@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia You do know we get tons of messages before engineer comes to property so why don’t we send one of cancellation and after if outage is fixed to ask them is your home broadband is working or not ?

@drewwagar Found out today that the fibre that’s been laid around us here is being handed over to Virgin Media. They have a shocking track record for stability in these parts, they want nearly £80pm for anything near decent speeds and their sales team has called me 5 times today unsolicited

@virginmedia I called in early Feb for an update on complaint & to give 30 days notice. The agent instead cancelled our contract with immediate effect, disconnecting our services that same Friday evening. It took 10+ (evidencable) hours of calls that weekend trying to fix that issue... 2/3

@virginmedia my parents signed contract with u on moving into new house in bookham. Installation date was set for3jan. been pushed back 4 times now to 17 March. They are without internet. This is beyond a joke and no customer service/ info, just poor excuses. pls can Vm help?!

Honestly worst decision I made leaving @skytv for @virginmedia I can never get hold@of anyone, they never get back to you. pay for the top of the range Wifi and it constantly goes off. Live in a 2 bedroom house and I can’t get Wifi in every room! It’s a joke!
