@virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service! cancelled my services as of 21st March, rang you today to see what you could offer me to stay and you offer me the same package at £17 more expensive, but offer new customers the same deal but £5 cheaper that I currently pay!

@virginmedia Congratulations- 3rd failed prepull. Was supposed to be fully installed and running by 2nd December. Now it’s due 4th of January, which will get moved again as still the prepull hasn’t been completed. Disgraceful service.
