    @virginmedia They are fine today, my concern is when you have a national outage Your website is down Phones are down Updates on twitter very sparse. No txt message even though signed up to it. Little updates if not any from 1530hrs till when it was fixed at 2.05am!

    @virginmedia No, absolutely none. Guide still not working, shows not recording and call centre useless. Just keep getting told to call back in a few days and that they can't tell me when it will be fixed!

    @Dikiminster @virginmedia Sky’s customer service is excellent, and I’m pleased with the reliability of their products too. The only thing I’d say is these days do you really need anything other than a fast broadband connection and streaming services?
