-
MaartenX. (@MaartenSleeckx) reported from Victoria, Wales@virginmedia Clearly not as the issue keeps coming back after multiple engineer fixes outside AND in my home. You're lying through your teeth and leaving me in the dark literally. Stop hiding behind "standard business" replies, be human and help me.
-
Mark (@MarkAnstee2) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@paulatkinsonuk @virginmedia Virgin hubs are known for poor wifi signal the hub 4 aint much better i ended up getting an old home hub router and turning that into a wifi access point . Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.
-
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐫 (@3EyedTiger) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@virginmedia Cheers, still down this morning - tried another 2 router reboots at 6am and 7:30 respectively but was no better, solid red light, etc.. Will try again at midday
-
Darren Coomber (@Dazc090861) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia In Dec, you sent an email thanking me for making changes & what I'd get from now on & it'd cost over twice as much as I was paying. I never asked for any changes & in one of the many, calls I've made, I was told that your Oomph bundle department had shut around the same time.
-
Right Direction (@BackOnTrack__) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia I’m fuming! We were lied to by their customer service , promised an engineer this an no one turned up now been told by customer service that we won’t have one until tomorrow #nithoodenough
-
Rob Downer (@NobbyD27) reported from Cardiff, Wales@syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end
-
Benjamin Hartrey (@benj8min) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia With respect, your customer service advisors are useless. As is the technology for contacting them. As per my initial message. Last time I went through this I was booked a chat appointment by your twitter team with someone who specifically handled the complaint.
-
Benjamin Hartrey (@benj8min) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.
-
Moseph Mellars (@stfcjoner1986) reported from Cardiff, Wales@daisylnaughton @virginmedia Down for me too
-
This is Carl🏳️🌈😺🏴🍕 (@Carl_E88) reported from Cardiff, Wales@virginmedia any chance of supporting existing customers, currently paying £32 a month but your offering new customers 25 a month. Helpline said nothing I can do as existing customer.
-
Graham Findlay FRSA 🏴🇪🇺 (@FindlayEquality) reported from Cathays, Wales@rwilliams1947 @virginmedia It seems VM are also messing up landlines too. They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.
-

amc (@flabcab) reported@CheekyVic @virginmedia Can't think of a good one tbh. All customer service. For virtually everything. Is piss poor.
-
Expanse Consulting Ltd (@ExpanseCon) reported@MikeScheider_ Not a vodafone issue. Looks like a core switch failure, optical cross-connect fault or other fault inside one of the central carrier-neutral hubs. It has dropped interconnection across multiple fixed ISPs (Virgin Media, Eir, Siro, NBI) simultaneously.
-
mmhmm (@xhatne) reported@Johnty14 @virginmedia Easy solution here, someone should invent a method to get the leaflet through the door, so it ends up in the house, but passers by can't see it so it isn't obvious that nobody is home.
-
