@virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

@virginmedia Rebooted and still got the same problem. Can you advise on getting a refund for the above fault ref which has been going on since the 7th of October. Amount on bill is the same do I need to wait for fault to be resolved and is it automatic as told previously?

@virginmedia Well I would, but after being told I would have a visit tomorrow, I have now had a text to say someone is coming Sunday instead. There is also now a service issue, which an engineer is currently fixing. Oh, and when calling to clarify this, you "weren't able to answer the call"

@Hippiepig @JamesTurner37 @virginmedia The roll out of 5G and "fast internet" has been a long way short of spectacular, one of the problems is they don't know how many lines are being used, so you look at a telegraph pole see a hundred wires but 50% aren't being used, they just don't know what capacity they have
