    @bluebirdchapo @WezTucker @virginmedia Don’t try Bt worst in the world for internet I’ve had it twice when I moved. Internet wouldn’t pull your hat off absolute shite they actually gave me compensation. plus all these newish companies offering great deals are shite as they all use Bt lines.

    @virginmedia Tried Virgin Community. Virgin rep encouraged me to take up tech package at a price. After spending 6hrs yesterday and 2hrs the day before, I am still in the same situation! This not a good service with your so-called experts!!!

    Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

    @virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!

    @virginmedia That status page states there are no issues, the issues are apparently the walls in my house and my neighbours electrics even though it's been fine for the last 18 months

    @virginmedia I dread having an issue with my Virgin services as I just go round and round - I also have mobility issues so can’t get down on the floor plugging snd unplugging things! I have a constant crackle on my line. I think I will buy a new phone and cable and see if that helps. Oh well

    @virginmedia well since I phoned to close my account at the end of January I am still getting incorrect bills sent from you. Every customer advisor I speak to on the phone, chat through WhatsApp have all told me different info and then when I think its sorted a new bill arrives.

    @virginmedia Your web service reports no issues (as usual). Followed all the steps, still no service so having to use mobile data. Unable to work. Maybe time to cancel everything and move on to another provider... 😡😡

    @virginhelp @virginmedia Hi. Basically, try to make a call and it just says 'connecting' but never connects and terminates the call. Incoming calls do not ring the mobile but go immediately & directly to voicemail, but my recorded message is not played to the caller. Then, I'm get a text saying I've a VM

    @virginmedia I always check the Service Status website which sometimes tells me there’s an intermediate problem but mostly gives a green tick even when I have issues. I’ve had some engineers out as well & it works for few days & resorts back to intermediate issues again.
