    @virginmedia And this morning it is still out, that's 24 hours now, bf called up and a man said give it another 6 hours without any reason for the failure, another fob off, I am pushing hard to cancel you and move to another provider.

    @virginmedia One customer replied saying it's your network. No VM replied at all, not surprised by that. Forgive me if I say your fault reporting systems are geared to fending off customers not assisting their service restoral.151 have no technical expertise and are extremely frustrating.

    @virginmedia I have called your automated broadband line more than 20 times in the past six months and just get as far as the automated tests. Our box is constantly red lit, our WiFi is absolutely knackered but there’s nothing I can do to get the problem sorted. You guys SUCK.

    @virginmedia My broadband came back for about 8 hours and now is down again. Really annoying now. Again this is what happened when I had 2 weeks of no broadband. Get the thing fixed. No more excuses.
