    Was meant to be getting my internet on the 19th of jan they messed it up so got delayed to the 31st they came again yesterday and what they messed up wasn’t even fixed so now delayed till the 16th my luck really is something else **** virgin media and haven’t even got it yet

    @virginmedia I cant see the hub I have listed. And the point is customer service kindly told me that firstly they would collect it, then they couldn't collect it, then they could, then that I didn't have to return it at all. Now I'm being charged £40 for it. Nearest drop-off is 4miles away.
