    @virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

    @agmshankar @virginmedia Considering doing the same, they have increased the package price again this year (that's the second year in a row) and the network reliability seems to be getting increasingly worse in our area at least.

    Well after 20 years of being a loyal @skytv customer its time to leave. They have taken my custom for granted expecting me to accept poor customer service well I won't & I'm not. @skytv loss is very much @virginmedia gain.

    @virginmedia hi, just had an email saying that our bill it going to raise from £30 to £57.50 & that we have been signed upto an 18month contract! I never signed anything or have had any kind of letter to inform me of this. We have very little money, all on job seekers or furlough

    @virginmedia trying to watch the live rugby on bt sport is impossible and painful with all the flickering from the feed you are sending out, this has happened the whole of the first half with no appologies or rectifying the problem, any chance of sorting?

    @virginmedia V6 box broken! Phoned help desk and no deliveries or engineers available due to Covid. I challenged that and then was told out of stock til 1st April and I would have to call back then. Very disappointed. New customers beware #CustomerService #customer #poorservice

    @virginmedia Yes, many times. It seems the only things customer services ever advise is switching off and on, or pinhole reset....every time, and there’s never any improvement. We have spent the last 2 Sundays hours on the phone begging for an engineer but you won’t send one out, why???

    @virginmedia I made a complaint in Feb 13 to dispute about the undue charges. On Mar 6 and 17, virginMedia claimed to write me a letter and Mar 18 to have emailed me, I’ve received nothin. Now virginMedia is to disconnect me tomorrow for outstanding payment. I requested to cancel just now

    @virginmedia In total I have spent 6 hours just trying to close my a/c. When I have moved I will be changing my 2 mobile sim contracts with you. Your cust service is terrible. I have been intouch with home ins and Sky and BGas this past week to and had quick and efficient help, yours awful.
