@skepticmike @virginmedia Or you could argue that they were trying it on pitching a £97.50 charge and that the unwary would have just paid. Too many companies do this and then back down after a phone call. Real customer care is offering your existing curlers the best deal available by default

@virginmedia It was fixed about 1:30am but this is happening a lot since I moved to Hammersmith. But you never tell us what the problem is or give any compensation. I couldn’t do anything. Even my PS4 wouldn’t allow me to play games as they connect online. No TV nothing

@RogerProtzBeer @virginmedia It means you're with a **** ISP Roger! Try the Martin Lewis website tool for switching. Many offer better service and at a lower cost. Virgin get consistently poor reviews-spend all their time/money on silly tv ads rather than customer service.

@virginmedia why, when we are told to not give out personal details to cold callers, do you insist on cold calling me to try and sell me things and then demand personal details? Your solution was for me to call you and verify the person calling me was legit! Why should I???
