Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

And when you do get in contact it’s always someone else’s problem, ‘oh I’ll just pass you onto my colleague’ etc. I’ve WhatsApped the help number too and been told it’s a long wait and told I can ‘get on with [my] day’ - absolute joke.

It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged £25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

Engineers have confirmed there are regular intermittent network outages in my local area which cause broadband to drop out for up to 10 mins at a time. Not good.
