@virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

Swear down virgin media are an absolute joke ..... set up disconnection 3 months ago the snotty manager blaming me for paying £80 that I shouldn't have been charged and had already had £90 that month sends me a letter saying I an expected to pay £286 bc that manager ....

@PaulioB @virginmedia Yep... I am only leaving as they want £26 more per month than an alternative provider. I even gave them the courtesy of calling them before I decided to ask them for their best renewal price. They literally couldn’t care less about customer retention. No concept whatsoever.
