  @virginmedia In Dec, you sent an email thanking me for making changes & what I'd get from now on & it'd cost over twice as much as I was paying. I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.

  @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

  @virginmedia Yep. Just been on hold for 1 hour 3 minutes and as soon as I got through it cut off. Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

  To @virginmedia- Many thanks to your Technician who came out today following the outage in my area. Although I was back online by this time he checked over all the equipment and settings, and also discovered that the router needed changing-which he did - very polite and efficient man. I don’t use my real name on here for safety and security reasons, but if you want to send me a DM, I will let you know.

  @virginmedia are totally incompetent. Cancelled my service. Was told I will get a final bill and can ignore my current bill. Now have final bill and have a late payment charge for previous bill added. Cant get through on phone lines. Be wary when cancelling your services people!

  @DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Telecom contracts in this country don't make any sense to me. Anywhere else in the world, the more loyal you are to the operator, the better deals they give you to keep you as a customer.

  @Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia Ireland Derangement Syndrome on full display. Pointing out that a shoulder to the head, where the arm was pre-tucked, should have been a red card, and that slapping the ball down when there was a 2 vs 1 on the outside, should not send a grown-*** man into a fit of hysterics.
