Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

A manager was supposed to call me back, I’ve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told ‘within 48hrs’. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????

I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

Ste (@SteT238) reported@virginmedia The first engineer cleared errors off the hub then requested the underground engineer to attend who then replaced the cable underground to the property. Our next door neighbour has also reported the same issue.
