@PatKennyNT The normalisation of gambling in this country has to end. Every second ad on @virginmedia channels at night is for a gambling company, as are ads throughout the day on most independent radio stations. It's predatory. National Lottery is as bad, it's run the same as the others.

@virginmedia the worst customer service team, your agents ask for your query and talk over you once you start to explain. Been put on hold without being asked and agent has left me on hold for over 20mins! In the mean time received a disconnection email I have not requested!

@virginmedia Hi. I've been desperately trying to get done sort of answer. Nobody at Virgin can officially tell me what the problem is. My company IT guys think it's a SIP related issue where the superhub will not let the data through. The faults dept at virgin have never heard of SIP.

@virginmedia no broadband since last Thursday, can’t get through to your customer service. Engineer came last week as we’ve struggled with your service for months, he put a new hub in and guess what.... it worked for a day! Now waiting for another engineer to come. Not happy 😡

@virginmedia 18 months, after the previous one that was less than a year into the contract. It's still a rise for every full year I've been a customer; an almost 25% rise since 2017. I'm shopping around now and others are offering better(including you, to new customers)
