The Media part..nothing has been done at all..no solution..just continual pestering to pay by debt collectors or cut service!

Entirely down Tuesday, intermittent Wednesday, down again today, you keep changing the status and then advise to wait 21 hours to book an engineer, that would mean earliest visit Monday provided you don’t change the status again.
