Very poor experience with @virginmedia earlier on trying to negotiate a new contract. On hold for most of the 49min call, then cut off whilst waiting over 5mins for advisor to get back to me. Not acceptable. Been a customer for nearly 10yrs.

For your own sanity, do not take up a contract with #VirginMedia. You will bitterly regret it. They behave like muggers, will take your hard earned cash and give you many troubles in return. @virginmedia, your customer service is the worst anyone unlucky enough to need can face.
