    Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

    @virginmedia I have been waiting a reply on your message service in the app since 22nd March for someone to tell me my bill amount has changed. Call centres closed and text number not replying except standard computer answers! Poor service

    @virginmedia anyone thinking of getting their Wi-fi, think again. We’ve been with the now since NTL days and this HUB 3.0 has been the worst!! Not as good as the make out. The router is in a good position not hidden away yet it’s still crap!!

    @virginmedia can’t get through to speak to anyone on the phone. I want to remove sky sports from my account whilst there are no sports actually on. I’m outside of my contract now so it shouldn’t be an issue

    @virginmedia We’ve tried three times to raise a complaint with you. And this magical game appeared after the second complaint (the same day) to which the man on the phone was rude, spoke over me and implied my business wasn’t needed or respected at all.

    Worst customer service ever, avoid @virginmedia for mobile phones. Shocked at this as the broadband side i found to be good. Deals are low for a reason, no phones will be sent. Better go with someone else.

    @virginmedia No! I would prefer to speak to someone than having to register to sign in to speak to a forum where I have other people talking who I don’t know. reason I went on in the 1st place was due to clicking on by mistake.
