The engineer that came out today said, I just install hubs mate, I’m not authorised to lift man hole covers. They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.
