@virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

@virginmedia first day as a new customer and hub 3 isn’t working and stream box isn’t turning on. Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isn’t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!

@virginmedia putting their tariffs up by 17.3% from 1st April - that’s 3.9% over the Retail Price Index Inflation of 13.4%…people getting nowhere near this sort of increase in their pay packets…hang your heads in shame especially in a cost of living crisis.

@virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

@virginmedia As an ongoing saga, in the past 36 hrs since my whatsapp conversation with @virginmedia started, the word cancel has been used 15 times, with the last 4 times with the addition "my contract" been through three departments, none of them understand customer service! Still going!

@virginmedia constant outages today and yesterday, rebooting router not solving the problem. Download speeds barely half what is expected most of the time. Such a poor service at the moment and impossible to reach customer service.
