VIRGIN MEDIA has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE which is IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with via the telephone. SKY has heaps more customers but OFCOM receives heaps more complaints from Virgin Media customers which does indicate something. PLUSNET MEDIA ANSWERS CALLS WITIN 60 SECONDS.

@virginmedia how the hell do I report a problem and get it fixed ? Your helpline gives me options to : 1: go back to main manu , 2: hear these options again. My internet is down and I can’t even tell someone it’s broken !!!!!!!!

@virginmedia As I cant get through to support, you cant verify the issue or not. I know very well you throttled my wife VPN connection. To be fair though she is with a small company - BASF perhaps you have heard of them.

@virginmedia ITS ALWAYS IMPOSSIBLE TO VERBALLY COMMUNICATE WITH VIRGIN MEDIA, MAYBE ITS A GOOD IDEA TO EMPLOY SOME COMPETENT, PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYEES THAT CAN RESOLVE ISSUES/ COMPLAINTS AFTER THE CUSTOMERS FIRST CONTACT WITH VIRGIN MEDIA. JUST A SUGGESTION VIRGIN MEDIA.
