Virgin Media is trending and as such it’s a good time to remind people that the only viable speeds should not be provided by the worst broadband company in customer service. Nothing will change if we stay quiet. UK-wide gigabit internet is ESSENTIAL to the growth of the economy.

@virginmedia nice of you to restrict my elderly in-laws calls on their landline because of ip phone switch. Then today tell them it’s all being cancelled from Monday. All before an engineer could visit. They are not tech savvy. Will getting them on another provider asap. Awful.
