@virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

@virginmedia 5 business days have passed and 7 days in total since I raised this recurring issue (since May 2022). Why does it take so long to get his right? Virgin reneged against the terms agreed in May 2022 and we are still trying to sort this (with all the evidence in b/w) in April 2023!!
