    @johntweedie @frednfrank I've switched the router to Modem to get the signal to the 2nd floor loft. Allied to the self installed mesh network, that works well. The signal isn't now the issue. Being without services from @virginmedia 3 times in just over a week, is.

    @JGOLoughlin They say there’s no problem with the service. Which is opposite of what they said on the phone yesterday, having run tests. Neighbours have given me access to their Sky broadband. I’m due for renewal so this has persuaded me to switch from @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It is completely unacceptable to have had no broadband for 5 days. Especially when I’m told the problem is at your end and not with my equipment. I am beyond p****d off.

    @virginmedia No my second complaint was made after the 1st one was again apparently resolved and closed, went on my account & there was no open complaint so thats when i made my second and got the same response.

    @virginmedia We have been unable to get a service because our flat was mislabelled on the Virgin media systems as a business. Has taken 17 hours of phone time and I'm still not convinced the form has even been sent! Departments passing the blame, and hanging up in customers isnt great.
