    @virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

    @virginmedia Rebooted and still got the same problem. Can you advise on getting a refund for the above fault ref which has been going on since the 7th of October. Amount on bill is the same do I need to wait for fault to be resolved and is it automatic as told previously?

    @virginmedia pls can you help? Website and app help doesn't address the technical issues and don't provide way to contact you. Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

    @virginmedia Evening. This seems to be an ongoing thread. As per my previous messages, I had my broadband and telephone with Now Tv and never failed once. Sadly now I have signed up for your "Super reliable" broadband it "FAILS" every day! I'm not impressed!

    @virginmedia . I wrote to the complaints department in December received a letter from you saying you would look into my complaint have had a letter saying you will contact me heard nothing from you. My package went up £40 from a deal I had and no way to change it.

    @virginmedia No, you are continuing to lie. You raised my bill by OVER TWENTY PERCENT just last month, and sent me a letter today saying you were going to increase it A FURTHER THIRTEEN PERCENT. You have refused all and any form of contact with me since December. @ofcom won't help either.

    @Deborah_08 @virginmedia I don’t think they know how to fix it. The wife and I are both working from home and the kids are meant to be schooling online but it’s impossible atm as we all keep getting cut off.

    @virginmedia @LozzaFox Haha - I has this BS too, I even tried to cancel after it was evident nobody could fix the problem or even confirm it was being dealt with. I was passed around for another two hours and had to give up after 5+ hours on the phone. The whole company is a sham.
