    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    @virginmedia Your company is awful. I’ve called today waited 10min to the worst hold music only to be cut off. Call back to be told your closed now then state you are open between 9-6. Why are you deliberately obstructive?

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia They pushed it back and din't turn up on the 2nd at all. Arranged an appt for today, tech said he was expecting the new cabling which hasn't been put in. I am on M100 and the today's patch up work atm is giving 8 Mbps with intermittent BB service.

    @virginmedia Yes I did i needed to get another WiFi booster as only one was sent I was told I was entitled to them with the current package I have but now its costing me a extra £2 a month then had a cheek to try and charge me delivery the service just keeps getting better
