    Hi @virginmedia - can you DM me? Waited weeks 4 no reply, phoned 38m wait & the 1 time I get through I got cut off, no1 phones back,trying to cancel. Website is awful for contact. Would actually like to resolve issues if poss - just need some1 to call me! Thank you in advance.

    @TheRealHavokHD @virginmedia Not at the moment mate but I'm looking at when BT & Vodaphone hit the area, if its this year then it'll be a switch Also think I'll go around all the neighbours etc telling them about issues etc advise them to do the same.     @virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

    So let me see if I understand what Virgin Media are saying - I have an older set top box that they supplied me with but because its old I won't be able to receive Sky premium service anymore unless I PAY MORE FOR A NEWER BOX or keep the old one pay for Sky Premium but not get it

    @virginmedia I have no idea if they were in management positions. Considering Virgin sets out to provide ‘the best customer service’ this hasn’t been the case. Especially being held to randsom to stay. Or having to pay estimate £270 on a 2 months moot contract to leave, after 15yrs is absurd.

    @virginmedia When i ring up 2moz and still get knowhere with getting my internet sorted.. i am leaving you and taking my buisness elsewhere.. cuz 2 weeks ive had nothing but problems and not 1 person has sorted anything.. today its gone off 19times in 5hrs.

    Hi @virginmedia my WiFi keeps dropping out. Engineer came today but problem remains. Now your site won't display option to book new engineer visit. This simply isn't good enough considering what I pay you. Please sort me out with a new appt ASAP. I'm running out of patience.

    @virginmedia customer service is absolutely abysmal. A live chat in your website with a Virgin Mobile agent and the staff member left the chat without rectifying my issue. @richardbranson needs to sort his staff out

    Tip: stay away from @virginmedia. Have been calling everyday for 2 weeks to get my service fixed and every time they say: engineers are working in your area, the issue will be fixed by tomorrow. This never happens. The worst service ever!
