    @virginmedia why does it seem impossible to sort my TV and WiFi out? My partner has been phoning up on and off for a year or more about poor signal, not being able to use catch and apps and general poor service. Just get fobbed off.] Is this how you treat all customers?

    @virginmedia Iโ€™m trying to end my contract with yourselves. Which is proving an impossible task When I PRESS 1 on the phone to get through to someone, the phone line goes dead? Appreciate any help.

    @virginmedia Clearly not as the issue keeps coming back after multiple engineer fixes outside AND in my home. You're lying through your teeth and leaving me in the dark literally. Stop hiding behind "standard business" replies, be human and help me.

    @virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, heโ€™s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

    @virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying ยฃ40 plus a month for Internet access only. Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    @virginmedia I phoned THREE weeks ago to cancel our contact, there was a dispute over a cancellation fee. A manager was supposed to call me back, Iโ€™ve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told โ€˜within 48hrsโ€™. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    @virginmedia I was told to wait in this morning between 8am - 12pm for an engineer to fix my broadband. It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged ยฃ25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

    @virginmedia any chance of supporting existing customers, currently paying ยฃ32 a month but your offering new customers 25 a month. Helpline said nothing I can do as existing customer.

    @virginmedia My original package wasn't due to end until July 22. I've spoken to every department you have, over & over again...I go over the same old explanation with your people every single time & still, nobody in your company will help...I've spoken to over 3 managers & still nothing!!

    Anyone else having issues with 'channels not authorised' on @virginmedia? During the week, we couldn't get BBC1 for that reason but now it's other BBC channels.

    @virginmedia 9 online applications 2 customer services call. I was assured an engineer would collect my Virgin equipment yesterday. Yep no call and they never turned up. I am beginning to think this is a scam from Virgin to charge me ยฃ90. I need to contact Trading Standards

    @virginmedia yes did that yesterday when BBC1 wasn't working. The usual 20 minutes to reconnect and today my internet went down for 6 hours. Superb service (not) 34 years a customer and phoning Sky tomorrow !!

    @ArmchairAdml Just give notice or switch to a different provider. I had similar with Virgin media recently and literally had to have my wife try and open a new account at the address before I got a deal comparable to the new customer one.
