@virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

@virginmedia No thanks. I was previously offered compensation for an outage on a call, and never materialized. Previous experience has shown that I'm left very frustrated when I call. I suppose I have no option but to wait and see how long it takes to sort.

@naj028 @virginmedia Aww man we were like that in the old house but in here we have more options. My lasses mam only has 2 momths left and moving to a care home and wanted to cancel. They were gonna charge £320 and she only pays £40 a month. Pure joke
