@RiotAngeI Ye virgin media’s been a ***** the last few days 🙈 they’ve released a statement saying that VM customers are using the internet more often than normal with everyone being home due to the lockdown that it’s having problems keeping up to speed, so not much they can do really 👎🏻🤣

@virginmedia thanks for a letter saying my monthly bill is going up by £12 & a number to call to ‘chat’ about it. Pity when I tried to call there was a 1hr waiting queue. Top service. @skytv is looking more feasible & cheaper

@virginmedia @themandalorian Your live chat is awful! You promised me an offer, told me to wait until today and would be credited to my account and now you're saying you can't do it. Sort it out, I have all the screenshots. There was an offer to trade in any phone for £185 towards a Samsung S20FE

@virginmedia @MrAidanFinch I've followed the steps and done a router reset 5 times. No Internet access. Down detector shows wide virgin media issues. Virgin website also sees there's an issue in my area and lots of others. ETA on the virign website always says 18:30 same day but never seems to get sorted.

@robwspence @virginmedia To save yourself time just Google search down detector. I, along with a lot of other customers are having the same issue. I can't go into the office currently and now cnt work from home either. Down detector shows nationwide issues.
