Phoned @virginmedia to see what they can do about a payment holiday since we are forced to remain closed for the foreseeable and obviously not using any of our broadband services. They offered a discount of half a months bill. Wow. The worst company we have spoken to so far 😰

@virginmedia customer service is genuinely the worst I've ever interacted with. Your agents are condescending, unhelpful and generally full of sh*t. I've spent the past four weekends trying to complete my service change and have now been charged for a service I no longer have.

@virginmedia Yes I did lodge a complaint. I cannot understand why force customers to sign 2 contracts 1 with another company. This may effect credit scores for some 🙁. It’s not logical. Happy to speak to a manager.

@virginmedia Do you still have live chat available for customer service? I can’t find it anywhere on your website. I find it much more preferable than a telephone call.
