@virginmedia I understand but I’ve got a masters deadline. What I don’t appreciate is when I call the 0800 number with my Camden postcode it says that there is no problem. And that’s the number 0345 people tell me to call. A week of no internet over a bank holiday is beyond dissapointing

@virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

@virginmedia I live in the area of SE25 5BB and my virgin media is off. I’ve a symbol on my V6 box and the broadband hub is flashing green at me. I’ve checked the my virgin media status and it states that there is no known problem with the broadband only tv.
