    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. Itโ€™s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again Iโ€™m having to call support to see why our intellipods arenโ€™t working.

    hey @virginmedia I have a contract that says my price is set to Jan 2023 and I negotiated the deal with customer retention as not the account holder bit authorised to talk on behalf of the account holder and now I've got customer services flat out lying toe on WhatsApp (1)

    @paulatkinsonuk @virginmedia Virgin hubs are known for poor wifi signal the hub 4 aint much better i ended up getting an old home hub router and turning that into a wifi access point . Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

    @virginmedia can you tell me what has gone wrong with your company!?!? I have been with you for years, without complaint but, since Dec 21, you change my contract, without my say-so & despite constant calls for 6 months, still nobody will take responsibility & sort it out!!! ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

    @virginmedia So myself or my wife has to spend our working day trying to get through to ypu just to be fobbed off to different departments and get no where ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„ customer service skills at best

    @virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, heโ€™s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    @virginmedia Yeah have already called. Reports no service issues in my location despite online reporting intermittent issues this morning. Ability to book an engineer has disappeared. Help appreciated - now over 24h without connection

    @virginmedia Cheers, still down this morning - tried another 2 router reboots at 6am and 7:30 respectively but was no better, solid red light, etc.. Will try again at midday

    @virginmedia Can I just ask why it is that you can respond within minutes on social media (where the public can see your actions) but then in private you are ignoring your customers and taking three weeks to deal with issues? If you have agents manning twitter why canโ€™t you pick up the phone?

    @syeporter180 @virginmedia Iโ€™m on virgin and itโ€™s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because Iโ€™d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    @virginmedia Yep. Just been on hold for 1 hour 3 minutes and as soon as I got through it cut off. Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because Iโ€™ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

    @bazzaclem @virginmedia If you use their whatsapp chat bot and choose cancel itโ€™ll offer a new customer contract pricing probably a bit lower than ยฃ26.99 but contacts are now 2 years (They say to save you having to use the chat bot every year but I donโ€™t find it that much of a hassle!)

    @virginmedia Cannot log into VM again. Were you born useless or did you have to practice? I am going to change to another provider which has better customer service. I am told that Sky customers only have to make a phone call to get help.

    @virginmedia Hi Iโ€™m desperate to talk to someone regarding my broadband as itโ€™s cancelling but I need it to continue. I cannot get through on WhatsApp, phone or through the chat. Can you help this is critical for me. Iโ€™m a long term customer and have been on hold for two days!
