@virginmedia I’ve said this more than once before on here and I’ll say it again. VM broadband is crap!! Their Wi-fi is shi., keeps cutting out yet they promise it is better and stronger. Don’t believe it!! The old router was far better than this rubbish!!!

After calling Linksys, it was 45 mins on the phone with @virginmedia with the agent arguing with me that they can’t help with my hub if it’s in modem mode only for them to pass it on to someone else who changes a setting and asks me to reset. 30 wait for results now.

@LozzaFox @virginmedia Switch to BT, my internet went down last week and there was an engineer out in under 12 hours who fixed the numerous problems with my line. If they can’t fix it straight away they provide free 4G boxes to keep you online. Virgins customer service is a joke.

@virginmedia I cancelled my VM package in Nov. Why is Virgin still charging me for something I no longer want or need. It's not fair for me to pay for something I don't want. To make things worst I'm stranded in another for a month and paying for phone and TV that was cancelled in Nov. Help
