    @libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

    @VMSolutions_ I emailed you 3 weeks ago to get a broadband upgrade (as you would not take phone calls). I now have a letter from Customer Resolutions asking me to call, and the phone number provided “is not supporting voice calls”. @virginmedia is SO USELESS. PM me!!!!

    @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia Glad I'm furloughed, if I was working from home I'd be screwed. Their network hasn't gone back to normal since the national outage last week. Obviously something is down and can't be repaired. They're text conversation customer service covers up the fact they're partially reopen.

    @virginmedia Refund me my 5 months I have payed £50 and get 50mbs on m200 with a guaranteed speed on 80mbs I have called multiple times all I hear is there is an outage in your area I had an Indian guy on the line he had no clue what I was talking about as my WiFi was faster than my Ethernet
