I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

Though if you do get a hub 4 beware of overheating along with virgin wifi boosters.
