Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@virginmedia @C4Gogglebox @BAFTA Any virgin customers still having the issue of WiFi dropping out , I have been put into 200mb in attenp to keep me as a customer yet still same issue , seems WiFi is unstable , green light flashes on hub ? , Seems virgin maybe aware of an issue , 2hz channel still runs 15mb + ??
