@virginmedia totally disappointed and frustrated with service. Paying over £60 per month for WiFi only for it to be buffering for weeks. Husband key worker, needs constant Wifi access. Yet unable to contact virgin. Service zero.

@virginmedia Have upgraded the service and in theory should be able to run an official but I've been having problems with my router for weeks. It's not working properly and barely allows me to watch Netflix! I'm a critical worker and this isn't helping. Can't speak to anyone!!

Phoned @virginmedia to see what they can do about a payment holiday since we are forced to remain closed for the foreseeable and obviously not using any of our broadband services. They offered a discount of half a months bill. Wow. The worst company we have spoken to so far 😰

@virginmedia WiFi across house very slow. The internet access was tested with cable ached to router. Internet speed good but Unable to open 2 government website WiFi signal around house was poor 5 recorded during Speedtests. Restarted Router x2. Turn off PC firewall. Still websites not work

@RiotAngeI Ye virgin media’s been a ***** the last few days 🙈 they’ve released a statement saying that VM customers are using the internet more often than normal with everyone being home due to the lockdown that it’s having problems keeping up to speed, so not much they can do really 👎🏻🤣

So @virginmedia I was promised a call back ‘within 2 hours’ about your persistent internet problems over 2 weeks ago. Problems I’ve had for months. I was told there were engineering works, then it was a bandwidth issue. Everything expect giving me the speeds I pay for.

@WhichMoney @virginmedia Complaint is regarding spending approx 5 hours over the weekend waiting to talk to humans at @virginmedia Think 4 actual conversations in 5 hours!!! Is that really customer service??? Several times after pressing 1 etc, it said we're busy, use email. End of call.

@virginmedia Servuce outage is intermittent and even when you go on the checker when it is not working shows no problems. Re the mobile had no problem when on EE for signal yet Virgin use same network. Yes spoken tech 3 occasions no solutions

@virginmedia Was let down multiple times with install, had to go elsewhere to get internet in time to go back to work, was promised £50 cheque as compensation but told it could take 45 days, no cheque, 1hr15 mins on phone chasing it to be told I wouldn’t be getting one.
