@virginmedia since 2016 with virgin but really disappointed and disgusted as network is so cheap, sometimes feel like i am in the Amazon Forest. As advised i upgraded it and nlw paying more money but without proper service. Everyday it drops.

@randomranger @virginmedia The last six months it’s been on off on off on off. A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.

@virginmedia What you can do, is find out who i am, find out why the manager hasnt returned our call, Find out why we have been lied to on multiple occasions about multiple issues, Then get the matter resolved satisfactorily. But you choose to make up more bullshit saying you cant do anything
