    @virginmedia Virgin ID’s. In the area due to problems with the network, changed over fittings to cables to outside box and internal cables now my internet doesn’t work. Need this sorted immediately.

    @virginmedia Our tele has no signal, had problems with it for a few weeks. Some channels just have an error message of ‘no signal’ and others are pixelated so badly that you can’t see the programme at all 😩

    Every single time there are games on the Red Button it never works for one reason or the other. @virginmedia sort it out. And don’t ask for more info, it’s always a nationwide issue aka a you issue!

    @virginmedia We moved house on 17th August. Still waiting to be connected. Appointment made for 17th October. No show. No communication. Appalling lack of customer service. Ring and explain to 5 different people the exact same thing and still no further.

    @virginmedia It’s a Hub 3 and is an issue over Wi-Fi and wired connection. I now work a bit online and it’s costing me income where I’ve had to refund clients zoom sessions
