  @virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

  @virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

  Day 22 without @virginmedia broadband, with still no explanation of why it’s taking so long to fix the outage in my area. It’s also the 4th date they’ve said it will be fixed by this pm. On the other 3 I’ve had a lunchtime message to say it will be 1 more week. Let’s see today..

  @Smallworth_xx @virginmedia my son had the same problem but lucky he went to the Wycombe match on Saturday but tonight had to watch it via the sky sports app as he is with Virgin too, luckily I am with sky and could watch my team Saturday on the red button and i watched a game tonight and no issues
