@virginmedia intermittent connection fault on broadband for almost 36 hours...its farcical and so annoying not being able to use a service for which I'm paying. How long does it take engineers to fix this fault? Was told the fix would occur this morning but alas! #Help

Contract with @virginmedia is expiring up £20 p/m. Great Black Friday deal for new customers. Won’t match it. Told if sign up in my name as new customer (currently in partner’s name) they’ll offer it-great but still want £35 one off fee for equipment -we have equipment here 🙈

@virginmedia I’ve had a text to say our issue will be resolved by 1/12 but this seems to be a continuous issue and I have a child trying to do schoolwork from home due to Covid so it’s vital our BB is working and for our heating too which works via wifi.

@virginmedia What’s your customer service telephone number? Can’t find one anywhere. Don’t want a “Message Bot” - I want a human to sort out our problem. Wife’s a GP trying to provide patient care from home -can’t because of broadband problems. Don’t tell me to reset the router!!

@virginmedia No, other than I have to wait 3months due to a banking error that delayed 1 payment. Witch has been paid and over the last 6 year payments of upto £200pm have never been missed I find it very disappointing

@virginmedia All I can do really is inform others on social media so they'll stay away from you, and maybe write to MPs to make UK law match other countries where it is illegal to charge an early exit fee. After all, if people could just leave, your service would be impeccable.
