@virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

@virginmedia You now admit there is a broadband issue in parts of London but it actually seems bigger than that: your service status pages are not working & if I check that page logged into my app, it claims I have no broadband on my a/c, although the a/c page confirms I do!

@virginmedia Thank you. A call centre would have saved pain and a chat line that works would have also sufficed. Failing that a status page that works would have have helped. I still need to terminate the agreement as we are leaving the flat. No online form. Can you send me one or a link.

@virginmedia Finally got through. Told would now have to wait another week without phone because no engineer available sooner and now no TV as well because the engineer clearly messed that up today. Utterly disgusting! They're in late 80s and in poor health. People do not use this company!!

@virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

THREAD 1/ If you're thinking of switching to @virginmedia don't. Grandparents in their late 80s in ill health have been left without a phone will now be for 3 weeks. They don't answer on forum, their phone people say can't help and their engineer messed around

@virginmedia I did try that today, one hour and 4 mins on the phone, just told me I could cancel, very stressful, was told only new customers get deals, and I am a 13+ years customer, so counts for nothing

@virginmedia Had no choice! Another £££ spent trying to get through. Probably done it on purpose. I contacted the bank who confirmed the issue. Your tech guys need to update the payment system on your website! 😡😡
