@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

@virginmedia Still shocking, just managed to speak to someone and I have to wait 10 days for a deadlock letter, but again no a single resolution upon my complaints! Fraudulent sales is very bad! Very upset! I’m sorry but this has been the worse customer service ever!

Working from home is super fun when Virgin Media’s internet in south east London goes down completely for the entire morning and you have to use the hotspot on your phone to try and get any work done 😬

@virginmedia what is going on with the WiFi on the Underground? I need to sign in every time and even when I do manage to I get a message about a certificate and can't actually get a signal? I'm a Vodafone customer for mobile but I have a home Virgin Media account

@virginmedia installation date has been delayed yet again and is now scheduled almost 9 weeks after I signed up. In the meantime I am struggling to work from home spending endless money on a mobile hotspot. When I call Virgin no-one can help me find a solution. Terrible service.

Hi @virginmedia , there were a lot of works done by you in the BN2 6 area of Brighton this morning (6-7 vans were parked in the street) and now our phone line does not work. TV & Broadband work ok. Your 'Service Status' page says there is no known problem. Can you please advise?

@virginmedia I am account holder. they told me they cant deal. Why do I have to keep explaining my situation. Why can't someone just cancel contract. If not why cant someone ring me! they said they have tried. If they are ringing home phone, my dad is dead, he cant answer! I don't live there
