    @virginmedia That status page states there are no issues, the issues are apparently the walls in my house and my neighbours electrics even though it's been fine for the last 18 months

    @virginmedia The Wi-fi is rubbish, slow and crap service up stairs. Often I have to connect to extenders. It’s a two story average house. Your routers are rubbish. The older ones were much better!!

    @virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

    @bluebirdchapo @WezTucker @virginmedia Don’t try Bt worst in the world for internet I’ve had it twice when I moved. Internet wouldn’t pull your hat off absolute shite they actually gave me compensation. plus all these newish companies offering great deals are shite as they all use Bt lines.

    @virginmedia What’s your customer service telephone number? Can’t find one anywhere. Don’t want a “Message Bot” - I want a human to sort out our problem. Wife’s a GP trying to provide patient care from home -can’t because of broadband problems. Don’t tell me to reset the router!!

    Got to love @virginmedia, having spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone in their technical service, finally get through to be told they close in 15 minutes nothing they can do 😳 on the WiFi black spots better off getting something from Amazon 🤬🤯

    @virginmedia All it tells me to do is check the cables are plugged in properly, and when I press more help it just says to call you. I've done this many, many times. I don't know why it is so hard to just get a replacement hub? Just to try to eliminate the problems

    @virginmedia Already checked that, doesn't give a lot of information, hence why I reached out for more assistance. Before I moved i had 10yrs of no problems with virgin. Since having it installed in my new house I have multiple issues every week. Something needs to be done or I'll just leave

    @virginmedia When doing home set up, the cable from my virgin media socket would not stretch to my TiVo 360 box. I asked if somebody could come out and help connect the socket to my tv box, which is located on the other side of the room as the connector cable provided is too short.
