@smrugbymad62 @virginmedia Sorry Virgin this is NOT true. That number is for the Customer Services team. When you get through to them you then need to ask to be put through to the retention team. I know cos I've just spent 30min talking to who I THOUGHT was the retention team!

@virginmedia Yes constantly our connection drops more than once. All different times. We have to turn router off router on and off sometimes more than once. Called many times, some have never been answered. Monitored the last time. No feedback. Still have the issue.

Despite all the warnings on social media I still signed up for @virginmedia given they'd put a brand new connection in my street & my local exchange is awful. After cancelling the TV & just keeping broadband I'm currently on hold to cancellations wanting to charge me £62 a month.

@virginmedia They said the area manager would call me. I need them to call now. Otherwise we would have been without everything for a month. If this carries on I'll just have to cancel my contract because this is just getting silly. It's so poor. Area ref 31.

Phoned @virginmedia on Wednesday unhappy with my payments and poor reception. Spoke to a nice young man in Newcastle who offered me a hefty reduction in my payments and said my router was very old and he would arrange to get me a new one. Would call me back on Thursday 1/2.

Fabulous customer service from @virginmedia this morning. My wife’s new sim works intermittently, when we finally managed to speak to a ‘customer service ‘ agent about this, she disconnected the call after failing to be of any use whatsoever! #Appalling
