    Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

    @virginmedia Both those lights should be green. Any red lights mean there is a network fault either on a cable or on the box to which the cable screws into. Now please tell me, what is so difficult to send someone out to investigate that??

    @bristolbluegas @virginmedia @HiveHelper If someone could own a problem it would help. The engineer that came out today said, I just install hubs mate, I’m not authorised to lift man hole covers. Virgin told me yesterday this would be their “priority technician” that could fix everything. What a joke

    @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

    @virginmedia Well I can guarantee that no one has rang this house or my mobile. The resolution i got was a joke. I complained about the terrible product and the cheek of the price increase. To be given education on how to improve the product which can’t be done as (1/2)

    @virginmedia I'm having issues with Internet connection whilst working from home, my laptop has a ping ranging from 110ms -180ms when using a wired connection and it reaches up to 700ms wireless, I'm told it should be no higher thay 30 ms. can you help?

    @virginmedia Yes we have done that, and it’s still got poor connection in all the rooms where as the other one didn’t. I put a complaint in 4 days ago and still not heard anything from anybody so no closer to solving the issue.

    @virginmedia I don't pay my bill on time (deliberately) and I get contacted 3 times in 48 hours. I have an outstanding complaint with you and have had one measly letter with nothing actually being done about said complaint.

    @virginmedia absolutely ridiculous customer service! Logged a complaint, they said I would hear back within 72 hours and it’s now been 20 days and the issue’s still not been resolved!!! Soo frustrating and absolutely no communication from them!!
