@TSB Hi l have had to cancel my Tsb visa spend&save card due to supious activity today .can l get my account unlocked to use on-line banking to pay utilities eg; or do l have to wait for new card to be delivered before l can access my account.any information much appreciated.

@TSB have just spent approx 90 mins trying to sort my a/c out with 1 of your supervisors. Still not working. So no means of using app-new passwords etc & no time line as to when will work - 3rd time!!!not impressed.

@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?
