  @virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

But god help you if you need customer services. In my experience, they tie with Vodafone as the worst in the world.
