    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    @virginmedia No known issues in my area despite multiple virgin users from M29 postcode reporting there are. Emailed a complaint last week - emails aren't available for me to view. Tried chat today but bot no help. Tried rebooting & all other fixes multiple times.

    @virginmedia Yes, i have, we have. The issues are not going away. I need this issue resolved as a matter of urgency please. You guys charge enough as it is and then not to provide the service (specially over the opening PL weekend) is a mess

    Internet was supposed to be installed on 3rd August but no success so far - today was the third appointment that your service person failed to show up for. What kind of service is this? @virginmedia
