Not sure how I get turned down for an awesome @virginmedia mobile/iPad bundle offer due to not meeting the criteria when I got approved for A- buying a house B- Virgin Media big bundle for tv, broadband & phone ... And my credit score is only 20 points off the maximum score...

@virginmedia This issue was chased on the 30th Nov 2020 (had to wait 45 days for the cheque) & then once again on 15th Jan 21, as cheque not received. Advised it would be posted in 14 days & still nothing.

On Boxing Day Virgin media in my area has collapsed, losing any ability to deliver internet or TV. They estimate this will take four days, yes four days, to fix. Do yourself a favour, stay away from the casual incompetence of @virginmedia
