    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    @GillibrandPeter Virgin Media are - by a significant margin - the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I literally don't think there's anything in the world that could ever convince me to go back to them.

    @virginmedia any chance of supporting existing customers, currently paying £32 a month but your offering new customers 25 a month. Helpline said nothing I can do as existing customer.

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    @virginmedia why does it seem impossible to sort my TV and WiFi out? My partner has been phoning up on and off for a year or more about poor signal, not being able to use catch and apps and general poor service. Just get fobbed off.] Is this how you treat all customers?

    @virginmedia The fault test just tells us that there are issues in the area, but nothing else. Can you confirm if there are issues in Battersea? We've had no internet for 7 days and have been unable to speak to anyone about it.

    @virginmedia I think it’s fair to say the link isn’t reliable bc when my wifi went down, over an hour and a half ago, it said the area was perfectly fine. So I suppose something is wrong, isn’t it? Regardless, it’s finally working now… one hour and a half later.

    @virginmedia How is the community going to help? I've had engineers, multiple. Calls, live chats and none of it had been sorted because it is the "cab" in the street and the wiring is old is the most recent reasoning.

    @virginmedia I'm still getting 30 to 40Mbps when I should be on 1Gbps. I'm about to call customer service again to see what the deal is, my colleague in the SS16 area has the same issue.

    @virginmedia I left a bad review on trustpilot and I've got an email saying to contact you. How? I can't call, I can't send an email. I used the chat and the result is that I have to pay because of your agents. Complaints are not going through the website. That's totally rubbish.

    @virginmedia complete lack of broadband since Saturday and you won't answer the phones. Engineer visit is Friday so that's the whole half term without any broadband. Please advise where to log the service blackout for the daily refund.

    @virginmedia oh dear. Just left BT for an 18 month contract and regretting it. Spent 40 mins getting nowhere on the phone yesterday, put in a complaint and been told to phone the same customer 'care' to resolve it. Seriously?
