    @SkyUK giving me absolutely terrible customer service... all i want is better internet connection and they cannot fulfil the speed we should try and get and are telling me i have to pay to leave them!!! Ridiculous!! Not happy virgin media calls...!!!

    @virginmedia Thanks I checked earlier but it says no known issues. I also checked the guide for the lights on the front and it’s a connection problem / constant software download as it’s flashing green. Works for 5 mins then reboots and spends ages all flashing green again. 3 hours now.

    @virginmedia No change after rebooting both boxes (v6/hub). Nothing on the service status page. I’ve been through all of this before and was explicitly told if it happened again the cables would have to be re fitted

    @virginmedia Broadband is down. Box is showing solid green base light, solid green WiFi light and a flashing green internet light. Reboot, lower cycling, full disconnection and reconnection achieves nothing. TV service fine (sans network features).

    @virginmedia I wasn't complaining at all, just commenting on how Virgin is on top of its game. My broadband was only down for half an hour, no dramas. And your field tech was very friendly and helpful in explaining what was going on. All good here.

    1/ @virginmedia - our internet has been awful for over a week now. I’m paying for 132Mb (M125) but for last week, on the rare chance there is a connection, I’m only getting 10mb. My partner and I are tethering off our mobile phones to get a reliable connection.

    @virginmedia my 82 year old Dad contacted you over a week ago. He was advised that engineer would be in touch. Nothing! He called back days later to be told that an engineer would never contact him it should have been booked! Are you refunding him for these days?!
