    You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

    @virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

    @virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

    @virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

    @virginmedia I think it was more a BBC source issue rather than VM wide. The lip sync is just every so slightly out but seemed very put on strictly last night

    @virginmedia Just once. Same as everybody else complaining. 10 days unusably intermittent fibre - mostly daylight hours. Virgin long since made aware of network config issue, by an overseas consultant I know. No further comms please, I'm done.

    @virginmedia yes, 30-40 phone calls, all to be told the same crap copy paste answers over and over again. I have one of your reps who luckily seems to care about me and my situation, only took 30-40 attempts!

    @virginmedia I understand this as I have read the document recently. What bothers me is that when I joined virgin media I was assured on the phone that I would not be charged an early termination fee if Virgin was unable to provide service at my new address.

    @virginmedia Hi, they got the TV/internet back but not the landline, I replied to text message if all was ok no - spoke to a locl manager, said someone would turn up on 24/3, they eventually turned up on 25or 26. Say people who pulled cable cut phone - I think not as already down ...

    @virginmedia team - I am appalled by your service, I tried to cancel my service and was told I am in a contract that I never signed (nor was aware of). The reason for the cancellation was poor internet speeds and new "estimated time for resolution" every week for the past 3 weeks

    @virginmedia Hostnames weren’t resolving - using the dns addresses provided at the router. Using Cloudflare public dns server 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 resolves the issue
