Meanwhile the ‘Fix estimation’ time continues to go up, and ‘An engineer is on his way’ - is he coming from the call centre in India too as has taken hours...

No attempt to contact us was made. was initially told by Virgin that they thought the account holder had called to have the account disconnected. I have since tried to rectify the situation by calling Virgin to request our account be reconnected.

Updates on service areas such as mine e8 service area 15. Are not sensitive. Other utilities say there seems to be an outage in your area. Call or chat for detailed information.

Will cost my phone bill a fortune by the end of it! Very poor service, don’t think I’ll use them when I need broadband again!

Other people in postcodes near me are reporting the same problem. It reports back that all is well. But there’s no connection to the internet.
