Please sort out this mess because the router is needed to be working properly for laptop work to be done at home. Stop all this buck passing from one dept to another and help these guys PLEASE.

Your router is faulty and needs replacing. You said yourself that the router is faulty and goes offline if even moved.

It's in the @virginmedia contract to ensure all equipment is working and functioning as it should. Faulty equipment should be replaced and remember, you're paying for the service.

There's an issue with @chloemphoto's router which isn't getting resolved and the easiest solution is to replace it asap.
