@daffodilsoup @GNetworkComms @virginmedia Also a lot of Virgin problems are caused by the pisspoor physical kit they provide. You can upgrade your WiFi kit, and use the Virgin hub in 'modem only' mode to get rid of 90% of problems. Then you're left with only the 10% of problems that are genuinely Virgin network problems

@virginmedia These are apparently due to area issues. However, I have made over 20 phone calls and the issue is ongoing. The last one being yesterday at 9.30 and restored at approximately 4pm today. Also 4 times an engineer has failed to turn up.
