    Another day, another business-damaging fault from @vmbusiness. You are not providing me with a service guys, this is unacceptable. Someone needs to jump on this. I would consider going to another provider, even taking a speed reduction, for the sake of consistency

    @virginmedia the last couple of weeks have been abysmal - packet loss and routing problems making my internet connection unusable. Now the TV is affected too. I had an engineer booked for Saturday but received a text saying visit cancelled as the issue was fixed. It’s not!

    VIRGIN MEDIA are stealing money from accounts. Last week @virginmedia stole £150 from an account, they are now avoiding paying it back EVEN after accepting the mistake. They have gona as far as to just not take a call, never phone back and bypass the customer

    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

    @Veisenberg @RonnyDavies @virginmedia Are you seriously having trouble wrapping your head around what happened? It is not a police matter. An account was created. A contract was agreed. The installation failed. The engineer closed the account. That triggered a cancellation fee (wrongly so). This is a CS/ofcom issue.
