@Angela_Griffin @virginmedia We have the same issue! AND we can’t even get wifi upstairs anymore they won’t do anything as they said it’s not there issue, unless I want to pay an extra 20 a month for a booster.. even though when we first got the wifi it worked perfectly upstairs! usesless

@virginmedia It seems that no one at Virgin is willing to help resolve this issue for a new customer. Extremely disappointed with the customer service, quick to get people to sign up, not so quick with providing a good service(5)

@richard_ive @Petrique3 @virginmedia Same here it's not DNS but I'm starting to think virgin have an issue with AWS since I think most of the stuff I can't get is on AWS backend (prime, zoom, Netflix) whereas teams and Google services seem fine

@virginmedia We are moving into March and still not resolve. I'm not late with payments, I have not missed a payment, I'm paying for a 1GB connection but receiving 90MB. I'm upholding my end but let down by Virgin - so you are unable to resolve the issue, I should not be held to my contract.

@virginmedia I have spoken to Gilbert, Ruth, Raj, Kashij, Vaishny, and Gourav. All of whom have passed me to other departments, cut me off entirely and all have failed to offer any sort of support other than offer to cancel my contract. I am just so shocked at Virgins customer service (3)

@ChelleMel47 @virginmedia Michelle, when I was mid Chemo & trying to work from home, it took so long to get them to fix our internet! They reduced me to tears! Moving house in 3 weeks abs really excited to be having Sky! Hope you get sorted darling!
