Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged £25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.

Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

Virgin will be on the phone begging you to keep giving them your money. It's the only method known to get customer service from them.
