    @poorpeepsprob @danni_ox_ @TSB Ive clicked on the link to make a complaint and shock you have to do it in the app. What help is that? Come on tsb give us a timescale when it will be fixed so I can ring everyone and tell them when bill will be paid

    @TSB need to fix up the issues regarding the app if not all of us ( @TSB Customers) need to get any late payment fees paid back! Because it’s a @TSB issue and they haven’t rectified it and are responding to customers messages like a A.I CHATBOT

    @adam87sid @TSB I get things can happen, but even more so I cant get hold of anyone on the phone, no communication from TSB via text or email to say its down and the fact its been down twice in a week. Might start looking at moving now
