Clearly the 06:05 ETA for a fix is an arbitrary generic number, as on the 1st March when it went down, the fix ETA was 06:05 too. @virginmedia

@virginmedia From 27 Jan onwards I have had problems with the supply and activation of the new TV360 System. I’ve spent hours on the phone but without success. However I did receive 3 separate promises of a call from a manager, most recently on 9 March, but I am still waiting!!!

@HavocTechie @virginmedia Thanks. Router has been rebooted and factory reset. I installed a wired Lan in lockdown 1 to solve poor wifi but unplugging that switch and going straight into the router doesn’t work either. Now no service at all. 😩Again.

I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?

@virginmedia hi there. I constantly get W02 error code for 'minor' sky sports channels - F1 etc. All the others are fine. I keep having to reboot but it's pot luck whether it sorts itself out. I'm paying a lot of money but get half a service. Can you help make this more reliable?
