@TSB Thanks, not having a go at you, but it's just not worth it. Don't really know why I keep it open to be honest, it's always been the most frustrating out of all the banks. Thanks for trying to help though

@TSB I've given up. Spoken to people before - Usual, clear cookies, use another browser, reset, etc., etc. I've just moved everything to another bank, left £100 in this one and just go through the same painstaking process of only trying to login once a month now.

@TSB I wasted enough time yesterday trying to log in via the app and website, still not working. Just tweet and tell us when it’s back working again. 🙄

@TSB Hi, this is working now. Can you please be more open with your customers about the system being down in future. Post on twitter / Facebook to tell people there is an issue. The app could say something like 'our services are down', telling people to reinstall, etc, isn't good.

@TSB Just followed your instructions, set up the app again, and it crashed in same place after putting in all the details and recieving/entering authentication code with error 'Unfortunately TSB has stopped'...

@TSB the app opens fine, i put in my mem information then it just closes and says' unfornuatley the TSB app has stopped working'
