  Be careful if you ever want to cancel a @virginmedia account, I wrote to them, twice as per their T&C because you can never get through on chat or phone, they deny receipt of letters because you cant send recorded delivery so they just keep sending bills and chasing payments

  @MayorofLondon Shame they provide the most terrible customer service and treat you like they've got you by the short and curlies! Pay £400 a year for a service, custome service agents are like robots and stuff you for days when it doesn't work with no alternative offered! @virginmedia

  @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  @virginmedia No as I look after an elderly lady with parkinsons on Thursdays which means she doesn't get to get out of the house if I don't see her. So it's booked in for Friday. What help doninhave till then? Or reimbursement? I'm free every day after 3pm & I'm free Tuesday all day

  The European Commission has fined AliExpress €550 million for failing to adequately crack down on the sale of unsafe and counterfeit products on its site. The Chinese online marketplace had reported that almost 15 million illegal products were recommended to EU users last year, including counterfeit cosmetics, toys, clothes and gadgets.   @DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I’ve just left them for exactly the same reason. My contract had ended and they upped my package by £79 and said they couldn’t do it cheaper but new customers were the same price as my old one. No loyalty to a long standing customer

  Sickening it's still hard for customers leave your service despite being fined by the UK government £28m I moved away from your service in March to a new provider. I have been charged over £300 for unused services. Refund refused. Never sign up to ripoff Virgin! @virginmedia
