And when you do get in contact it’s always someone else’s problem, ‘oh I’ll just pass you onto my colleague’ etc. I’ve WhatsApped the help number too and been told it’s a long wait and told I can ‘get on with [my] day’ - absolute joke.

He raised a complaint Ref:C160622488. Got a call this afternoon where the manager of customer services said there was nothing he could do.

I've spoken to every department you have, over & over again...I go over the same old explanation with your people every single time & still, nobody in your company will help...I've spoken to over 3 managers & still nothing!!

The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.
