    @virginmedia broadband was down in night. Says it’s fixed but I have no wifi though when I run a test after switching off router I’m told there’s nothing wrong. Postcode is CF631ET

    @virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

    @virginmedia Spoke to an agent yesterday and was told systems were down and to call back today, did so and agent said not her dept. and that again systems were down so may not be able to help - tried to transfer me to correct dept. and then on hold for over an hour
