    @virginmedia One of your agents said they would send across a WiFi pod (which never happened) and then we were informed that he didn’t have the ability to send them after a further call 1 month later. We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

    @virginmedia *sigh* it’s ok. I was overreacting too - I had some stuff I was working on and I felt that it was my router that was at fault. Once I knew it was a network issue I was able to relax (and subsequently used 5gb of my mobile data allowance) - at least my hardware still works!

    @virginmedia BBand fault early AM OX10. Got Text to say it has been fixed, it has not, struggling to make 5mb down/<1mb up (should be 200/20). Restarted kit 3 times. Auto test thinks all is OK. Live chat is unavailable, phone help not accepting pwd. 8am operational hours. A joke!

    @virginmedia Never got sent a final bill! When we rang to cancel we were told that we were up to date as the bill had recently been paid. I even left the direct debit active for a month just incase. Mark on the credit file for no reason!
