@virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

@paulatkinsonuk @virginmedia Virgin hubs are known for poor wifi signal the hub 4 aint much better i ended up getting an old home hub router and turning that into a wifi access point . Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@virginmedia Just got new Hub 4 & 1GB service. Loving the speed but why is the Hub 4 software STILL BUGGY? You can't change device names properly on the home screen - only the top row devices! Come on Virgin sort this bug out! It's clearly just a UI issue.

@virginmedia They came 2 hours after the time slot they did what they could today, it seems we have an issue with the box for our street so they are returning to sort that out tomorrow so for now still poor internet connection and limited virgin channels
