    Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

    @virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

    @virginmedia It’s about an outage in my area it’s been a problem since christmas and it’s causing super slow upload speeds and connection. They said it was being fixed by engineers and should be solved by the 6th January. Now the estimate is moved to the 14th January.

    @ThatGWord @virginmedia I've just been on the phone with them, they said they lowered my speed to minimum because I'm close to the end of my contract... You'd expect them to push up their service to make me want to come back... Honestly terrible.
