    @virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

    @virginmedia Thank you so much, I spoke on the phone a problem has been located was told it may take up to 4 hrs or less to fix it. Unfortunately it's not looking good as it's over 4 hrs now and still flashing green.

    @virginmedia I hope so. The extremely patronising and rude person I spoke to yesterday in an abroad call centre told me there was no complaints department and he couldn’t do anything at all until I paid the bill.

    Well after 20 years of being a loyal @skytv customer its time to leave. They have taken my custom for granted expecting me to accept poor customer service well I won't & I'm not. @skytv loss is very much @virginmedia gain.

    @virginmedia Hi, whilst the internet & TV has now returned. We are still having issues with our landline. It appears the whole street’s phone numbers have been mixed up as we have someone else’s phone number instead of our actual home number. An engineer needs to come out & resolve this ASAP!

    @virginmedia it is a complex issue. How is it still complex after 12 months or more? Get engineers who know what to do then! You increase cost & decrease quality of service. Where is my refund for almost a year's issues & rubbish TV & broadband?

    So, I signed an 18 month contract for broadband with @virginmedia They promised me that when I moved house (as I was renting) we could take the account with us. When I moved THEY said THEY couldn’t supply my new property and now want £240 to cancel!!?? 1/2

    @virginmedia Been informed landline will be down for another 7 days. Email has gone down tonight. (It was down 4 days last week.) VM Service status page is down. What the heck is happening to VM? Thank God I signed this week with BT. This is atrocious.

    @virginmedia any idea why when I lay down in my bed, I have zero internet connectivity on my phone whatsoever, but when I sit up on my bed (in the same spot) it’s like I’m connected to your server with a solid gold cable. I’m not 105 ft tall, I’m moving half a ft, if that.
