    Phoned @virginmedia to see what they can do about a payment holiday since we are forced to remain closed for the foreseeable and obviously not using any of our broadband services. They offered a discount of half a months bill. Wow. The worst company we have spoken to so far 😰

    @virginmedia @WeAreOpenreach @cardiffcouncil @LornaLwyl @Keep_Wales_Tidy I believe this particular one is openreach, just highlighting this is an issue with both companies. One volunteer has previously written to virgin media posting spent wiring with the letters, but this issue it seems is not being addressed adequately across the whole of the UK

    @virginmedia WiFi across house very slow. The internet access was tested with cable ached to router. Internet speed good but Unable to open 2 government website WiFi signal around house was poor 5 recorded during Speedtests. Restarted Router x2. Turn off PC firewall. Still websites not work

    @virginmedia To be honest the telephone support from call centre was very poor. No answer to my request about customers who are vulnerable and who else I could talk to. Just β€œwait another 72 hours” .....It was email, Facebook and twitter messages that helped

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    Once again still on hold from @virginmedia 24 mins takes the piss, to make a complaint the fact we have 1 of there team phone us 4 times a day for the same thing over a week,come on @virginmedia I know you need to promote your packages but 4 times a day for a week. Pls answer πŸ“ž.

    @virginmedia I have done everything you have asked me to do regarding my security issue. I have responded to your texts as requested. But you never respond as you say you will. Meanwhile, more letters and texts arrive. It is futile.

    @virginmedia really disappointed with your service , I recently moved houses and was meant to get everything installed , the engineer came and fixed the broadband and left. And 5 days later I still don't have e my TV box set up. Really disappointed.

    @virginmedia really disappointed in the ongoing poor service you are providing Wifi is terrible & although entitled to 3 boosters was provided with 1 which has made no difference to the poor speed/quality Can’t speak to anyone as the system set up is to avoid any customer support

    @virginmedia come on Virgin, I've just worked 7 days straight, come home hoping to chill out and catch up on some gaming and Netflix and the sodding Internet is down with a eta fix of 8 hours away. Can't wait to bin you appalling service off once my current contract is up

    @virginmedia Just the yellow one at the bottom. I've been over the various resets with your phone team a few times and none of them have been able to sort. The hub is clearly not working correctly and needs and engineer to fix it.

    @HapG86 @virginmedia Ongoing issues from Sat 25th Sept at Red Bee Media, who playout the channels, means they are still off air after a fire incident. They are being repaired, but their servers have been damaged, so as The Box is working, it is being used as a back up feed for its sister channels.
