    wow amazing isnt it. So go to renew our contract & @virginmedia want to charge us £20 a month more AND they reduce our service ! Total contempt for loyal customers right there. Oh if I was new they would do me a deal. #Con

    @virginmedia is appalling Aunt is a customer. They’re switching to fibre phones. But her router is upstairs while phone is downstairs. She needs a landline. She can’t get through to arrange a technician to discuss. So is faced with losing landline. As an elderly customer 😡

    @virginmedia I recently got wifi from Virgin Media Business. Their network is horrible! I’ve called numerous times and been there to connect it to my Ring cameras which keep disconnecting. My Guests also complaining that it doesn’t reach the bedrooms.

    @vmbusiness I have had no internet connection for 15 hours and can’t actually talk to anyone - just going round in circles. Customer service of sending me a text with a link to diagnose the problem myself isn’t really customer service now is it!!! How do I make contact?
