@virginmedia I ordered virgin on 17/2 no permit was applied for until the week my install was due (13/3) I got a text at 9pm the night before saying it couldn’t happen and now workmen have today told me they need another permit to dig up further down the road!!!

@virginmedia please stop phoning my house daily in middle of working day to tell me you’re upgrading my WiFi signal. Every time you upgrade my signal, it breaks it. I’m already on a self purchased WiFi booster and it’s currently adequate. Please leave me and my signal alone!

@virginmedia I’it doesn’t change the fact that the broadband is very poor.. maybe faster at times but the jitter and ping rate at always over the place. Not to mention bad customer service when people just hang up the phone on you mid conversation when you’re not even being rude to them.

@virginmedia had engineer install tv etc on Friday. Said the signal for tv was a bit all over the place fitted something to the cable to stabilise it (maybe alternator began with a) Anyway youtube catch up etc all have flickering when viewing can u help?

@virginmedia That's twice I've been hung up on after getting through to the cancellation team. No conversation, just a hang up. Total waiting time: 2hrs 45mins. What's the next step @MartinSLewis? Can't cancel via phone, can't cancel via their Twitter helpdesk. As a customer I've done enough.
