Not terribly impressed @TSB decided to give online help a try re. Mortgage. Simply wanted to know what my rate is as its unclear when i log in and where it is on website Was given wrong info, very unclear. Ended with being disconnected. Thankfully i saved transcript, woeful CS 🤬

@TSB Your app isn't working again. I can log in but get timed out every time I try to do anything. Can't move money or pay bills. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling and that hasn't worked. When will I be able to access my money!

@TSB app down on pay day AGAIN...regular as clockwork. I need to transfer money for bills coming off my account...when will the app be working again? All I get is the circle of doom when in the app.
