    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    I have just spent 30 minutes on the phone with @virginmedia and saved myself £30/month on my package, but managed was infuriated. When I tried to get through to the cancellation line, the person on the phone asked me 8 'security' questions. How stupid do they think we are?

    @virginmedia It seems there was an issue with the delivery. Delivery time emails were received after the allocated time so no one would have been present. As it turns out, this has now been delivered out of the blue. I’ll get this activated this evening/tomorrow morning. Thanks
