  Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

  @rwilliams1947 @virginmedia It seems VM are also messing up landlines too. They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.

  Properly for the best part of a yr doesn't seem a problem to yourselves but your quite happy to take out monthly payment for a service we're paying for but you're not providing & seem to be in no hurry to provide it. Disgraceful service @virginmedia

  @virginmedia Spent an hour and half on the phone with your customer care team. They couldn’t tell me why they hadn’t turned up, no way of contacting them. Have booked another slot for tomorrow, the team wouldn’t even read the number I had just given them 2/3
