@TheRealHavokHD @virginmedia Not at the moment mate but I'm looking at when BT & Vodaphone hit the area, if its this year then it'll be a switch Also think I'll go around all the neighbours etc telling them about issues etc advise them to do the same. @virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

@virginmedia issues yet again. After reading some tweets, looks like it’s been out throughout the night for a large part of the UK. No ability to run status checker. No proactive comms. Outages happen (more-so with them). But customer service is sadly lacking.
