@Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

@virginmedia totally disappointed and frustrated with service. Paying over £60 per month for WiFi only for it to be buffering for weeks. Husband key worker, needs constant Wifi access. Yet unable to contact virgin. Service zero.

@RiotAngeI Ye virgin media’s been a ***** the last few days 🙈 they’ve released a statement saying that VM customers are using the internet more often than normal with everyone being home due to the lockdown that it’s having problems keeping up to speed, so not much they can do really 👎🏻🤣

@virginmedia Have upgraded the service and in theory should be able to run an official but I've been having problems with my router for weeks. It's not working properly and barely allows me to watch Netflix! I'm a critical worker and this isn't helping. Can't speak to anyone!!

Phoned @virginmedia to see what they can do about a payment holiday since we are forced to remain closed for the foreseeable and obviously not using any of our broadband services. They offered a discount of half a months bill. Wow. The worst company we have spoken to so far 😰

@virginmedia WiFi across house very slow. The internet access was tested with cable ached to router. Internet speed good but Unable to open 2 government website WiFi signal around house was poor 5 recorded during Speedtests. Restarted Router x2. Turn off PC firewall. Still websites not work

@virginmedia having relentless broadband issues, the only option I'm presented with after your troubleshooting is to call you but when I do, I'm greeted with a "we're all busy - goodbye" message and the phone hangs up. I need this fixed now.

@virginmedia Of course I did? My reason for contacting the previous occasions was to inform you I had returned my kit and cancel the collection. They agreed with my request to stop the collection, but I got a text this morning saying a collection was happening.
