    @virginmedia Yes. I’ve reported the issues previously but nothing has come from it. It’s not particularly fair that I pay full price for a service that regularly has faults. How do I do about reducing my monthly bill or get compensation of some sort.

    @virginmedia Contract is pretty clear. Your last colleague was equally shocked. Understood and “solved” the problem with his managers authority - issued a refund and a recurring credit. I called today to check, and of course no one has a clue and need me to repeat the whole issue!
