    @virginmedia please sort out your fiber broadband! I have only been with you since the end of Dec & have had nothing but problems, I work from home but sometimes have to go to the local @CostaCoffee to use theirs to save me & be able to do my job just because yours is so unstable

    @virginmedia It’s supposed to be a 100Mbps service but it’s rarely at that speed. No WiFi in the kitchen (5meters away) and in the bedrooms upstairs. It’s th worst WiFi I’ve had in years. Kids can’t use PS4 in the room directly next to the one with the router in it.

    @virginmedia I have called this number twice but am still awaiting a further call back. It is shocking that a company can charge such high fees especially as I was told when taking the contract moving house would not cause any issues. If you would wish to call me directly please dm me.

    @jordanjaylam @virginmedia @richardbranson I am experiencing the same problem Jordan. Pay £3 a month extra for boosters that don’t work, as well as WiFi that doesn’t connect to all the rooms, liberty! Hope your problem gets resolved soon.

    @itvMLshow how do I go about getting a refund for a misold contract from @virginmedia I told them I was moving house during contract but they said the area would be covered which its not & have now been charged a cancellation fee of £177. Customer service has been dreadful.

    @virginmedia I have currently reset the family wifi box three times now and have no internet or wifi. I do not know any of the account details as it's all in my dads name but we have no service be would like the issue resolved if possible

    @virginmedia I shall be raising a complaint yes. No attempt to find out if the router is faulty, just trying to sell more services. You have failed to deliver against your contract and the customer service is shocking. My complaint shall go to OFCOM also @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I shared the screen prints of what they said. No attempt was made to diagnose or resolve. Only to sell boosters despite me advising them I have major WiFi issues. I’ve kept all the messages and you did bring but try to con me out of more money. And now you call me a liar!!

    Virgin Media went down this morning and the estimated fix time has gone from 1:30 to 11:30, the van’s just left outside, what ******** has he left for if it’s not gonna be fixed for approximately another 9 hours…

    @virginmedia No; it cuts out every day and the range is extremely limited. Based on experience, it’s likely a problem with the actual piece of kit. I either need a technician to come out or a replacement hub

    @virginmedia I just want internet issue resolved yet I'm being told it is fine. If it is fine why are all my devices both wifi and directly connected not working since Wednesday. Told to upgrade, told to buy new cables, told to wait 48 hours. This needs fixing not impressed

    @virginmedia We have ethernet in this one goijg to tv in bedroom and 3rd one which is wifi. I didnthink they were both wifi tho. Iv swapped ethernet cable too. When I try and connect via network it gives n27 code also

    Didn't necessarily mean to get into a rant about broadband speeds, but it sucks when you realise the only way to get faster speeds is to move house! Can't even switch to Virgin Media cable because they don't provide services here. Stuck on outdated @WeAreOpenreach infrastructure.
