    @virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

    @virginmedia I still can't get any of your pages to load. My TV service has come back overnight and I don't want an engineer turning up and getting a fee. I'm disabled, have chronic pain disorders. I am struggling so severly financially I can't afford a late cancellation fee 🙏
