You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@virginmedia this is getting ridiculous now. Constant intermittent WiFi issues every day. With trying to work from home plus a year 11 doing their GCSE exams online this sort of service is not ok. Over 6 months this has been an issue, given a new deal & box but still no better 🤬
