@virginmedia I can’t seem to get through to speak to anyone to assist with an ongoing issue we have with our TV service. For over a week when trying to watch TV the picture is distorted/pixelated. The only time I can watch a clear picture is when I watch Netflix.

@virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@simon_tabor @virginmedia My Virgin TV hasn’t been working since the 29th of July. They’ve “sent” 3 technicians, none of them have made it here. this is hands down the worst run service provider, with unethical, unhelpful customer service teams.

So we'll be left with whole (often poor) countries having to rush to deploy IPv6 - by no means straight forward on a national scale. As a point of comparison, here in the UK, @virginmedia said were "expecting" to deploy IPv6 in 2012 and they still haven't succeeded.

@virginmedia we just want working internet. what is your actual policy on engineer call-outs? because iirc they never needed the account owner or security codes if there was an issue. so im not sure why we are needing security codes, of which gives us access to finacial info of our landlady
