    @virginmedia I’ve had no services since February 5th and have spoken to at least 5 people in various departments who keep saying my services will be restored but still no service 16 days later. I would appreciate help.

    @virginmedia I made a complaint January 12th. I phoned on 15th to chase it. I was told you would be in touch and you haven’t been. Your T’s and C’s say 28 days. We are now on day 38! You responded quickly to @SophieEB how come you can show everyone the same respect! Your rubbish!

    @virginmedia any issues in NP10? For the past two days my Internet has been cutting out every few minutes, making WFH and virtual conferencing absolutely appalling/unfeasible.

    @virginmedia hi, just had an email saying that our bill it going to raise from £30 to £57.50 & that we have been signed upto an 18month contract! I never signed anything or have had any kind of letter to inform me of this. We have very little money, all on job seekers or furlough

    @agmshankar @virginmedia Considering doing the same, they have increased the package price again this year (that's the second year in a row) and the network reliability seems to be getting increasingly worse in our area at least.

    @virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

    @virginmedia trying to watch the live rugby on bt sport is impossible and painful with all the flickering from the feed you are sending out, this has happened the whole of the first half with no appologies or rectifying the problem, any chance of sorting?

    Virgin Media, you cant report a fault because they are busy, you can't speak to them via what's app because their Bot is appalling and send you around in circles. How can I complain or cancel my service if I can't get in touch? They are clearly Virgins at customer care.

    @virginmedia I can't talk to someone from Virgin Media about my options, so I just want to discuss leaving. Your customer service is awful, your WiFi is awful (buying a 3rd party wireless access solution is not a solution), and you expect more money for this.

    @virginmedia Hello Im now with BT broadband but been unable to cancel vm as i keep getting cut off on the phone. Also tried writing to the Sunderland address but so far...no joy. I have arranged a bag to return the vm hub sending it back next week. How can i cancel :(
