Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

Told if sign up in my name as new customer (currently in partner’s name) they’ll offer it-great but still want £35 one off fee for equipment -we have equipment here 🙈
