    @virginmedia Internet not working at all. Speed is barely existent considering we paid for the top package regarding speed. An engineer has come to have a look and it hasn’t worked? Really frustrating when you can’t do any work online especially during times of lockdown.

    @virginmedia So you say you don’t restrict speeds, but a customer service agent just said that for a reason my account is at the collection department, and yes this is the reason why my speed was restricted. Why is this happening when the bill came out on 18th of dec due only in january?

    @virginmedia It’s away from everything, it’s only a small house, I want to use the Wi-fi upstairs as part of having to do a bit of work from home but it’s shocking, I have tried everything the superhub 3 is a terrible router, the 2 was much better
