Glynis Castle Elliott (@Chiclanagirl) reported@TSB one of the worst banking services received in the UK. The customer advisers cannot be understood their English is dreadful. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?

Alice Woke and Proud #CorbynWasRight (@noelphobic) reported@TSB why is it impossible to solve a simple query without a 60 minutes Teams meeting? I had an online chat about a simple query. LaughingGravy (@LGravy15834) reported@TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

thisisnotcaitlinmoran (@thisisnotcaitl1) reported@TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

Oli Ashman (@OliAshman) reportedIt "kicked off" a little bit in the local @TSB bank this morning. A lady was complaining loudly about not being able to pay money in at the counter after being directed to use the machine, the guy at the machine was getting frustrated with it and ended up punching it! The queue were complaining amongst themselves about how the bank only had one window open. I kept quiet because I knew people wouldn't accept why it is like this in most UK businesses. People cost too much to employ, successive governments has made this more and more expensive so businesses have no choice but to cut staff. Most of the UK's current problems is down to staff and pension costs. The only way to improve this is: 1. Reverse the employers NI rise 2. Raise the age employers have to auto enrol and contribute to pensions for staff 3. Link minimum wage increases to inflation, capped at 5% and collared at 2.5% If the 3 measures above were enacted the UK would feel like it is improving as time marches on and in 10 years time the situation would feel a lot better.
