@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

@TSB I used my card in a restaurant during the week and it was declined due to potential fraud. When I try to resolve this through your automated service, it times out because you have high call volumes. My weekly grocery shop has now been declined too. How can this be fixed?

@TSB please explain why you have no facility to ask a general question on your website & why your telephone system is impenetrable. I've been waiting to speak to someone for 25 minutes just to ask where to send a cheque. You closed my branch so I can't take it there 1/2.
