    @virginmedia I made a complaint January 12th. I phoned on 15th to chase it. I was told you would be in touch and you haven’t been. Your T’s and C’s say 28 days. We are now on day 38! You responded quickly to @SophieEB how come you can show everyone the same respect! Your rubbish!

    @virginmedia any issues in NP10? For the past two days my Internet has been cutting out every few minutes, making WFH and virtual conferencing absolutely appalling/unfeasible.

    @virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia What happened Yesterday Virgin TV was down all day We reset everything and when it finally came back on We couldn't access our shows until I went on website and out in error code We are over 70's I pay for everything £137 a month

    @virginmedia I am currently at work as I know I will have internet here. Also just to let you know the reset button on the hub is nearly worn out with the amount of times you tell me just to reset it over the phone.. let’s be honest it’s just poor service at an expensive cost.
