Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

He raised a complaint Ref:C160622488. Got a call this afternoon where the manager of customer services said there was nothing he could do.

Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

You guys sent me 2016 router box when the agreement was to send the latest and now no one is licking up the phone, is that joke? @Ofcom British regulators need to penalise where it starts hurting the service company.
