@virginmedia Yes - having been round the houses trying to sort why our internet constantly drops out and despite having had an engineer out to check cabling, we finally had someone from Virgin agree that there is indeed an issue with our router (like we’ve been saying the last year!) But……

@virginmedia We were told we couldn’t have one and you didn’t know when Hub 3’s would be available. My husband advised we’re paying for a service we’re not receiving and your CS rep hung up on him because we won’t upgrade. (We already did a few months ago and STILL the internet is poor.) 😡
