    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia No idea its telling me to check back in 24 hours. I got a message yesterday morning to say previous flagged issue has been fixed (which I flagged up on day 1 of installation as service was bad) and yet the issue in question has got worse
