  @virginmedia first day as a new customer and hub 3 isn’t working and stream box isn’t turning on. Have followed guides on both counts and all cables are connected correctly. Hub is giving out a signal but light isn’t turning white. Stream box is totally dead. So frustrating!

  @_Lewis_A @virginmedia I had this problem and was advised to buy new cables, did that and it gets minimum 200mb now, also make sure all cables are really tight and fitted properly.

  @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Interesting, our fibre was down recently (Virgin Media, avoid like the plague) and our Tesco Mobile data coverage was absolutely terrible.
