    @virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

    @virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

    @virginmedia So someone fraudulently set up an account in my name. Because I don’t know the password to something I didn’t set up I’ve now spent 5 hours on the phone to 5 different @virginmedia reps and a debt recovery letter. Never use @virginmedia #badcustomerservice #stress

    @virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

    @virginmedia No the chat ended and I couldn’t get back into it obviously finished work. I got nothing he was trying. He found the account in question but couldn’t get in with security. And again I’ll add I never set up account so I don’t know password. I’m left hanging again

    @virginmedia I had a call from your sales team offering me a free upgrade to 5G but I refused because the last time I was offered a free upgrade to 4G it ended up being a lie, but I haven't phoned up myself, I suffer bad anxiety so most times I don't feel i can talk on the phone 😞

    @virginmedia Already done that 4 times, tried speaking to a manger 4 times. Also still waiting on a call back from a complaint I raised 3 years ago after being told someone would call be back in 24 hours. I don't think your company can tell the time let a lone deal with a complaint cheers

    @virginmedia That explains why I was abruptly disconnected at 7.55pm lengthy wait time! I have had engineer here today and box not working still after over 1 hr in house and disruption of internet services continues to be an issue! I pay £120 pm for what exactly?

    @virginmedia Tbh unless there are issues in our area (Which is says there isn't) I think our hub might be the issue, it's the hub 3.0, the lights are all messed up, constantly changes between flashing green lights and solid green lights, it's been reset also.
