3rd time in 11 days my land line has broken. @virginmedia 2 engineers a week apart apparently fixed it. Today not working again. Not good enough virgin. It is essential that I have a land line!!!

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

@virginmedia 12yrs with VM, about 8 of those very unhappy with the service, railroaded into an upgrade, compared the customer service to the act of prison ****, filed three complaints, an endless back & forth and the social media may as well not exist! Now with NowTv & broadband, much better.
