Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

The opening sting on each service plays and then some ads but on both the programmes never play so I give up and use the smart TV apps instead. I've assumed it's a bandwidth issue but I suppose if ads are playing the progs should too.

I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.
