    @Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

    @virginmedia My previous landline telephone number was meant to be ported over and this never got done. I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

    @virginmedia I have been assured by your team I didn’t need an engineer at my house on the latest of my many calls. That the whole neighbourhood has a problem . So , day 8 , still crappy service #hampstead it is proposed to be fixed by the 28th your advisers tell me in the phone .

    @virginmedia on 14/11/20 you sold me a contract renewal for 18 mths @ £44 per month. Today, you sent a letter increasing my price by £3.50 from 1/3/21. Meanwhile you offer the same package to new customers on your website @ £40 for 18 mths. Is this how you treat loyal customers?

    @virginmedia Hmmm. No the test was done on Sept I ten got a letter about 2 months later which confirmed my suspicions of a slow service after a new router and CMP plugs I’ve been trying to discuss what’s next since then. Need that callback! @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Yes, there have been faults in the area this afternoon but this is a regular occurrence. A technician has been out, replaced the hub and fixed an external fault but it still connects with no internet. Spend £60 on TP Links to help
