  @virginmedia genuinely shocked and appalled by virgin leaving my 80 year old father in law without broadband for a week. No o2 signal so was uncontactable by family fo such a vulnerable adult. We live a couple of miles from him and we had intermittent broadband too. I went online

  @virginmedia my Dad has been a new customer for 2 weeks, the internet has only work for two of those days so far, engineer failed to solved the problem now I can't login to the app to book another slot! Shambles!! Need someone to contact us to cancel asap.
