@virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

The worst service ever from @virginmedia - been trying to cancel my account since March. I do appreciate problems with lockdown etc but we’re almost in October! Nobody at all seems to want to take responsibility - passed from pillar to post!

@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

@virginmedia I'm not hopeful of either option. We tried cancelling the TV package recently by phone, and wound up having to give notice by writing in post. We've also tested the service this morning by plugging in a corded phone. no dial tone.

@virginmedia Had a horrible experience on the phone to your team. They have managed to completely mess up the dates for engineers to come to the house and have been cut off a week early. Had a date set for someone to come out which apparently now that appointment never existed?

@virginmedia Hi there, yes it’s always been kept out of sunlight and standing up. Ive tried a hard reset and the issue persists. So far there’s no constant functionality loss, just a red or reddish hued light instead of a white light. I feel like it’s only a matter of time though
