One volunteer has previously written to virgin media posting spent wiring with the letters, but this issue it seems is not being addressed adequately across the whole of the UK

Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

@virginmedia hi, had my new 360 oomph package installed on Saturday. I have m500 broadband and unless I stand within a few feet of the hub 3 I get great WiFi. Other parts of my house it is worse than bad compared to sky. Not happy at all so far with the BB
