    Unreal. Looks like after 6 years with @virginmedia I’ll be cancelling my contract. Engineer fails to turn up, customer service is useless, TV box still bust and no help from anyone. Over an hour on the phone -£123/month for this ****! 5 weeks left of my contract so good riddance!

    @virginmedia Understandable, but this is now the fifth time the time has changed. When will it be fixed? What is the issue? As a customer who works from home, I need to be able to plan around this. This is extremely disruptive.

    @virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

    @virginmedia Hi - I actually do need a bit of help… just had an email confirming the changes on my account, it states my bill going forward will be £123.58/month when I agreed to £71/month (next bill will be £112.75 which I understand may include some charge for replacing the WiFi extender)

    @virginmedia I need help with my Wi-Fi, my virgin connect app can’t find my hub but it’s working. My Wi-Fi upstairs is terrible. If virgin connect doesn’t work you can’t even get products to improve Wi-Fi. So I need some help
