@TSB Hi l have had to cancel my Tsb visa spend&save card due to supious activity today .can l get my account unlocked to use on-line banking to pay utilities eg; or do l have to wait for new card to be delivered before l can access my account.any information much appreciated.

@santanderukhelp @TSB From the 25 or equivalent number July there is a £300-£600 discrepancy there is also private data 2017-25. And errors on the account like mooring Apple ID months old. It's virtually impossible to deal with the @TSB bank. Trying to sort something very important out regarding my elderly, ill father but nobody EVER answers the phone in the branches. As soon as this issue is resolved I will be closing my accounts with them instantly! #useless
