@TSB am I going to have to confirm every purchase I make online now. I was trying to buy tickets for the theatre for a present this morning and when I went to confirm the app was down (or at least mine was) meaning I now have to try again and hope they are still there.

@TSB my app is once again playing up and I can’t access manage cards! The last time this happened it took you almost six months to sort the problem, please tell me that’s not the case this time?
