    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @virginmedia the 0345 454 1111 number just doesn’t work / unavailable and the live chat has a waiting time of about 60 mins. How can a loyal long term customer talk to you ?

    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    @virginmedia The responses from VM to people with genuine problems is atrocious. I went live on 14 Jan and already want to cancel using my 14 day cooling off period. But there's no one there to take my request. Phone calls go dead and there's no email. Today I register mailed a letter2 them.

    @virginmedia Hi, it was claimed to have been repaired but it's got a fault against it again now. the mobile app now has a more useful update saying that there is a fibre cable break. Unusual to take over 24 hours to fix that though.

    @virginmedia is there a problem in the SM6 area? Your service checker says no but internet is always dropping out - there was a problem in this area 48hrs ago and your 0345 number is not taking calls

    @virginmedia getting calls from 01550 709 946 saying they are from Virgin Media about my internet getting hacked and disconnecting me in 2 weeks unless they can do a pc diagnostics. Sound either Indian or Pakistani. Though you should they are contacting customer fake call.
