    @Barclays why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915? I’ve been trying to log into my account for a LONG while now!! Coz of not having access @virginmedia have been stealing DD from my account even though I no lover have a subscription with them! Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

    @virginmedia Help. My installation day was scheduled Tuesday this week. After the engineers visit (who was apologetic) it was noticed that we needed a cable drop box before being connected. After today we will be disconnected from Sky with no tv, broadband so we’ll have nothing.

    @AddisSteve @virginmedia I've called so many times. For some reason my 5ghz signal disappeared for a while, 8 called and they rolled back my routers firmware (🤔) not made a difference. I'll call tomorrow and they'll tell me there's no issues via their remote test

    @Michaelpdrock1 @virginmedia Their routers reset, or the newer ones do after midnight GMT ... drives me nuts, as we get a 10 min blackout like when Apollo on re-entry ... just at my core busy time. Why not like 3am FFS ... tho, generally I'm busy then too lol. #JohnsonOut_23

    dvr has found serious fault turn tv off for 3 hours to avoid picture burn while trying to fix. Service status no problem everythings fine @virginmedia
