@virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia really are useless. Every week I have some sort of internet connection issue. Then they have the gall to charge people £240 cancellation if they move to an area not covered by virgin. @joelycett was right. Virgin Media are by far the worst for bad internet.
