    @virginmedia Currently waiting in the Q Turns out you ring and it tests then asks you to reset. Once that dosent work you ring back. System recognises at that point your still having issues. And offers to talk with a person. Thanks again for your attention in this Paul

    @virginmedia Issue is still ongoing. I have called the helpline twice and after dialling my password and getting a dial tone, I have been cut off both times before speaking to anyone. Are your phone lines broken?

    Hi @virginmedia - what’s going on this weekend? TV and broadband sporadically working. Your site says everything is ok but I’ve not been able to connect to the internet all day and the tv service is having an absolute meltdown every hour or two.

    @virginmedia you really are a shower of you know what! Had no internet for over 24 hours, and when we finally get through over an hour on hold, you can’t give us any info because your servers are down! Sort yourselves out!!!

    @virginmedia It’s happening periodically on a wired connection (not wifi related). When it happens upstream drops to 150-300Kbps and downstream drops massively too. No known issues reported in my area, but it’s been happening for a few days now.

    @virginhelp i have been having issues with my broadband with @virginmedia for months. The router has been changed still no joy, a virtual tech was supposed to call me on Wed, he didnt, i keep calling and im still at square 1. Kids all study from home, so frustrating, help me🙏🏼🙏🏼

    @virginmedia This is not a new issue, its been months. The wifi keeps dropping all day everyday. I believe its an external issue i need an engineer. And how do i complain about the service i am receiving?? I am paying for something iam not receiving.

    What a nightmare trying to get through to Vodafone, was thinking of movong from Virgin media to Vodafone, after trying numerous times to speak to someone, holding for over 39 mins and then cut off, I couldn't imagine moving to a company with such bad customer service. #Vodafone

    @virginmedia Service line says no issues and just tried calling faults team, they're extremely busy which suggests there are a lot of people experiencing faults right now so am getting no where, I want answers not to sit on queues on webchat or phone, quick enough to want the money....

    @virginmedia I have it says the signal is ‘good’ in other rooms but the speed is still very low when doing a speed test. The router WiFi range mustn’t be very good. Is there any different routers or boosters available ?
