Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

@virginmedia it’sthe third day where we have internet intermittently available only on the ground floor. Live chat is disabled, your telephone no not working and can’t set up an account as your engineer missed writing one digit in our contract number. you couldn’t make this up..
