@ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Business or Residential service? We switched to VM Business two years ago and it is night & day better. Wi-Fi switched off at router and BT Home Hub used to distribute Wi-Fi throughout the house. I get 550 to the house and over 200 in other rooms

@virginmedia No my experience has not improved, your automated customer advisors are totally ineffective. An email sent to customer services several weeks ago still hasn’t been dealt with, I guess i need to cancel my £1300 annual subscription and go to someone like sky

@virginmedia I am so disappointed with the service. I moved to my house in August and joined Virgin Media because I thought they had the best service. To date we are not connected and the date we were given is 29th December!! Point to note that we have no internet in the house!

@MBRL13 @virginmedia Hello you’re lucky,I have to tired to cancel with Virgin media on a Number occasions via their silly text message service.i found it strange you can’t cancelled via email only my letter or telephone call , from May to November one one picks up the phones

@virginmedia Why do you offer a text service ? Then respond 24 hours later or don’t respond at all.I spent in totally 2 hours on the phone trying to speak to virgin media , but if I was a new Customer you pick up the phone within 2 mins . My broadband is down again

@zesty_al @virginmedia You have 14 days cooling off period you can cancel,Virgin media don’t pick up their phone calls and their text services is a joke , and your can’t email them , you gotta write to them how inconvenient is that for customers 😡

@virginmedia Well I spoke to so many people, trying to get my wifi booster which is part of my package! Customer service, technical, sales and retention but they all said someone else had to help, ended with Willard in retention but after the last half hour on hold had to put the phone down

Anyone else left virgin media and can explain my final bill. We have now served our 30 day notice our service was cut off today. We got billed on the 12th of every month. We just got another bill with a credit and a readjustment to the final amount due Is this normal B.

God put me out of my misery - holding on the phone to @virginmedia for more than four hours! Spoken to many people who put me through to other people but no one helps me. It’s the same 2 crap songs. At least get a playlist 😢😢😢

@virginmedia Each time I call I’m told my delay of installation refund, installation fee plus connection fee will be credited back to my account within 4 days. This has not happened even after 4 calls?! Now no wifi since Thurs, been told my service is slow but should work, engineer on Tues.

@virginmedia I cannot believe that our hard drive has failed giving us the green screen of death and get told by customer services the first appointment for an engineer visit is Friday, that’s a shocking service not having any TV for 5 days!!

@virginmedia I actually don't know, sorry - I just know I'm still paying for it and am on contract so can't leave without paying a massive disconnection charge (£273 approx, I seem to recall). The new buyers of my previous address have installed Plusnet so they're not using my service.
