@virginmedia Thanks for the clarification, however this has been going on since October and from my point of view there is effectively no service, yet I am still paying. I note my immediate neighbours who use BT and Vodafone do not have such problems and easily achieve 10Mbps at the same time

@virginmedia It is intermittent, no it is no better. Someone I spoke to on the phone acknowledged there was a connectivity issue and an engineer is coming Tuesday (if they show up) Why won’t VM just admit there are issues besides our routers? Check your mentions, it’s widespread.

@virginmedia I reported the box yesterday. Unsure if it was escalated or not. Box is clearly my issue and exposed to the elements. Would assume this would be a priority for virgin!! Looks like someone reversed into it!

@virginmedia The ring was an 18 carat gold band with a platinum swift in it. Distinctive and expensive. Insurance paid out but the ring was irreplaceable. I lost faith in virgin and the police. We were treated terribly. My husband worked as an electrician and never wore his ring to work
