    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

    @virginmedia since 2016 with virgin but really disappointed and disgusted as network is so cheap, sometimes feel like i am in the Amazon Forest. As advised i upgraded it and nlw paying more money but without proper service. Everyday it drops.

    @virginmedia Not sure, I’d have to call their mobile to find this out but I think as my dad is fairly tech savvy he has investigated all the obvious issues. He emailed you in the end but has been given a visit date of up to 28 days!!
