@virginmedia Yep shows outrage and estimated fix time which varies then text and email to say fixed but still nothing had 15 messages to say fixed one a few seconds ago but it's not and still showing outrage on the app hard to check this when no services very disappointed with the service

@DavidWa98974961 Kind of haha I think it's a problem with the virgin box tbh as all other devices come up ok. Like I say I've swapped the leads from the other devices which work, used those leads from the Virgin box and still the same. I've got Virgin media coming out on Friday to look at the box

@virginmedia Yes both wired and wireless. Goes down nearly every day until I reboot the hub. It’s taking all my security cameras down for whole days as I’m out at work so can’t be home to reboot it.

@virginmedia Status page says broadband is OK, but it's not. Checked all connections and they are all OK. Turned hub 4 of for 10 min and back on and it's still not working.

@virginmedia @davidvikingflag The hub5 support is a joke, we not your Beta testers. We are paying customers. Its not difficult to get it right. Q- What does success look like? A- It takes a while for things to settle is not the correct answer.
