    wow amazing isnt it. So go to renew our contract & @virginmedia want to charge us £20 a month more AND they reduce our service ! Total contempt for loyal customers right there. Oh if I was new they would do me a deal. #Con

    @virginmedia awful customer service today. Have spent three hours on the phone, to three different people. Three different stories. And still no resolution. We won’t have a working box before Christmas. Very disappointed.

    @virginmedia So tell us what the problem is and when it will be fixed? Nobody can confirm anything. Show us a photo of engineers working onit?! Clearly identifying where they are and what they are doing? @virginmedia because we, the residents of Burgess Hill don’t believe anything you say!

    @virginmedia its not your service its this crappy superhub 3 it simply forgets to connect via wifi or cuts the wifi power so low that even devices a few feet away cant connect, that and it becomes directional, i have to stand in the way or rotate the router to stream stuff after a few hours

    @virginmedia still haven’t spoke to anyone regarding my broadband fault. I keep getting your bot on the text service and only once have a got a person reply but still no further text or call. I can attach photos of thread everyday from Friday if you need them.

    @islamicpash @virginmedia Yeah ditto! One trick is to set up private LTD company (non trading, costs under £20) and get a business line put in. Faster, guaranteed speeds, 24hr turnaround on service issues ;)

    @virginmedia No other websites are having any issues. The standard Santander website is fine, the server time out occurs when going to the logging on screen. Both me and my mum can log into other banks without any problems
