    You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

    @virginmedia I’ve called 08454541111 several times and can’t get through to anyone in a UK call centre who can help. Please can I have a direct number for a UK call centre for complaints or cancellation department immediately? This has been going on months! I am very stressed and very annoyed

    @virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

    @virginmedia On your website is an address for customers to send a cancellation to. I sent it to that address. Handwritten letter, handwritten signature Subject in capital letters: NOTICE TO TERMINATE VIRGIN MEDIA CONTRACT - with the contract number. Deliberate policy to avoid cancellation.
