@virginmedia No, but more failed, incompetence calls with tech support. Forums cannot change your servers, but tech support can Another few days of waiting with heavily restricted services and no sign of client service.i have spent over 20k with you over the years.

@virginmedia Only after I set a disconnect date, even then I was given conflicting data. The solution is to send me a new router, when there is nothing wrong with mine!

@Chelsea1504 @virginmedia We lost service on Thursday 19th December at 9:30 am we regained service at 6:00am on the 23rd December. There were talks between @virginmedia and local Cllrs that full refunds will be given from first to last day. Let’s hope that @virginmedia doesn’t go back on their word

@virginmedia I called yesterday about this xmas chaos plus the bill I just received and the lady didn't know what I was talking about. I said I was considering leaving VM and she promised her manager would call within 2 hours. Never happened.

@virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

@virginmedia hi think our router has run it’s course. Had same one since we joined virgin. Think it’s why our wife is intermittent and slow. Can’t find any way to contact and website says factory reset which we have done several times

@virginmedia I rang custoner service and I have 2 option, 1st I have to pay £99 for engineer to come and reposition the router, 2nd I will get a booster which I'll have to pay extra £5 on top of the contract amount. I have been lied and now I have to pay extra for their carelessness.

@virginmedia need help please, hello, the modem we have is so old and we’ve had virgin media for years. The interest seems so much more slower, how do I go about getting a new modem as I’m having to reset it at times to see if it helps the speed?!
