    @virginmedia I have been waiting a reply on your message service in the app since 22nd March for someone to tell me my bill amount has changed. Call centres closed and text number not replying except standard computer answers! Poor service

    @virginmedia totally disappointed and frustrated with service. Paying over £60 per month for WiFi only for it to be buffering for weeks. Husband key worker, needs constant Wifi access. Yet unable to contact virgin. Service zero.

    @virginmedia can’t get through to speak to anyone on the phone. I want to remove sky sports from my account whilst there are no sports actually on. I’m outside of my contract now so it shouldn’t be an issue

    @virginmedia No it doesn’t, it advises me to restart everything, yet when I call the automated message tells me there is intermittent faults in my area. I have one complaint number - C-211122295. All other contact I haven’t been given one as there is only one that can be logged at a time.

    @virginmedia -it talks about advertised speed vs normal speed. Pre contract says between 505-545 and the contract says between 506-544. But both contracts say the same M500, WiFi Pod and wifi max service.

    @virginmedia This is Wi-Fi issues only. Every team I have spoken with have told me different things from a ‘fault’ to ‘update’. The fixing date has been extended more than 3 times now. It’s a complete joke.

    @virginmedia The main issue is that I get weird stuff going on with the TiVo box where I need to unplug it and plug it back in because it's either lost signal (turn it on and nothing) or it's lost audio (I have a soundbar connected to my TV)
