    @JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

    @virginmedia You seem 2 4get I have full house Serv costs over a £100 which means betw. hours of 5.30am and 8pm I haven’t got the time to **** around for a week worth of questions taking 24hrs to get a response only to find it’s been ended by them as I didn’t answer in two hours! FFS

    @virginmedia my WiFi and tv down since 6.45am y’day won’t be fixed until Monday apparently, will I get a refund and will u pay for addition data on my phone as having to tether as needed to work this weekend! Select for txt updates not had one!!! Had to phone to find out Mon!!!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia if that’s the case why won’t any of your departments send me a new router as ours has been cutting out for the past four months up to 6 times a day, and all I get told is turn it off and on and buy a WiFi extender, yet it’s the router that’s the problem
