan haswell (@stevanuk) reported

@TSB what a pile of shite your customer service is totally shocking

  • NellumNai NellumNai (@NellumNai) reported

@TSB Why isn't that anywhere on your website then? I googled "TSB credit card ways to pay" and that isn't listed. What a faff.

  • MrHilariouskiwi Mr. Kiwi (@MrHilariouskiwi) reported

@nicholasphilp Yes. I got shat on after many years of good customer banking with BNZ so moved my accounts to @TSB and @KiwibankNZ

  • YvonneLB4 Y (@YvonneLB4) reported

@TSB been trying to open monthly saver since lunchtime today .....repeated message advising service temporarily unavailable, is this a known problem across the whole site?
