@virginmedia Virgin ID’s. In the area due to problems with the network, changed over fittings to cables to outside box and internal cables now my internet doesn’t work. Need this sorted immediately.

@virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

@virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

@virginmedia I am trying to speak but when I call I can’t even make it to the waiting line as it says you’re “busy” and to try again later and WhatsApp just went dead. Is it normal to waste hours to just get in touch with a service provider?

@virginmedia Nop, she said she can create complains and deal with them but She didn’t see any problems from her end and there was nothing else to do. But I’ll be sending a letter to the complains department. Also virgin refused to let @resolvercouk negotiate this issue.
