    @virginmedia Rebooted and still got the same problem. Can you advise on getting a refund for the above fault ref which has been going on since the 7th of October. Amount on bill is the same do I need to wait for fault to be resolved and is it automatic as told previously?

    @virginmedia It wasn’t an email it was a text message I have reported it and they are aware of it if it’s nothing to do with a data breach how do they know my service provider, mobile number and day the bill is supposed to be paid?

    @virginmedia I got through 4 times before, I had agents who's headsets and mics with poor quality and couldn't be heard. placed on hold multiple times to get through to no one. is issue hasn't been resolved because of the poor customer service

    @virginmedia Although my broadband is working it cuts out about once a day. I have run the diagnostic through your website several times and it resets it but doesn't fully resolve the issue. I strongly suspect the router is faulty ( it is almost 4 years old). I wanted to request a new one.

    @virginmedia I'm used to it to be honest, I have since spoken to someone on the phone. Told someone would ring me re my complaint within seven days. 14 days on, no call.
