    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    @rwilliams1947 @virginmedia It seems VM are also messing up landlines too. They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.

    @virginmedia Your company is awful. I’ve called today waited 10min to the worst hold music only to be cut off. Call back to be told your closed now then state you are open between 9-6. Why are you deliberately obstructive?

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    Just had my mobile phone number deleted by @virginmedia I'm just so fed up with them. Trying to buy a house and find a job and they have undone me. I'm uncontactable. Never missed a payment, and I am actually in credit on the mobile account. I'm fuming.

    @virginmedia I am subscribed to the 650Mbps speed, after cancelling the service due to excess cost, but it is clearly over-rated and I may continue to cancel the service. I don't have the patience to talk to your call centres in India. How can I lose 60% of the speed by wifi from your box.

    @virginmedia I’ve done all that and cancelled after nothing worked and had numerous different answers. 45 mins to get help each time. I don’t want to be charged £250 for a service that never worked.

    @VMO2News This takeover by O2 of @Virginmedia aint worth bothering with, as they cannot provide a decent service in the home by wifi, other telephone companys offer a better 5G connection which is faster than wifi in the home! Ridiculous.

    @virginmedia It never worked there should be no charges at all! It’s a joke to promise people something that doesn’t work, cuts out and causes stress at work and home. Customer service is horrible.

    @virginmedia There are no ongoing issues and to be honest it's been an ongoing problem for me for at least 8 months, I'm looking for a new broadband provider as we speak because I can't be expected to continue paying for a service that is unstable & not fit for purpose, what a waste of money!
