@Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia just wanted to flag how bad your coverage is for SM53JP. No TV since last week and broadband cuts in and out. Your engineer came and flagged a bad line to be replaced on Monday. Still nothing and now a new engineer booked for Saturday…. Groundhog Day sadly.

@virginmedia I called on 9th June to have an app removed, which is a straight forward thing. But the guy dealing with it someone cleared my account, removing discounts etc, resulting in £53 charges on my account and a whole new contract to which I never agreed to…1/2

@virginmedia Yes I read the small print. So unless you are receiving less than half of the advertised average, you can't cancel the contract. How you get away with selling a product called 1Gig with a HUGE margin is quite astonishing.
