Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

Terrible service from #virginmedia for 3 months+. Spent hours on the phone for the goalposts to be moved again. Apparently if you are residential customer intermittent service in a 24 hour period is acceptable, even if that is 10 minutes Bye bye 🖐🏻🖐🏻#bonvoyage

@virginmedia I spoke to sales to discuss joining but then I had to attend a work call so asked the sales rep to call me back to confirm with me. She didn’t and I received a ‘welcome to virgin’ email. Now I can’t join as a new customer for a deal I actually want to agree on.
