@virginmedia quit harassing me to return your kit. It took 2 days on the phone post price hikes to cancel services now your customer contact options loop to nowhere. You haven't even sent a return kit or courier so ffs stop bombarding with texts & emails to send your router back!

@virginmedia Yup. I decided to take you to my new home. Installation has been delayed twice. Been on the phone with 3 different agents for 3 hours. Each time I've been cut off when a patchwork solution has been found. So now I can't buy a dongle with the credit you provided me. It's insane
