@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia Hi, it mostly loses internet connection. Or the other issue is all smart devices in the house suddenly disconnect & a reboot is the only way to get them all to reconnect. Some days it does the reboot itself without any warning. Half way through a film or something daft like that

@virginmedia Not sure how that's going to help my current situation when your SLA for complaints is stated as 7 to 21 days!! I just want the services I've paid for to be reconnected and, considering this is YOUR error, I dont think over 72 hours is acceptable!
