    @virginmedia This issue was chased on the 30th Nov 2020 (had to wait 45 days for the cheque) & then once again on 15th Jan 21, as cheque not received. Advised it would be posted in 14 days & still nothing.

    @virginmedia The picture begins to stutter and flicker. The tivo box also becomes very slow to respond to remote inputs. Our other tivo box is not affected. Thanks for replying

    We were told we needed a new cable installed FOUR YEARS AGO. No one came. WiFi is weak, connection is unreliable. It totally cut out for almost 2 weeks. In that time we had 4 visits from engineers who all reported that they couldn't fix the problem @virginmedia
