My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! Would appear strange that no engineers have been allocated even though we’ve been experiencing problems for ages now which have been reported but it’s now getting to the point where it unusable.
