@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

@virginmedia I did, Victor refused to do so despite a 3 day wait for Virgin to respond on WhatsApp that I was urged to use. Its all in black and white too so I'm extremely unhappy at the service and find it shocking and dishonest of you and that's being polite!
