    @virginmedia Yes, and it is a different issue every time. How, in a capital city, is this happening everyday, with your engineers unable to do anything to improve the situation. …and what about that refund, as we are paying for internet which we are not getting?

    @virginmedia The channel 4 one seems a bit flakey too. The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

    @virginmedia ‘ASAP’ isn’t a timeframe. I’ve spent over 10 hours trying to resolve this issue. I work full time. I am not able to do my job properly because you are depriving me of the tools I need to do it, and are taking up time when I should be working. I am falling behind because of you.

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for 22y 1m. And you are so disinterested in keeping customers that you will not offer decent deals to keep my custom. So I have to cancel my contract and come back in 3 months if I want a deal that is currently available to new customers.

    @virginmedia Previously ran into an issue where the router wasn't working even with the white light, I had it replaced today without no question, the engineer was nothing but friendly however the bandwidth is worse than before as displayed. The link provided has also not resolved my problem🤠

    @virginmedia Last update says aiming to be fixed by 9am tomorrow. This would mean almost 72 hours without internet! Totally unacceptable when you consider we are continuing to pay for this service

    @virginmedia It’s been cutting out and resetting the router for nearly 3 weeks eventually when it lets you connect the signal is so weak it won’t load anything on the screen. This means we also can’t use catch up on the tv or Netflix. Tonight we have not been able to get it to come back on

    @IAmCodeNinja @bt_uk £62 pm for Virgin Media 1GB - although they're doing an offer for much less at the moment. Little to no issues - had FTTP at my last house, this one has copper - and it doesn't seem to make much difference. Or the other fibre providers - CityFibre et al if avail.
