    @virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

    @virginmedia Again the general internet service is fine but every night without fail between 00:00-01:00 my internet will cut out for about 5/10 mins cutting out anything I'm doing. Be it watching something or playing games with friends. It's infuriating.

    @virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

    @virginmedia Connection eventually came back after 12 hours. But now my connection drops intermittently, every hour or so. Even my phone call dropped mid conversation. It's getting quite frustrating and speeds are slow. Just renewed my contract (350mbps) and I'd be lucky to get half the speed

    @virginmedia Engineer came, after a week of terrible wifi, he stayed working hard until 8pm! Fixed problem & speed was very good when he left. Today internet in & out all day AGAIN & TV signal constantly scrambled. I want May refunded in total. I am losing money daily because of virgin media!

    @virginmedia media Hub3 in modem mode, since today early morning my internet connection keeps dropping. It comes back quickly but it causes dropouts and is impossible to watch Netflix or play games online. Woking area, UK, Surrey. Please fix it.
