Properly for the best part of a yr doesn't seem a problem to yourselves but your quite happy to take out monthly payment for a service we're paying for but you're not providing & seem to be in no hurry to provide it. Disgraceful service @virginmedia

@virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

@virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

@virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying £40 plus a month for Internet access only. Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

@virginmedia Hi, we just had updates in our area and ever since the wifi connection on the TiVo box has broke. Channels work, broadband works but not on demand and the wifi icon is red on the box. I’ve turned off router and tv box but issue persists. Code help doesn’t work
