    @virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

    @virginmedia I’ve called 08454541111 several times and can’t get through to anyone in a UK call centre who can help. Please can I have a direct number for a UK call centre for complaints or cancellation department immediately? This has been going on months! I am very stressed and very annoyed

    @virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

    You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

    @virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

I finally got through to someone & was transferred to 4 people the 4th telling me the order I placed weds was not possible so he transferred me to complaints who took all details put me on hold then cut me off..

    @virginmedia Hi, the wifi connection is extremely unstable today. It cut out the meeting 3times which was weird. SW7 area (I couldn’t use my phone as well so I just connected to 4G - which means it’s not my laptops issue) Could u check whats happening
