@virginmedia We tried and it didn't work. I don't think is a problem of our hub but in the zone. Last week happened as well and they sent an engineer to fix it but it looks like it wasn't fixed properly

@virginmedia ridiculous disgusting service, had problems all week, had engineer booked between 4-7pm today, been waiting 3hrs and nothing. Called virgin and India told me there is an outage in area and therefore have cancelled engineer but not told anyone! No reports on web 🤬

@virginmedia probably, no defenitely, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 hrs on the phone over 2 days, transferred unknown number of times and hung up on twice and still no result.

Genuinely shocked at a phone representative at @virginmedia I ask to speak to the manager and then he hung up. I have had some bad service in my time but that was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced

.@virginmedia customer service twice hang up the phone, website says broadband works perfectly in the area, and still there’s no internet and no way to find out from you what’s happening. And still paying the highest bill every month compared to every other provider!

@virginmedia Yeah but slightly more complicated than forgotten password. The account email is an old housemates email he doesn't have access to, so we don't know the password and can't recover it. I tried to get it changed when I called about the latency and they said the server was down.

@virginmedia hi, new customer and set up my broadband last week, however the cable that was sent with the Rueter didn’t fit so had to use an existing cable at the property, broadband is working fine but didn’t know if this was just an error or box at property needs upgrading?
