Ended up in tears in a well known bank where my parents had banked for 50 yrs ! It was dreadful- I spoke out to all standing in queues & explained my problem. Anger just took over.

Went to financial ombudsman who got @TSB to remove fraud indicator as they said was complicit!! Very horrible situation and lost a lot of money and bank accused me of fraud
