@virginmedia Prehaps it would be better if the customer service line was set up to service customers? Not laugh at them and try to sell them business accounts as we are working from home in a pandemic. I guess I'll invest more time trying to solve your supply issue.

@virginmedia You’d think their customer services were good according to their lovely adverts. Automation is only so good when it keeps you in a useless loop going nowhere.

@virginmedia Hello, we called last night about our fault and repeatedly asked to be escalated to a manager, as this is ongoing for a month. No-one would, one member of staff even laughed and put us back in the queue. So not sure how a DM is going to help now.

@virginmedia This is getting boring now. Contacted customer services to be told a Virtual Technician would ring me by 18:00. I wasn’t holding out any hope. So far been without TV or Broadband for 10 days with so called engineers never turning up to replace equipment. I give up !!!!!

@virginmedia We clearly stated that our intermittent issue, connection dropa multiple times a day and stays down for 30 mins at times, happened on both wired and wireless connections. Your operative tried to sell us a WiFi extender for an extra £5 a month - a huge rip off and fixes nothing.

@virginmedia I’ve checked your website and there are no known issues however I know people in my area have the same issue! We were sent boosters and a new router, and the problems got worse. There’s obviously something wrong on your end...

I’m a maths teacher teaching from home in lockdown in #Hammersmith. I get 3mb, which isn’t good enough to teach and isn’t fair on the kids. I’ve been trying to get someone to install better internet for months but with no joy. Can you help @OpenreachHelp @virginmedia @Hyperoptic?

@virginmedia @roonymartin84 I've just been told mine is going up £3 on March 1st. Gotta negotiate a new deal soon so I'm sure that will also go up. At times like these packages should go down, especially broadband.

@christie_kg @virginmedia It’s so frustrating! It’s just the same issues repeatedly. It’s taken me two hours to watch an episode of bridgerton because of all the internet drops.

@virginmedia The issue isn’t not connecting, sorry, the issue is that two devices can’t both get good quality WiFi at the same time. I can connect my mobile for example but then my laptop would have lags, and vice versa. Makes 2 x WFH adults really frustrated!
-
Rachel Carr
(@Rachel_DC91) reported
@virginmedia No. There’s no faults. We were having this issue loads before and when we finally got hold of you and had an engineer out to fix our tv he also fixed the box saying it was a known issue with these new boxes. But the issue is back.
