    @virginmedia Honestly don't think @virginmedia can provide a worse service. Over the last 6 weeks I've had to put up with over a week of no phone lines, last week almost three days with no broadband so cant process payments, and now it's down again. Unbelievable 😠😠😠, costing £1000s

    @dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

    @virginmedia Due to changed circumstances I need to transfer WiFi into my name. Emailed acc transfer form with I.D on 28/4 - no response. Called you on 22/5 (cost me £22. 26) told this would be chased. On 16/6 Contacted on line chat - useless so called at further cost still no help!

    @virginmedia You seem 2 4get I have full house Serv costs over a £100 which means betw. hours of 5.30am and 8pm I haven’t got the time to **** around for a week worth of questions taking 24hrs to get a response only to find it’s been ended by them as I didn’t answer in two hours! FFS

    @virginmedia my WiFi and tv down since 6.45am y’day won’t be fixed until Monday apparently, will I get a refund and will u pay for addition data on my phone as having to tether as needed to work this weekend! Select for txt updates not had one!!! Had to phone to find out Mon!!!

    @JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

    @virginmedia Hi thanks already tried lots of this and we've only had the problem for past couple of days so I can't see why it would be an issue with the Ethernet cable or positioning.

    @virginmedia The funny thing is it's been like this for ages. Yet, no sign of any improvement at all, even after all the complaints you receive. All we get in return is a **** service and inflated prices. Dd will be cancelled. See how quick yous act then.

    @iainrm70 @virginmedia @FreeviewTV Thanks Iain. I've been with Virgin Media too long. They only seem to care about new customers. Utterly disgraceful service. Complete disconnect between their telephone answering people and the overworked engineers on the ground. Too many broken promises and broken cables!

    @Eltian0 @virginmedia Spent nearly a whole year trying to get a account changed over, sent them the documents they they needed 3 times recorded delivery, and twice they claim they never received them,even tho they signed for it. The company is a joke!

    @virginmedia Okay, this is ridiculous. You need to register to get service credits!!! You have 48 hours to fix it so services are restored in this 48 hour window, technically even though 3 days of outages this week, 3 separate outages. I need to call in about number port, 1/2
