You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@paulatkinsonuk @virginmedia Virgin hubs are known for poor wifi signal the hub 4 aint much better i ended up getting an old home hub router and turning that into a wifi access point . Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

@virginmedia We are really dissatisfied with our fibre broadband. During the first lockdown I excused the unreliability with the amount of users there must be working from home; but it’s never got any better & we’re exasperated with how slow it is and how often it cuts out.

Virgin media. One of the worse broadband services in the universe. Lockdown, Stuck Inside and the internet gets messed up. Made an appointment to fix it. They cancelled it. Said they would call in 24 hours. 86 hours later no calls. Thanks @virginmedia . You’re getting no money.

@virginmedia 'couldn't get IP address'. It's now been 2 hours I cannot connect. Tried all the cable checking, reset, switching off advices. Couldn't solve it. Been waiting on the phone for assistance for 30mins and I've just given up. The overall service is really disappointing.
