    Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

    @virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!

    @bluebirdchapo @WezTucker @virginmedia Don’t try Bt worst in the world for internet I’ve had it twice when I moved. Internet wouldn’t pull your hat off absolute shite they actually gave me compensation. plus all these newish companies offering great deals are shite as they all use Bt lines.

    @virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

    @virginmedia Lost service again. Rang the number (automated voice) advised a reboot (another one) and linked to help forums. Works now, but problem is intermittent and fails roughly every other day, so can a person help me please?

    @virginmedia SuperHub 2ac - and they are having a few issues, which is why I googled it and found that a lot of others were having similar issues and upgrading to a hub3 solved their issue

    @virginmedia It's not a huge issue for me, I'm here on holiday so not being able to doomscroll twitter for a week is a good thing. But people do live here, I've heard lots of them complain about their internet over the years.

    @gingerannie34 @virginmedia Exactly it’s becoming a joke now, my EE network on my phone is so much better than this and we only switched with them recently and now I’m beginning to think it was a mistake, WiFi keeps going off constantly when there’s been no issues in my area
