    Hi @virginmedia can I please have some assistance? Thw WiFi keeps dropping out since yesterday. I am WFH so this is causing lots of problems. I have contacted you via live chat but I am getting no reply after answering sec questions. I am based in Splott, Cardiff.

    @virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

    @richie_rich77 @virginmedia If it's just a WiFi issue and your LAN connection is OK maybe try a mesh system. Works great here with BT

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    @bristolbluegas @virginmedia @HiveHelper If someone could own a problem it would help. The engineer that came out today said, I just install hubs mate, I’m not authorised to lift man hole covers. Virgin told me yesterday this would be their “priority technician” that could fix everything. What a joke

    Properly for the best part of a yr doesn't seem a problem to yourselves but your quite happy to take out monthly payment for a service we're paying for but you're not providing & seem to be in no hurry to provide it. Disgraceful service @virginmedia

    @virginmedia But the team is impossible to contact!!! And when you do get in contact it’s always someone else’s problem, ‘oh I’ll just pass you onto my colleague’ etc. I’ve WhatsApped the help number too and been told it’s a long wait and told I can ‘get on with [my] day’ - absolute joke.

    @virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying £40 plus a month for Internet access only. Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Stupid ***** tried to offer me a "deal" for my broadband after i had been on a rolling contract for a while that was more expensive (£75pm), managed to grind them down to a decent price and the morons didn't even put me on a new contract so left and went with HyperOptic for £25pm

    @marlino @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Just speculating based on industry patterns. A lot of the understaffing has come because companies think that AI is the future, despite how incompetent it still is at customer service matters. More stuff gets escalated to fewer people.

    @PeteUK7 @IDHDRUM @virginmedia Win95 wouldve taken 3 weeks, not 3 months, theyre lying ******* trying to save face for their disgusting behaviour. Theyre predators, mis-selling + overcharging for services they simply arent (+ never) providing + their service as a whole is worse than running on timed dial up.

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Having the same issue with @virginmedia I just have the internet with them and they have just doubled my price and won’t offer anything where as a new customer can get the same deal for just over £20 it’s disgusting no incentive to remain a customer with them

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia Proper *****…! When my old man died, I called into tell them and try to cancel, explained that I was doing all I could when the call handler asked “could I speak to the account holder to confirm the details” Absolute **** stain of a company.

    @alisterrussell @PeteUK7 @virginmedia My sis in law was in ICU on a ventilator, I had just brought my brother back from another hospital after an MI. A debt collector for a utility Co knocked at his door. Atm the hospital rang to say we had to go down ( SIL later died) the debt guy said not to worry & offered a lift!
