    If you have @virginmedia broadband and have been having issues the past 24-48 hours and have found their customer services less than helpful then it might be worth a complaint to @Ofcom I’ve just filled a form in. We are now paying for data due to lack of broadband service

    So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

    @virginmedia Been hearing that since October and to be honest I shouldn't have to be ringing to chase it, Virgin should be bending over backwards to help me, An ring 150 to go all round the world to speak to someone is not my ideal way to spend my valuable time.
