    As my @virginmedia bill is now creeping up towads 130pcm I called to cancel or negotiate. A small discount was offered. I was surprised how little effort was made to retain a customer. (‘OK, thank you for calling’). So I’ll have to switch.

    @virginmedia Virgin ID’s. In the area due to problems with the network, changed over fittings to cables to outside box and internal cables now my internet doesn’t work. Need this sorted immediately.

    @virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

    @virginmedia It’s been going on for months, I have had all new boxes and hub but it still goes down. I have been told to keep my local engineer up to date. There is nothing the help desk can do we have tried everything

    @virginmedia new broadband routers now working, speeds dropped massively when I can get internet, tried for 14 minutes to get through to your customer service (being charged thanks for that) and can’t get access to my account as your team registered my email address wrong. Help!

    @virginmedia Both wired and not, advised to turn off and back on, diagnostics checked at your end, engineer visit, resulted in all new v6 boxes (x2) and a new internet hub also internal wiring checked and re-connected. Issue seemed to be resolved for a while but after then goes off altogether

    @virginmedia I'm nearly 21 months into a 36 month contract I have a NOTE 8. I am not getting on with the mobile it's massive and stupidly big for someone with little hands. Am I able to down grade to a smaller one I want my iphone se again #littlehandproblems

    @virginmedia After painful webchat, I eventually spoke to Paul who gave outstanding customer service. Problem not quite resolved but he did everything he could and that should enable my wife to run her clinic this afternoon.

    @virginmedia I have no seen or read anything regarding any works etc if I could get through to someone it be helpful continuously on hold only to be disconnected. Even when you try to send a signal to my hub it says unable to send the signal although my connection is hit and miss.

    @virginmedia I was calling in regards to my broadband speeds. I work from home and continuously have connectivity issues which is impacting my work and my work are giving me a hard time cause I can't get a stable connection and if these problems continue I am at risk of losing my job.
