Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@LauraSTurner @virginmedia My dad was with sky 30 years and hiked his bill up each year. He was paying £90 a month compared to the same package as a new customer paying £30! 🤯 he cancelled needless to say!

Spam call just now. Indian sounding chap, very noisy background saying from BT Openreach about my internet connection! Damn good as I only have @virginmedia !
