    @virginmedia the last couple of weeks have been abysmal - packet loss and routing problems making my internet connection unusable. Now the TV is affected too. I had an engineer booked for Saturday but received a text saying visit cancelled as the issue was fixed. It’s not!

    @virginmedia Interesting how quickly a response is given once placed on Twitter. Being told you will be called back and this does not happen only after chasing and then ridiculous question about compensation and stupid language such as deadlock.

    @virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

    @virginmedia Yes did speak to the team and the only option open to me was to leave, come back as a new customer (send equipment back etc, place new order) or go to another provider. With those 2 options on the table you can see why I've chosen to leave.

    VIRGIN MEDIA are stealing money from accounts. Last week @virginmedia stole £150 from an account, they are now avoiding paying it back EVEN after accepting the mistake. They have gona as far as to just not take a call, never phone back and bypass the customer

    @virginmedia Yes, the area has a fault. Expected to be resolved later this evening. However, that is @virginmedia fault , failing for which do not have service which we pay for. Pls. organise compensation. Have reported via phone as well. Thanks.

    even out and about using my data it seems to load things very slow. I have an iPhone 13 now but before I had the 2 gen iPhone SE and never ever had an issue with any of it with it, even with the same sim etc. Frustrating. Anyone have any idea or it it just @virginmedia ?

    @virginmedia Engineer booked for today to investigate why broadband still not working after 4 months. Just received a notification that visit cancelled because VM admit to a network fault. It included a link to check service status which says 'no issues'!

    @virginmedia having major broadband issues. Service status says no issues in the area. Can connect to the router but internet doesn’t work. Tried resetting router and no luck either. Been going on for couple of days now
