    we’ve had, in your words @virginmedia an “local issues” in E1 for over a week. strangled uploads (0.02mbps) and patchy downloads + intermittent connection. please fix critical infrastructure asap and also... a refund. ta xxx.

    @virginmedia It came back as per Virgin's text then the Broadband fell over again Sat pm. Then became intermittent. Seems to be ok at the moment. Loads of problems since Christmas but no refunds. Its not good!

    @virginmedia Moving house. Used the chat stream give all my details then no one answers when moved on. Get on the phone to he told ring back . Ring later then get cut off twice after long wait. I hope you will not charge me more for the service I am trying to sort 😡😡

    @virginmedia Your customer service tops the worst ever experienced. Paying for top connection and receiving intermittent and weak broadband signal. Hour long waiting times on the phone and evasive explanations. Absolutely shambles

    @virginmedia All this have been discussed and no there are no known issues in the area. Since the date the tv box was installed. We were told it will take 48hrs for the landline to start working but it never did. I tried calling so many times but only customer service for sales picks.

    @virginmedia Just rcvd text to say investigating network problem instead, so you've postponed visit. Your netwrk is great when working, but you really need to sort out Cust Srvc because it causes very damaging press on closed group social media. You need to "Think Customer's Perspective"!

    @virginmedia I have now been without broadband for over 24 hours and on your service status page, it says I have no problem. When I call, you admit the problem but give no indication when it will be resolved. When can I expect broadband in Nw3?

    @virginmedia When I eventually got someone to deal with the issue was after waiting on the line over an hour, I was told someone will contact me within 24hrs. I’m still waiting since last week Thursday.

    @virginmedia I got told I’d be compensated for the 4 days my broadband went off and to now be told I won’t be& I have to contact everyone to sort the issue when it says online when it’s off I should get £8 x 4 off my bill but no I’m not which is actually disgusting

    I have wasted most of today trying to make a simple change to my @virginmedia account - still not sorted. I also needed to make a change to my car insurance policy with @HastingsDirect, which in contrast was simple and quick. Virgin, take note - good customer service can be done.

    @virginmedia when I TRY to upgrade to Virgin TV 360 and it fails then it says contact customer care -how?! Error MA1/15/40. Only spent 2 hours searching your app and unplugging etc etc. sack of something not fit for Twitter .

    Called @virginmedia today to finally cancel everything (currently paying for 2 providers because the other one is the only one I can work using) and after being passed to 3 different people and being on the phone for 1 hour and 40 mins, on hold for most of that, they hung on me👍
