@virginmedia 20 minutes waiting to escalate a complaint that wasn’t even set up just to get talked over and cut off. No basic understanding of GDPR it seems as my SAR wasn’t actioned.

@virginmedia Both wired and not, advised to turn off and back on, diagnostics checked at your end, engineer visit, resulted in all new v6 boxes (x2) and a new internet hub also internal wiring checked and re-connected. Issue seemed to be resolved for a while but after then goes off altogether

As my @virginmedia bill is now creeping up towads 130pcm I called to cancel or negotiate. A small discount was offered. I was surprised how little effort was made to retain a customer. (‘OK, thank you for calling’). So I’ll have to switch.

@virginmedia I'm nearly 21 months into a 36 month contract I have a NOTE 8. I am not getting on with the mobile it's massive and stupidly big for someone with little hands. Am I able to down grade to a smaller one I want my iphone se again #littlehandproblems

@virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

@virginmedia No, do you have a public website ( like the one I posted earlier with pics ) that shows virgin customers if other virgin customers are having issues, soo they don’t ring you unnecessarily. If virgin customers see others have probs no need to ring as the problem is at your end.

@virginmedia My only alternative as I’m in rented accommodation with only VM lines running in, is to get a 4g router. Just tired of phoning your support team and complaining. They are all great, just the service that falls way below expectations.
