Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.

I have not used my Sky Stream since Friday I am fed up with having to reset it every 20 mins. Just using the Apps on my smart TV now. I’m going to cancel the contract.
