You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@paulatkinsonuk @virginmedia Virgin hubs are known for poor wifi signal the hub 4 aint much better i ended up getting an old home hub router and turning that into a wifi access point . Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

@virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

@virginmedia virgin box is working normally now but the new 360 control won't pair or control the Box. The remote is working as it still controls tv on and off and volume. Virgin insists must be broken remote which seems an almighty coincidence. The remote worked yesterday.

@Ofcom so @virginmedia tv is down until at least tomorrow. Apparently no compensation as not total service outage. Please confirm how I can make a complaint that actually matters as they don’t care and how I get compensation. Rates keep rising yet no improvement in service.

@virginmedia The tv service in TW1 is still broke even the website confirms this and states it will be corrected tomorrow. Maybe check before making statements that’s it’s running. I will be making a formal complaint but @Ofcom this is the service @virginmedia customers are receiving.

@virginmedia I see it's gone down again, with the tivo box seemingly stuck in a continuous loop of downloading updates and rebooting itself... let me know if you plan on ever providing a proper service and I'll decide whether to switch to sky or not.
