    @virginmedia I phoned THREE weeks ago to cancel our contact, there was a dispute over a cancellation fee. A manager was supposed to call me back, I’ve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told ‘within 48hrs’. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????

    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

    hey @virginmedia I have a contract that says my price is set to Jan 2023 and I negotiated the deal with customer retention as not the account holder bit authorised to talk on behalf of the account holder and now I've got customer services flat out lying toe on WhatsApp (1)

    @virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

    @virginmedia The Virgin tivo box which you supplied for our other room is rubbish. I believe Virgin bought into a US system which has never worked propetly. The main box is fine. We are paying extra for a rubbish service and have to queue just to be fobbed off. Are you resding this SKY?

    @virginmedia They told me to send evidence regarding the residency. So have to send evidence through email. But my main complaint is why I am being punished for something that happened 13 years ago. By a previous tenant. Its just making it harder for me to join Virgin Media from BT.

    @virginmedia I keep being told an engineer has been booked but then receive a message saying engineer is on hold as there is an area fault. My equipment would never come back online as it’s fried !! Most days I’ve rung up and logged faults online.

    @virginmedia I doubt the reason is any more than you don't care The fact you don't log calls, you hang up, and you can't even email when you are meant to shows more than enough The only way to even remotely start to fix this Is for a call to be made to us (so we are not chasing)
