    @virginmedia I asked for my cables to be extended recently from where Virgin comes into house to 2 devices. I paid for this. Happy to. Since the my modem has had 3 pin resets as one half of my house keeps dropping off. Didn't have this issue before cables were changed.

    @virginmedia No I have not reset my password. And as I cannot log in then I cannot access a reset link anyway. It is not NTL. It does not load on my laptop or phone so there is an issue your end according to the error message. Please advise

    @virginmedia Are you kidding I haven't been able to get through to anyone we have a hub 3 you're up to a hub 5 and the coaxial cables are over 8 years old it really wouldn't be a big deal to replace them to rule that out as the issue even if you don't replace the hub tho I think you should
