    @virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

    @virginmedia Yes. Please can you look into the Internet in NP10. It cuts out constantly and isn't the service I'm paying for.

    @virginmedia The box takes a while to power up. If the apps load at all they take around a minute – generally it crashes. Netflix never loads. It's worth noting this box was in the technicians van as a backup, as the original planned for us was faulty. The box is wired to my TV

    @virginmedia Great.... so your response is just the same as I got when I called (not helpful in the slightest), what a bloody waste of time. I have had Broadband issues for over 18 months do you not think the ‘fault’ should have been resolved by now!?!
