Virgin Media Outage in Bromley, Greater London, England

Internet has been up and down for several hour tonight. Has been doing stuff like this on and off for days recently SM1 As usual they claim ints fine @virginmedia #virginmediadown

Still gonna complain to Virgin Media coz i shouldn't be having an intermittent poor picture upstairs. It's bloody stupid that it fades in and out considering how much we are paying. #ggrrrr

Virgin Media is ******* rubbish. Says there isn't a problem but clearly there is coz we've had no Internet all night. Need to talk to them Monday coz this has been going on for ages.

@virginmedia What a farce! I bet you're picking up all other calls except those from people who want to leave your terrible service! Call disconnects because you're too busy (your own fault that your service is so bad that so many people want to leave) & no other way to cancel!!

@virginmedia hi virgin, I’m being charged for phone charges but we do not have a landline in our flat. Could it be a crossed line? Would be grateful if you could direct me to someone to fix this as I don’t want to be paying for other people’s phone charges

@virginmedia It was fixed about 1:30am but this is happening a lot since I moved to Hammersmith. But you never tell us what the problem is or give any compensation. I couldn’t do anything. Even my PS4 wouldn’t allow me to play games as they connect online. No TV nothing

@virginmedia can you please tell me why that when I check my service status it says my broadband in fine when it quite clearly isn't? I need to work from home but can't because of your very poor, very expensive broadband.

Anyone else have no broadband since yesterday due to a @virginmedia outage? This is the third time since April!! My neighbours and I seriously debating move back to Sky #virginmedia get it right

@virginmedia day 4 woken to no Internet. Says you've identified issue that might effect customers and it will be intermittent. You say this like this is OK How do I home school or work? I do not pay for intermittent Internet

Virginmedia's Internet has become a steaming pile of crap recently. Several times a day it drops out for several minutes.

& right on cue Virgin Media has gone. Absolute shite internet service

@SkyUK service is shocking, we are being charge loads of ££££ for pretty much non excistent WiFi!!! Looks like moving back to @virginmedia is on a cards! Never ever had so much trouble with WiFi!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We @thesnookerclub1 upgraded our Wifi contract with @vmbusiness with unbelievable consequences. Business phone no. changed without agreement & never informed of new no. Now no connection what so ever. Phoned several times & still not sorted... appalling service 👎👎
