    @virginmedia I’ve said this more than once before on here and I’ll say it again. VM broadband is crap!! Their Wi-fi is shi., keeps cutting out yet they promise it is better and stronger. Don’t believe it!! The old router was far better than this rubbish!!!

    After calling Linksys, it was 45 mins on the phone with @virginmedia with the agent arguing with me that they can’t help with my hub if it’s in modem mode only for them to pass it on to someone else who changes a setting and asks me to reset. 30 wait for results now.

    @virginmedia Not sure who we’ve been speaking to for the last day. But they’ve been the most helpful member of staff we’ve had contact with over the last five months. Has not only helped me fix the problem, answered any questions, but is taking my formal complaint further for us.

    @virginmedia Maybe i'm getting old before my time, but when I was younger and infact worked in call centers myself, when someone said "can i speak to a manager" they could speak to one on that call not wait 72 hours to speak to them. In what world is that good customer service?

    @virginmedia No, didn’t know there were issues in the area. A lot of households in the area lost wifi around 9am this morning, which is when this “work” began, supposed to have finished by 3pm but we still can’t get online. Router is solid green line or flashing green line and green arrows.
