Any red lights mean there is a network fault either on a cable or on the box to which the cable screws into. Now please tell me, what is so difficult to send someone out to investigate that??

The Media part..nothing has been done at all..no solution..just continual pestering to pay by debt collectors or cut service!

They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. Simple solution is to swap and change to the cheaper deals. I got an Orbi mesh router a while back. It should help simplify our next swap as it keeps the same network name whatever company we’re with.
