    @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    @virginmedia With respect, your customer service advisors are useless. As is the technology for contacting them. As per my initial message. Last time I went through this I was booked a chat appointment by your twitter team with someone who specifically handled the complaint.

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    @virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

    @virginmedia another day another WiFi outage. This really is the worst WiFi I've ever had. Legally as you are not providing the service as promised am I allowed to cancel the contract ? @CitizensAdvice

    @virginmedia any chance of supporting existing customers, currently paying £32 a month but your offering new customers 25 a month. Helpline said nothing I can do as existing customer.

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    @DamienMcFerran @virginmedia You need to get through to the UK team, I don't think the agents in the usual call centre have much authority to do anything. I treated it like a complaint and threatened to leave if it wasn't looked at, full Karen mode. Got put through to a team in the UK who sorted it.

    @virginmedia I've spent 4hrs on the phone today trying to resolve an issue with my IP address which seems to be blacklisted meaning I cannot work at home. I just need a new IP address. I've been told it changes monthly. I can't wait this long. Please help.

    @virginmedia I wouldn't complain if the service was decent but it is terrible and has been so forever, you should be charging less if anything. It's completely unreliable, outages of broadband happen weekly

    My network and area remain the same, and I doubt I’ll be able to afford a trip to the moon hotel. (If it ever becomes a reality). I struggle to afford my monthly bill as it is, therefore, it’d like more detail as to how and why this extra price is being tacked on? @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I have requested numerous times to not receive these calls. I have logged numerous complaints and yet I’m still being contacted. You have stated numerous times that the complaint has been resolved and I would not be contacted but this is false. You have breach GDPR!
