Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

@virginmedia 5.5 hours and I raised a complaint via the CEO - all sorted now - actually some one who listened and understood the issue. It’s embarrassing for you as a company that the staff are not correctly trained or just have no clue what they are doing.

@richardbranson @virginmedia as a long standing customer across Virgin's multiple brands, are you telling me if you cannot provide broadband service for over 20hrs you cannot do anything because Virgin Policy says only if you are suffering for 48hrs I'll look to compensate

@virginmedia A list of help articles, I've tried everything they say and my (average) internet speed is still only between about 14mbps and 35mbps, upload is regularly around 0.08mbps meaning I can't do my job
