    @vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia another day and still no business phone lines now into day six, figures are down and angry emails from existing customer as they can't get through on the phone. Looking forward to getting the standard "sorry to hear" tweet which leads to nothing.

    @virginmedia I'm still getting sound dropouts on BBC4HD. An engineer did fix this last year but its pixelating and dropping out again. #Eurovision is unwatchable!

    @virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

    @virginmedia no one will help me because my name ‘isn’t on the account’ but it should be if the transfer had been actioned properly. You have the form and my ID etc. Yesterday someone would help, today no one will. I can’t even speak to disconnections, because of this problem!

    @virginmedia working from home once in 2 months and the same day your internet is not working in my area. Whats the point of paying such a huge monthly bill. Complaint number: COM103378725. Get it resolved or pay back the money i have paid for this month.

    @virginmedia day four and still no phone line, not had one call returned, not received an email as promised, this is on a business line costing me a fortune in business.2nd time I've had an issue this year. Terrible company to deal with.

    @virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

    @virginmedia The last one advised that I upgrade my SIM card (upselling). I’ve had no clear answers, everyone says something different and passes me on to another team. I’m aware the issue is because an engineer isn’t being assigned to the job. Categorically the worst customer experience.

    @nickelliott @virginmedia I’m now on Virgin and having exactly the same issue. I tried restarting the Wi-Fi on my iPad and that seemed to do the trick, but I’ve only tried it once.

    @virginmedia hi, was having internet problems last week, waited for an engineer and he changed the box on Wednesday. Internet now completely down again. No engineer appointments until tomorrow but we have an event this evening and we NEED internet. Can someone help please?

    @virginmedia Complaint filed Tuesday - told there was a fault in TW9 from 31/01/2021 and earliest it would be resolved would be 14/02/2022 - I made a complaint because the contract should never have been formed and was told they’d call me in 2-24 hours - no contact made

    @MakeSpaceforGi1 @velosam @virginmedia We have found that girls prefer to skate, guys like to bike. We work with lots of tween girls and to be honest they end up taking over the park. It could be the scenes we are involved in but I'll always see the girls there, even by themselves and surrounded by guys with no issue
