  • BrookesPics Mark Brookes (@BrookesPics) reported from Frome, England

@virginmedia day 2 and 53 minutes so far listening to your gushing voiceover in the queue on 0345 464 1111. What do I need to do to talk to you? Don’t say online chat as that’s the same. It’s an important situation and I don’t know how I can talk to you ? Help!!

  • BrookesComms Mark Brookes (@BrookesComms) reported from Frome, England

@Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

  • RJLW Robert LW (@RJLW) reported from Frome, England

Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

  • tyokischild Dominic Ellison (@tyokischild) reported from Frome, England

After being shackled to shockingly appalling service for over ten miserable years our contract with @virginmedia ends in a couple of weeks! 🥳 🎊 🎉

  • BrookesPics Mark Brookes (@BrookesPics) reported from Frome, England

@virginmedia the 0345 454 1111 number just doesn’t work / unavailable and the live chat has a waiting time of about 60 mins. How can a loyal long term customer talk to you ?

@virginmedia Hi there, can you tell me how to cancel Sky Sports subscription, please?

  • SilentLokusT LokusT 🇪🇺 (@SilentLokusT) reported

@virginmedia Might've helped if you looked at the tweet I replied to. I dealt with your crappy customer service a few months ago. It's my turn with O2 now.

  • blairjoyce3 JoycieB (@blairjoyce3) reported

@O2 @virginmedia I'm a customer of both but when I go into O2 it wants me to join Virgin Media to participate and vice versa ..

  • apathetic_nerd Apathetic Nerd (@apathetic_nerd) reported

@virginmedia So I pay more for the same package a new subscriber gets, even after 25 years of being a customer.

  • pierskarsenbarg Piers Karsenbarg (@pierskarsenbarg) reported

@ICooper @virginmedia @OpenreachHelp I really like VM. I’ve had maybe a couple of hours downtime in all the time I’ve been WFH and even when I’ve had issues, they’ve sent someone out first thing the next morning (no complete outage, but had an old outdoor connection that the engineer was quick to fix)

  • snoo999 Sue Carr (@snoo999) reported

Let see if @virginmedia can rectify their mistake, of leaving an elderly vunreable person, without a phone line or emergency line for over 2 weeks. And, not tell them this would happen. #Shameful

  • PandaAkagi AkagiPanda 🐼 PNG VTuber 🤍 (@PandaAkagi) reported

@virginmedia The fact I can log into My Virgin Media, but not the email account which uses the same credentials, tells me it isn't an issue with my credentials. Even if I click "email" from within My Virgin Media, having logged in, I receive "your mailbox is not available at the moment"

  • PandaAkagi AkagiPanda 🐼 PNG VTuber 🤍 (@PandaAkagi) reported

@virginmedia (2/2) I changed the password regardless, which as expected, made no difference. The last time this happened I tried calling customer support and unfortunately they were beyond useless as usual. A quick search tells me plenty of other people are having the same issue today.

  • sadelta99 Andy (@sadelta99) reported

@virginmedia 3 times in two weeks after no issues ever with the address? And the issue is you send an email about it to the account that I can’t access due to you locking it - doh. As my device is an iPhone it doesn’t run anti virus and I’ve now changed pass three times

  • blairjoyce3 JoycieB (@blairjoyce3) reported

@O2 At that point it asks me to sign up to Virgin Media (desire already being a long standing customer)
