    Virgin media broadband the most shocking customer services ever. I made official complaint in January 2020 after six further calls still no response to resolve problem no one ever comes back to sort out problem# NEVER USE THEM YOU DONT WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT I AM EXPERIANCING

    Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

    @virginmedia 30 day notice period and cut us off 24 hours later no phone/Internet/TV utter robbers when you pay in advance for your service and get passed from pillar to post when you ring up.Told would be connected within 4 hours yesterday and guess what? #HAPPYNEWYEAR2022 #not

    @virginmedia Had no WiFi or TV since 10am NY Eve. @virginmedia say they’ll ‘monitor’ the situation. I’d rather you just fix it as I need it for work. I don’t have the luxury of blaming #covid or bank holidays for a lack of service 🤬
