@virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

  • Flaminhaystack Antonia (@Flaminhaystack) reported from London, England

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

  • WillHeadley1 Will Headley (@WillHeadley1) reported from Esher, England

@virginmedia Right now it is ok. The speed has been negligible for long periods over the last 2 weeks though. It’s not my kit, it’s a wider problem many are having round here

  • t1m1964 tim (@t1m1964) reported from Camberwell, England

@chrisckmedia @virginmedia They are all as bad as each other. I have VM and BT, which means at least one should work.

  • Strattsy51 Steve ✊🏻 (@Strattsy51) reported from London, England

@virginmedia why is live chat taking absolutely ages to connect me to anyone? I’d like to cancel my service, but if I was joining as a new customer I’m put through immediately. Are you making it difficult to cancel on purpose?

  • WoleAdesemoye Wolé Adesemoye (@WoleAdesemoye) reported from Kensington, England

@virginmedia My previous landline telephone number was meant to be ported over and this never got done. I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

  • WoleAdesemoye Wolé Adesemoye (@WoleAdesemoye) reported from Hammersmith, England

@virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

  • aejazk Jazzhk (@aejazk) reported from Bromley, England

@virginmedia I am on 1GB line with Hub 4. I get 20MB speed. Have complained. Agent said they can’t fix Hub 4. Engineer replaced a new Hub 4. Result the same 20MB on 1 GB line. I am fed up. Can Anyone please help. A very loyal VM customer 😡

  • andy00169146 andy (@andy00169146) reported from Richmond, England

@virginmedia I want to cancel; there’s been a fault with the broadband for a while and you wrote to inform of a price rise. I’m out of contract so should be easy enough-can you let me know how to cancel please-ideally the quickest way without having to try to get through on the phone!

  • noneybean Antje Southern (@noneybean) reported from Islington, England

  • paulstevenlewis Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Barnet, England

@virginmedia on 14/11/20 you sold me a contract renewal for 18 mths @ £44 per month. Today, you sent a letter increasing my price by £3.50 from 1/3/21. Meanwhile you offer the same package to new customers on your website @ £40 for 18 mths. Is this how you treat loyal customers?

@NIAbbot Virgin Media has been down for me since Wednesday morning...

  • t1m1964 tim (@t1m1964) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia @chrisckmedia @virginmedia you'd be expecting a fix within an hour or two if Chris stopped sending you the news, which he and his team does every day. And you know they would get you something pretty quickly.

  • alexrhystaylor 𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐫𝐡𝐲𝐬-𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐨𝐫 (@alexrhystaylor) reported from Poplar, England

@virginmedia there is a fault. it is getting repaired by 1.55 pm every day for the last week. apparently. were kafka born a few decades later, he would be structuring stories around the baroque architecture of your customer services provision.
