    @lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    Very disappointed as I waited in from 12pm to 4 pm for Virgin Media technician to call to fix broadband @VirginMediaIE doubly disappointing as it takes over 1 hour to get through to them by phone.. not exactly great service!

    @virginmedia I have recently moved and made yourselves aware. I have now called 4 times to try and get a pack sent to me to return my kit and still nothing has shown up. I've now received an email saying I'm going to be charged for the unreturned items. Can someone please help?
