If your notification systems are not adequate enough to notify customers that they may be getting scammed then upgrade. Educate your customers more on scams through email and tv ads.

XRP Spartan 🇬🇧 (@XRPT13) reported@bits_infinity @TSB I’ve sent thousands of pounds to binance. Never once have I had an issue. However when I tried this morning, my transfer failed. I tried more 3 times and was refunded 3 times. After speaking with TSB on the telephone they confirmed that they are stopping payments to exchanges.
