@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

Here's a tip. If ever you need customer services with @virginmedia #VirginMedia tread carefully & take a big stick!...just lost an hour of my life in an argument over £64.50 they were trying to bill me for when I changed to Sky in January....incompetent! STEER CLEAR! IDIOTS!

@virginmedia Nobody called me back, the issue remains. I spoke today with Preeti who promised a manager call back (didn’t happen), Katie and Kavita (the rudest person in the world). Nobody can tell me if a technician checked your network as instructed by James earlier this week. Please advise

@virginmedia And Kavita has tried to raise a complaint and she told me “the complaint tool is not working and I cannot raise a complaint on your behalf” and then disconnected the call when I asked why. Great service 👍

@virginmedia Yes I have spoken with them who said to contact the tv manufacturer about connection issue but the problem is with the signal. Never known so many issues. The router needs to be moved from where it is to get better signal.

@virginmedia poor signal, asked for an engineer to move the router but apparently due to covid we can’t have anyone out so we will just have to pay for poor internet. Wonder if people are still having engineers out to install new connections or has that stopped too 😠
