I was past to no less than 6 different teams before finally getting somewhere and then being cut off. Anyway welcome home my friend - hope you have more luck than me!

I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.

It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

I have Virgin 1Gb then I subscribe to Netflix Amazon Prime & Disney, when it's F1 season I subscribe to Sky sports but I can cancel when I want at no extra charge
