    @virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

    @virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

Sent it off and then only offered £50 with no website or number. Sent them a letter to return my phone,which they didnt and where taking 2 payments a month from me.

    I have submitted a formal complaint to @virginmedia (complaint reference C-2511202106) it has been ignored I have run out of ideas, they are charging me £79 per month for a service that hasn’t worked in months Thanks @Ofcom for any advice

    @virginmedia I managed to get a technician to visit next Monday. It took 1 hour and 1 minute to sort. The conversation lasted 3 minutes. The customer service we have to put up with is nigh on disgusting 🥵🥵🥵

    Hello @Ofcom I have been without broadband for months. This has been acknowledged by Virgin Media Support Community who say it requires an engineer to fix Unfortunately @virginmedia refuse to communicate on the issue

    @virginmedia Hi, the issue is still the same with the hub3 not behaving well and the coverage being poor too. I’ll probably have to put it into modem mode and spend some more money on a proper mesh router.

    @virginmedia I was due to pay you £79 on 15th Dec, changed my DD to 29th Dec and told by your customer service that I am only due £23.70, no payment now due on 15th and DD 28th Jan back to £79. Guess I will keep the £55.30 that I'm due you. Merry Xmas

    @virginmedia So I am telling you that your public team did indeed assist me with this a few months ago by getting in touch with the complaints team, who contacted me, SB. Has the policy changed? Or are you wrong? Or were they wrong back then? I'll need this info for the complaint to CIFAS.
