    @virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

    @randomranger @virginmedia The last six months it’s been on off on off on off. A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.

    @virginmedia oh come on virgin I’ve rang you twice today I know my lap top is broken but I only have my tablet ... all I wanna do is watch @Rwlshmakeup in peace but nooooooo your internet is too f slow come on fix it or I want compensation been happening for 3 days now !!!

    @virginmedia Two days? Seriously? Why are you always too busy to respond to and help your customers? You have multiple communication channels yet it’s all pointless as the only way you will do anything is on the phone and I can never get through.

    @virginmedia 25th June which is unacceptable when it should of been yesterday given it was only yesterday they emailed me saying it been rescheduled! They would say they are passing me through to a team that can help and hang up on me and refuse me a manager

    @virginmedia twice yesterday, I spent a half hour on the phone to you. I also WhatsApp'd twice. I waited at home all day. No show but you didn't cancel or reschedule my appointment. This is appalling service.

    @rushlufc @virginmedia Apparently the problems will be resolved by 4pm now. But this is the third time the expected fix time has been pushed back so don’t hold your breath. Had lots of these issues over the last year or so, Virgin are literally the worst!
