    @virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

    @virginmedia the service has dropped a few more times since this morning but is currently back on. it has now dropped over 5 times today, and it takes over 15 mins to be connected again

    @virginmedia the customer service at virgin media is below 0 star they treat there customers like crap and lie. I have a recording of the agent I spoke to and she put a bunch of lies on her notes and transferred me to there cancellation team. Terrible service!! Rubbish connection

    @virginmedia Constant connection issues, I have had issues with it for 2-3 months and have still been paying for something that does not work properly. on top of that you guys write lies on my notes that was read out to me by the cancellation department team member.. 👎 scamming customers

    @virginmedia Cheers. Already on it, I suspect the coax might be to blame, it's on very tightly/ has seized onto the hub...if it continues to be slow or drop I'll ask billpayer to book an engineer!

    @virginmedia It's not at the moment it's constant it's being going on for weeks and particularly every night like clockwork at 1am. The poor service that I pay for is impacting on my ability to work.

    @virginmedia no known issues at all. yet as soon as it gets to 9pm the upload speed drops and it is UNUSABLE. download speed was bad all day then better in the evening, but the upload wasn’t even back to normal at 2am so you can’t tell me it’s peak usage time either.

    @virginmedia Hopefully it's quietened down but I logged into the hub and it had been reporting T3 and T6 timeouts. The billpayer is connected in his room by ethernet and hasn't said he had any issues though. Potentially either my cables or yours might need some TLC though!

    @virginmedia There is no IF about it. A lack of service that I have paid for is very frustrating and quite frankly unnacceptable. It is dubly frusyrating when I have so far been unable to get VM to take it seriously. Nice words need to turn action.
