    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @virginmedia So turns out @virginmedia gets to keep my credit because they only send checks and I no longer have a UK address so they cannot do anything about. Pretty sure if I was in debit that wouldn't be an issue...

    @virginmedia Well no one can help. I have a virgin media account and an O2 account. Both me and sane address. But because virgin is in both names and they cant/won’t make it in my name I can’t access volt! Even though I pay and manage them both, ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Ok, so how do I access the web contact page, it says under contact us but I can’t find it. I’m not willing to spend another hour on the phone with virgin, I’ve followed your guidelines on how to cancel and you stole money.

    @SkyUKy contract is due to finish 20th April, the app is great at tell9ng me to renew, but awful to allow me to cancel packages, not any point does it seem to allow me to reduce my package or cancel the renewal. Any help? @virginmedia seem to have given me a better offer 2 as a
