anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from Bromley, England@virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. -
Declan Higgins ☘ (@declan1968) reported from Southwark, England@virginmedia What does an area outage mean? I pay Virgin about £150 a month for services. This is over the odds but I thought I was getting a reliable service and so went with it.

Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Crayford, England@virginmedia Phoned, and as expected; they can't just "put this right". The equipment and service are working fine. That the dish is broken and there is little slack to enable me to bury the cable deeper is due to local engineers. Will just have to dig trench, break cable and wait again!

Adrian Weale (@Edeaulx) reportedI spent a desultory hour earlier, glued to a 'web-chat' with a bot, and then a human, as I sought to cancel my @virginmedia broadband service. It wasn't unhelpful, though it shouldn't have taken so long but it isn't over. @virginmedia's T&Cs specify 30 days notice... 1/

Nick S. (nickncs) (@nickncs_cP) reported@itsuu___ yeah its a DNS or routing issue on virgin media's end. because the VPN connection is working all traffic is routed through that on the virgin media side. so to them they are connecting you to vpn, then it's the vpn that's connecting you to twitter.

Ewan McLachlan (@original1hanwoo) reported@Simon_Whale @virginmedia Ive been charged by @virginmedia for using a service after I left the property and cancelled everything.
