@virginmedia Still no resolution just eventually kept getting told I didn't have an appointment booked for today when I did and when I asked to speak to someone to ask why I was lied to and why the engineer didn't turn up I was passed to another department and then cut off this happened twice

@virginmedia Oh dear - the forums make for depressing reading. You should really moderate them cos they don’t paint a good picture of Virgin Media I’m afraid. Alternatively, provide a real customer service via (eg) Twitter DM. Even email!

@virginmedia I want to make a complaint. I have been mis-sold an @O2 SIM card contract with my virgin media package. I didn’t know this was a contract and I don’t want it. Please reply and arrange to have this cancelled and removed.

@virginmedia No, this is second time that I have been waiting all day for an engineer, got new installation date on 21st November, so I will be 2 months without internet, and of course the engineer will not turn up on 21st Nov. either. I’m fuming, no option but to cancel it. Appalling service

@virginmedia really disappointed with the terrible service we are receiving from you- constant promises of call backs and then nothing. New media box fitted but it is faulty so we are currently paying for a service that are not even receiving

@virginmedia This will be the 3rd evening in a row trying to sort it out. The box is new but clearly faulty. Why should we have to keep initiating contact when we’re waiting for a call back? It’s really poor service and having a quick look at the forum, I’m not on my own when I say this
