Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

@virginmedia Yes I spoke to you over the phone. The issue I have is every time I ring up I get told different things because your advisers don’t know how to do their job properly. Then when I say the last adviser told me this, they accuse me of lying and blame me for your mistakes.
