@bristolbluegas @virginmedia @HiveHelper If someone could own a problem it would help. The engineer that came out today said, I just install hubs mate, I’m not authorised to lift man hole covers. Virgin told me yesterday this would be their “priority technician” that could fix everything. What a joke

@virginmedia Both those lights should be green. Any red lights mean there is a network fault either on a cable or on the box to which the cable screws into. Now please tell me, what is so difficult to send someone out to investigate that??

@virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

@virginmedia Don’t try it @virginmedia. There was no discussion of it ending and no date in email stating that. I spent over a hour and a half on phone before I was passed on to cancellations but the call cut out after 8 mins. Conveniently. What’s your next excuse? #badcustomerservice

@virginmedia I cannot log onto anything. I get message to tell me that I either can’t use it because it needs to be the account holder. I’ve been added to the account so this shouldn’t be an issue. Or I get ‘there’s a technical problem’ message. Or it tells me my wifi isn’t working! It is!!!
