@ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

@virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

@virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

@virginmedia I’m still needing help . Yes your engineer came and TiVo box got replaced. WiFi strength came back for a day !!!! Then it slipped to 29 down & 20 upload 😩 Last night my tab said ‘no internet connection’ and today amber lights flashing .... absolutely nothing ! !!!! Do now what ?

@virginmedia Thank you, all I want to do now is to cancel my contract. Sadly, I can not even do that easily! If Virgin experiences high volume of calls or back log, why not offer Cancelation option online ??? Making it difficult to cancel certainly won’t help to retain customers.
