    Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

    Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

    @virginmedia I have had a letter to say my sons email address is sending spam emails. I have changed my password just in case but am having an issue with certain emails being undelivered. Have you put a spam indicator on my emails. This is causing me big problems

    @virginmedia given brand new shiny Contract when I moved house in January tell me I am treated as a new customer and charge £28.99/month for broadband, TV & home phone I don't use then yesterday BAM💥 received email £66 DD being taken!!! Virgin Media are THE worst company.
