Lee Smith 🌻 (@djleekee) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.
-
Steve George🏴 (@George66Steve) reported from Cathays, Wales@virginmedia And if it's 'some customers' it's an awful bloody lot of them!

-
Truthwillsetyoufree (@Truthwills26171) reported@RakeLark @handsomedave32 @VirginMediaNews What personal issues, my disgust at the race baiting grifters and the morons who support them? If that’s a personal issue I’ll happily hold it. Where did I say it wasn’t a concern or problem? I stated facts about Virgin Media, & that many agencies can get state funds!
-
Mr Daryl T Catpiss (@DarylCatpiss) reportedHi @virginmedia im trying to login to sky sports on my phone, its not sending me a confirmation email to login, ive done it 6 times over the last hour and nothing has been received, can you explain please?
-
Monk (@i_Charizard) reported@virginmedia and @O2 are killing me. 14 hour shift and I get home and my WiFi isn't working and it's taken me 25 mins to send this tweet cos o2s network is shite
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
Stephen Maddock (@stephenm68) reported@alan_reddish @virginmedia Day 34 here. And no proper answers such as whether any engineers have actually been out to try to fix things. Just stock answers from the @virginmedia script.
-
Damian Hastie (@DamianHastie) reported@virginmedia do you want help with your customer service bot? It would appear that you must be losing a lot of revenue with current setup. I could improve your service quickly & make a significant increase on your bottom line. I need 2 additional boxes, can't add to my account!
-
Gary Hurdman LRPS (@ghotographyuk) reportedThe worst customer experience in trying to get help when their expensive service isn't working is @virginmedia. A black hole of "linking acounts" and recursive questions that ulitmately fail, just to try and report an issue. Do not make the mistake of becoming their customer
-
Mountain Walker 🏔 (@percesonator) reported@caz_fizz @MelJanie @virginmedia Virgin media, awful company.
