@virginmedia why can I not get through to speak with your customer services? The 1st time, the call centre cut me off. 2nd time the phone options didn't work. Your online Quick Pay is not working. I just want to pay my broadband bill 🤷🤷🤷

Virgin Media moving weird. My wifi is working but for certain things. YouTube, IG, Disney+ is all fine but Safari, Twitter and other apps ain’t working. Fix up man. I ain’t paying all this money for daily issues @virginmedia

@philzlow_key @virginmedia I would recommend speaking to your neighbours. I left Virgin after months of dropouts that impacted our whole street. Roughly once a day, Internet would drop out for 10 minutes. Virgin’s customer service was non-existent. BT has been outstanding in comparison (and cheaper).

@virginmedia Hi moved house a few years back and unfortunately couldn't take Virgin media with me. My contract came to an end and off I moved. Fast forward to 2019 and you guys register a default against me for £15 that I never knew I owed as you didn't let me know!
