  Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

  Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

  @virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

  @JimSpenceDundee I am with Vodafone through city fibre and had problems to start with the set up but since then its been all good, ditched bt a long time ago for virgin media then Vodafone.

  @virginmedia @Smallworth_xx @virginmedia state on the MyVirginMedia up service page that they are working on it as quickly as possible and the estimated fix is by 11:08am on 28th August. Even if that was a typo the 18th would have been comical as it was. £108 per month + the right to add in year increase!!!

  @virginmedia @_hayleighhxo They turned into a shambles of company I had no broadband for week, and they offered was £40 , so told them I’m not renewing in may, wanted £700 to leave now. I would not recommend them , been with them since 2009. They are awful company now.

  So @SkySports plus is not working again on @virginmedia meanwhile @SkySports are showing the same rugby match on 3 channels instead of showing 1 match per channel so people can actually watch!
