    @virginmedia It’s fibre only. How do I cancel when customer service is so bad! I have had 2 calls ended tonight as they don’t want to cancel my contract. So bad. Your front of house is appalling and can tell by the number of complaints on here in such a short space of time. :(

    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    @edward_baran @virginmedia Good luck talking to the automated assistant. They train staff not to help but to try and upsell you, in order to buy your way out of the problems. I was a Virgin customer. Took 16 years for them to admit they were wrong.
