@TSB However, during that you caused me to be down to my few pounds, which is stressful when you have to commute to work and pay bills... Some compensation would be nice for all the hassel involved.

Gordon mcadams (@gordon_mcadams) reported
@TSB Already completed one. That’s no help what’s so ever. You should have been keeping customers updated through out the day by email, texts or calls. Or better still returned there money immediately to pay bills

The Jackhammer (@Kango_V) reported
@TSB @FionaCochran11 But, will you be transparent and publish the reason for the problem. And I mean a real breakdown, not just PR spin. Many tech companies do this and it actually builds trust. I'm waiting with baited breath

Dani Hall (@literarytwit) reported
Did I just stepped into a time machine? Went to my (local) branch of my bank (just turned up) to sort out something complicated. The issue was patiently solved & I left with the direct line of someone I could call at the branch if I needed more help. Thanks Penelope @TSB Reading.

Liam MacLeod (@lmacleoduk) reported
@TSB following the duplicated payments issue, (which made me think I was going mad), will we be compensated for this mess?
-
gaz (@GazzaRuss89) reported
@TSB I get that you’ve refunded people but a nice touch would be offering some compensation as you left a lot of people overdrawn even £50 compensation will be better than paying £550 to FOS per customer surely?

ClaireB (@C_Bahr1) reported
@TSB It caused more than problems for most. Panic, stress, anxiety, debt, hungry tummies, missed wages, having to borrow from family......people couldn't give kids lunch money or travel to work yesterday. I think more than a sorry is needed but you'll just play the ignorance card now

JJeffers (@JJeffers123) reported
@TSB Yeah I’m bored of you copying and pasting the same answers to everyone. You acknowledged there was an error and said it was going to be rectified and then further duplicate payments were taken

Amanda Clarke (@amanda_clarke19) reported
@nsandihelp Thanks for the reply. Turns out the payment issue was to do with my bank @TSB and not your fault. Money has been refunded now

emma stacey (@ems970) reported
@TSB Thanks . My question was around the poor communication of the event , rather than the actual fact that the money was taken. I only found out it was a bank error by chance - so had wasted other peoples time trying to find out why they had charged me twice. I should have been told
