My local branch of @TSB has closed down. My nearest branch is now a 15 minute drive away. I don’t drive. I’m disabled and don’t use public transport. TSB remains one of the banks that won’t take cheques online. Time to switch to a more accessible bank. Recommendations please.

@TSB I used a card from a different bank in the end to make the purchase without any problems

  • Ageebaba Cosmodos Johncross (@Ageebaba) reported

@TSB Hello TSB, I received the following message when I tried to log in to my account. “Sorry, you're unable to log in right now. We need to check a few things on your account. Please call us on 0800 096 8669 and we'll do our best to get you back online” What does it mean?

  • tye_alex The Green Woman 🌱🌱 (@tye_alex) reported

@TSB Can't log into my banking app to approve an important payment for tomorrow. Tried the desktop site which won't let me log in either. Says something is wrong. The online chat robot doesn't have options regarding this and recommends the mobile app chat which I can't get into!

Fantastic customer service from @TSB Twitter team the last few days a lesson learnt on dodgy internet sites that thank you again !!!

  • nick_osborne Nick_Osborne (@nick_osborne) reported

@TSB I’m assuming though that no one on those teams are working over the jubilee holiday, and now there would the valuer. It’s just been so much stress, and so frustrating. We just want our first home

  • LarryHansen82 Larry Hansen (@LarryHansen82) reported

@TSB Could you also clarify if it is the customer's decision to use the cashier to deposit cash?

  • billynomates57 billy nomates (@billynomates57) reported

@TSB @LeopardKitty Are you trying to drive people away from the branches by not offering a service so as to then close the branch citing lack of use? BTW people also did not use branches due to lock down restriction and not because they did not want to.

  • GarethLeitch Gareth Leitch (@GarethLeitch) reported

@TSB That's interesting because when I worked for you last year you really didn't support Non-Binary people?
