    @virginmedia Keep having problems where, every few days or so, the booster loses connectivity with the base unit, resulting in it outputting no internet connection. On top of that, the speeds are less than half that of the main router (350 - 500 Mbps on our Hub vs 150 Mbps from booster)

    @virginmedia @DannyHackett Had a moment around a decade ago where they sent me through the song and dance of rebooting etc. So I cut it short, told them to look at the signal levels. They did. We agreed that it’s not localised to my property, they fixed. No pointless faffing.

    @virginmedia @DannyHackett Be careful with the fob offs Danny - if it’s a connection problem (not your in house WiFi) then Virgin, as with any other cable company, can see your connection status from the modem to their services via DOCSIS and also should be able to see logs too 😉

    @virginmedia Vm need to sort them selves out. Still got no where. Phones are not been answered. Over 40 mins on phone.Covid is no excuse as calls can be taken at home. If I'm not called at home or on my mobile then my DD will be cancelled terrible service.

    @virginmedia I was told it was an error and would be sorted, been given 3 times that would be sorted by, last one was last Saturday. Was told there was an outage in my area at one point, but neighbours with VM are ok with same channels. was given a text no as well but that got ignored.

    @virginmedia hiya - im new to virgin media as i've moved and was supposed to get superfast broadband. wi-fi is sporadic at best and doesnt reach all rooms. ive tried all the app methods and help on site but no improvement. i'd like to leave ideally as service is not as promised.

    @virginmedia It’s my second box in the conservatory, it’s saying not connected to media service, I’ve tried everything turning it off from the plug everything it’s says to do on your website but still nothing, I’ve tried ringing but no answer, this is now 4 weeks without it, can you help.
