    @virginmedia Firstly a refund of £351 for the Mobile part of the Oomph bundle as it was stopped a couple of months after starting the contract..still not paid to me! The Media part..nothing has been done at all..no solution..just continual pestering to pay by debt collectors or cut service!

    @virginmedia Clearly not as the issue keeps coming back after multiple engineer fixes outside AND in my home. You're lying through your teeth and leaving me in the dark literally. Stop hiding behind "standard business" replies, be human and help me.

    @virginmedia Yep. Just been on hold for 1 hour 3 minutes and as soon as I got through it cut off. Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

    @virginmedia is it normal practice when a call is made to you about problems with the tivo box (3rd time this year) that you're then on a call for over an hr at at the end of it promised an upgrade, go thro all the protocols only to be told actually you can't have that

    Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

    @virginmedia It did not work. Also, my landline stopped working when you switched us over to the new fibre connection. I am told that a lot of people have had this problem. I will find a better provider.

    @virginmedia what ******** is going on, i have neen on hold for 1 hour an then the bot tells me there is 177 minutes wait an puts the phone down! Whatsapp chat doesnt work nore webchat an also ZERO info from socials on what is going on!!!!!!!

    Another two tries today. One I had to give up after 55 minutes waiting, now on 44 minutes. Seriously @virginmedia you are now a joke. Was just going to cancel my TV, I am seriously looking up Broadband alternatives while on hold.
