    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    wow amazing isnt it. So go to renew our contract & @virginmedia want to charge us £20 a month more AND they reduce our service ! Total contempt for loyal customers right there. Oh if I was new they would do me a deal. #Con

    @TVKev Omg that's all we need. It's bad enough talking to a bot when you phone companies like Virgin Media. Sorry I didn't get that. My response whilst going nuts. Human please NOW! How the hell are the elderly and vulnerable supposed to cope with this?! Human receptionists NOT AI.

    @virginmedia It’s been sorted now, four weeks after two men from comex2000 dropped a heavy metal manhole onto our Internet connections You need to sort out your customer service, cause it’s absolutely dreadful. I told them that the 2 men had ruined this connection, but no one took any notice
