Fortunately for me and not for you BT Openreach have been installing fibre to home allowing me greater negotiating power as tou have no respect for loyalty.

Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because Iβve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

A manager was supposed to call me back, Iβve rang 5 times since to check as heard nothing- each time was told βwithin 48hrsβ. Move out next Friday, what am I supposed to do????
