@virginmedia Did you read my first tweet - I posted that after speaking to your operative this morning! Known fault that has been ongoing since 13/9, planned fix to happen on 27/9. The issue is the lack of service for the length of the outage is unbelievable! Broken promises daily!

@virginmedia I am a new customer, my service does not go live until Friday. The engineers damaged exterior brickwork while drilling holes to secure the brown box to the wall . Do your engineers not carry fillers to fix such issues? The brown box is not secured to the wall completely!

@virginmedia Hi thanks for the reply. Our broadband and internet finally came back on Wednesday 21st. But it's awful, our internet keeps dropping out, internet radio keeps stopping, lost connection 4 times so far this morning, tv programmes on catch up keep freezing. It's so unreliable.
