@virginmedia I have called your automated broadband line more than 20 times in the past six months and just get as far as the automated tests. Our box is constantly red lit, our WiFi is absolutely knackered but there’s nothing I can do to get the problem sorted. You guys SUCK.

@virginmedia My broadband came back for about 8 hours and now is down again. Really annoying now. Again this is what happened when I had 2 weeks of no broadband. Get the thing fixed. No more excuses.
