@Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia No internet or phone all day. Still no internet so much for home working. Virgin goes down that much I have bought a 3 mobile dongle and it works. Now waiting for engineer so another 24h. Always going down. Looks like it's time to change supplier.

@virginmedia stop emailing and texting me every day threatening to fine me £100 for the non return of your equipment. On 23 August I booked for one of your engineers to collect it on 13 September. This poor customer service is one of the reasons I left Virgin after 10+ years.

@virginmedia I actually did that earlier today, no help/changes there. Hub is in the only place it can be: where the engineer put it :) However its upright and not near anything that should be interfering with the signal, and cables all connected/tight.

@virginmedia There are now but for a few hours there it was saying service was fine but I know at least half a dozen other households in the area as well as us have been without internet since around 10am

@Kev_Clarke @virginmedia Quite unfortunate, my account got stolen made several attempt to reach the support team to help me get it back but they never responded back, was really frustrated but i was referred to @utopiantechh who help get everything back, I suggest you also contact them
