    @virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!

    @chloemphoto @virginmedia Even if the ethernet works, the WiFi issues are still there and you need it sorting. It's in the @virginmedia contract to ensure all equipment is working and functioning as it should. Faulty equipment should be replaced and remember, you're paying for the service.

    @virginmedia Tried Virgin Community. Virgin rep encouraged me to take up tech package at a price. After spending 6hrs yesterday and 2hrs the day before, I am still in the same situation! This not a good service with your so-called experts!!!

    @virginmedia Need to cancel my new order. It wasn’t done correctly and given the total lack of being able to contact you I have lost confidence in VM. Cannot contact anyone to cancel though, what a nightmare. Just taking too much of my time to make switching worthwhile. #painful

    Trying to get through to @virginmedia for an hour, only to then be cut off once being transferred! Poor show! Desperate to speak to someone as we have had our cables cut by resurfacing works!! 😡😡

    @chloemphoto @virginmedia I'm a customer of yours 👍 and I can categorically prove that the laptop is 100% working correctly using 'my' Virgin Media WiFi connection with no issues. There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.

    @chloemphoto @virginmedia If it connects to other WiFi networks from the same source ie @virginmedia then the problem is within your router itself and not any device connected to it. Your router is faulty and needs replacing. You said yourself that the router is faulty and goes offline if even moved.

    @chloemphoto @virginmedia The laptop also works off mobile data sharing too so connectivity issues are good. Please sort out this mess because the router is needed to be working properly for laptop work to be done at home. Stop all this buck passing from one dept to another and help these guys PLEASE.

    @virginmedia what services exactly have you restored? because i’m still experiencing issues on broadband AND 5G after every troubleshooting step there is. it really appears to be evident that the more companies’ rob money from people, the less they care about their customers.

    @virginmedia Yeah, no. You didn't fix it. You patched it. It's still being really flaky. Some websites work, others don't. They're up for other people so it's clearly my fibre (you) having the issue. Please get it fixed properly.

    really @virginmedia I've only been a customer for a month and locally service down last month in TW15 and now down country wide twice in one day what **** service hope you'll be issuing refunds as a goodwill gesture
