    @virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

    @virginmedia Again the general internet service is fine but every night without fail between 00:00-01:00 my internet will cut out for about 5/10 mins cutting out anything I'm doing. Be it watching something or playing games with friends. It's infuriating.

    @virginmedia phone line been down since early afternoon, possibly longer. Recording & account message both always saying engineer is on site to fix the problem. I hope that site is Virgin phone line storage as no one has contacted me or turned up to look at this.

    So @virginmedia engineer visits on 8 May, can’t find fault, puts new temp connection in, left cable above ground, drills through down pipe and says someone will be back to complete a new pull through. Heard nothing. Just spoke to them and apparently job is complete!! Joke!
