    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    @virginmedia No it didn’t help. And the pods you want an extra £5 per month and that’s for one pod. Then you’ll probably charge for any additional pods. What am I currently paying for? WiFi to only work in one room. Why not send me a router that’s powerful enough

    @virginmedia The resolution, JS, is that the EDF cannot be waived. So I will pay a lot of money (for me it's a lot) for a service I cannot use, through no choice or fault of my own. @virginmedia at least the two people I've spoken to today are ashamed

    @susantidadk @virginmedia I'd check with a legal advisor susan. Contract law is for both parties. If the address they were supplying no longer exists and they are no long supplying the service to you because of this then they are not holding up their end of the contract which should void it.
