Wild Bill (@b16dyr) reported@TSB I can do online banking, but to report a problem with your system, I have to phone during office hours. if you are looking for continual improvement, you should have an email address or some other online method to report faults. Online banking, but not quite 24/7.

Lucille Clare Morton (@lucilleclare) reported@tsb Spent over 1 hour on 3 calls to telephone banking and got nothing sorted. One call to Internet banking lasted 15 minutes and all issues resolved and I can finally spend my money again.
