    @virginmedia @zakisaunt Signed up for updates...nothing. No compensation for the mast outage last month despite registering and shallow as it may sound, no internet and tv is a problem for people living alone. Always bad service this is a new low...

    @virginmedia no phone no television no broadband no internet since 9am yesterday . Now earliest resolution 9am tomorrow. Ridiculous. 21st century prices with 18th century service. Hope my contract goes down when renewal due in March

    @virginmedia It is just unacceptable. I had a scheduled appointment and VM changed it without checking. I called the pre-install team as suggested and they don’t work sundays so I got ‘customer services’ who can’t do anything. And 24 hours for a callback! Wow!

    @virginmedia Not wanting to spend an hour on the phone again I just waited until your service decided to work and logged a complaint. I find it funny that I received 6 calls in two days last week asking me to upgrade but it's virtually impossible to contact you in a timely manner. Poor show.
