Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

The engineer that came out today said, I just install hubs mate, I’m not authorised to lift man hole covers. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

I will give it a couple more months if it continues as it has done in the past I will cancel it. I have been with virgin for over 20 years.
