@virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

@virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

@virginmedia I get your bills, that is how I realised as a loyal customer I am paying £40 plus a month for Internet access only. Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

@virginmedia It just says you’ve found the problem and will be fixed by 10:05am (which is in 6 minutes so I find it hard to believe), but when it went down at 9am yesterday it said it would be fixed by 7pm. It doesn’t tel us what the problem is.

Never use @virginmedia - bunch of cowboys. You can't cancel online, trying to cancel over the phone you jump through hoops, hold for 30 mins, and then get told you'll have to ring back IN 5 DAYS because "the system is down". No doubt the system works fine for upgrades...
