@virginmedia day 2 and 53 minutes so far listening to your gushing voiceover in the queue on 0345 464 1111. What do I need to do to talk to you? Don’t say online chat as that’s the same. It’s an important situation and I don’t know how I can talk to you ? Help!!

Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia Finally received my final bill - credit for £47.74 - a month after service finished. When am I likely to receive said credit? And why, really, in 2021, does it have to be a cheque when you've been using my bank details for the last 2 years?!
