Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because Iโve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

He raised a complaint Ref:C160622488. Got a call this afternoon where the manager of customer services said there was nothing he could do.

It's now 2pm and no sign of an engineer. I was told I'd be charged ยฃ25 if I missed the appointment. I think I should charge you for having to hang around for 6 hours waiting.
