    @virginmedia Several times. Was advised that as we let the fitters leave before contacting Virgin, you were not prepared to send somebody else to fix it. I mention it every time you cold call me trying to upsell me into something. BTW after THREE YEARS we paid to get it fixed ourselves

    Virgin Media services still not working 4 days and counting. compensation offered £4.75 plus £20 as a good will gesture. Estimated time of fixing this problem is 16:00 hrs today, however have heard this before not expecting it to be fixed. Virgin Media is a terrible company

    @BadDice_Podcast @virginmedia I think you’re about to find that all broadband providers are equally shitty but in different ways. :) Virgin are lying about BT being too slow to stream Netflix. However, I found BT to be surprisingly unreliable. Often hours-long outages that I now don’t suffer with Sky. YMMV.

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
