    @virginmedia Yes, and it is a different issue every time. How, in a capital city, is this happening everyday, with your engineers unable to do anything to improve the situation. …and what about that refund, as we are paying for internet which we are not getting?

    Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

    hey @virginmedia I have a contract that says my price is set to Jan 2023 and I negotiated the deal with customer retention as not the account holder bit authorised to talk on behalf of the account holder and now I've got customer services flat out lying toe on WhatsApp (1)

    @virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

    @virginmedia We have had a call with a someone from a tech support team who said we will send you and router and cables. We only got the router and no cables and the router doesn’t work!! I now have to wait till next Wednesday for a engineer!

    @virginmedia employing the 'keep them on hold' tactic when a customer is trying to cancel their contract. Hour and a half so far. What is it £70 for new customers and £145 for existing? Plenty of competitors out there. Dooesnt seem like the best business to me.

    @virginmedia I just spent one and a half hours on the phone to Virgin Media help desk , I was put on hold for the technical dept, while holding I was cut off . I’m trying to solve a problem you created and suffering for it. It’s not acceptable
