    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    hey @virginmedia i've been on hold for nearly an hour and been transferred 4 times while trying to cancel my account, its almost like you told your call centre staff to make it impossible to cancel #virginmedia

    @virginmedia So your number is engaged. You don't respond via text and email is laughable. You are literally uncontactable about an issue...any issue. My inconsistent service AND cancelation; I can't do either through your "lightning fast" service....neither of which is real.
