@virginmedia I’ve followed the fix my broadband on the app about 30 times - sometimes it says problem in area and other times it says it’s the box. It’s a hub 3. It’s just intermittent - it drops a lot to 10-20mps and we can’t watch tv or do WhatsApp calls etc - just want an engineer to look!

@virginmedia I was not told of one. I was sold a contract of WiFi hub cw a 02 sim card. £32 so I was happy. I phoned up to say I don't use or need the sim card so the customer service guy on the phone removed the sim, didn't tell me the monthly bill would be £64. Virgin broke the contract.

@virginmedia It not others in the area… others in the same building have NO ISSUES… theirs is working fine… my router fault was diagnosed BEFORE the so called area problem… the technician said it was definitely my router and the area was working fine… this will be 10 days tomorrow…
