    @virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

    @virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

    @virginmedia We’ve already called and you’ve said you haven’t had the request so I don’t see how calling again will help. Sky have told us they have requested it. Have seen numerous accounts of you blocking number ports to Sky so I’m not surprised. Pretty outrageous.

    @virginmedia Thank u 4 quick response. customer services are aware of the issues. Today I called again for compensation, as I’m spending so much money daily to use mobile & other data. I’ve been forwarded a link to register fault (that is known in postcode area) yet web says no known issues.

    @virginmedia Its just a consistently bad customer experience across mobile, TV and broadband. You CSR tools are archaic and your teams aren't suffucuently trained or empowered. The Virgin way died years ago.

    @virginmedia And I love (!) how you still say “if” I qualify for compensation... we have no internet since tuesday.. The issue is known. Your colleague mentioned “an intermittent loss” and suggested I should reboot every 2 hours and hope that I’m connected for minutes in btw.

    @virginmedia I called 150 this morning the fault in the ares was due to be fixed 4pm called again at 5pm and it says 8am I have no confidence that it will be kids can't do their homework everything is online and this isn't an isolated issue I have had ongoing issues with the service

    @virginmedia @Jodi92x Ha! I've been waiting for the WhatsApp team for 4 hours... It's been an hour and a half since their last message which was "Getting you through now"... And this is to chase up an issue which I was told would take 5 days to fix, three weeks ago... Basically... Good luck.
