  @TSB nevermind ignore previous tweet i sent.. the transaction was made by me to buy my kids driving licence ..would have thought it would have shown up dvla but it showed up licence support..no wonder i got confused 😕

  @TSB continue to be absolutely shocking still not got back to me regarding my closed accounts tried ringing and spent hours getting through spoke for about a min then the call was cut off, their online service is not fit for purpose its impossible trying to speak to them

  @TSB Utter BS. You don’t care about your younger customers at all. You really expect me to sit an hour on a bus each way to a branch (that you will probably close forever by the time I get there) for an app related issue which they won’t be able to fix. #TSB
