    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

    @virginmedia i have now answered 101 questions in the Virgin Support Chat. Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. BOT heavy, no fix.

    Whatever you do don’t subscribe to @virginmedia everyone, they ramp up cost on their customers every year, when you ring ‘customer’ services to fix a problem all they do is try to sell you other stuff. My issue can only be fixed if I pay £50 for admin fees ???
