    @virginmedia After having extremely poor connection for several days an engineer visited yesterday and fitted a new hub. No improvement in service. I'm not happy as we are not getting the service we pay for. It's virtually impossible to use the WiFi as it drops out every loads

    @virginmedia None external to the land we own. They pulled through the cable to the exterior of the house. It now needs to be pulled around the side of the house and through the wall. I've even put down trunking with cable fishing myself. I'm also being give the right runaround by support.
