@virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

@virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

@virginmedia if you have planned maintenance in the area ‘to make the service better’ why not send your loyal customers a heads up? You can’t just take the service away for a whole day W/out informer us beforehand. This is really poor customer service #virginmediadown

@virginmedia it's just come on finally, ufc. Pissed off cos we could have gone to bed thinking it wasn't working and we wouldn't get a refund because you can't get your **** together. Missed last few mins of prelims and first 10 mins of main card. Won't do ppv with virgin again!
