@virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

@virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

@virginmedia Current estimated fix time is today, 18:05. Previous estimates fix times were: today, 12:05; Sat 11th 22:00; 11th 12:05; Fri 10th 12:05; Thurs 9th 14:00; Wed 8th 14:00, 8th 12:05; 8th 10:00; 8th 01:30; Tues 7th 17:30. I may have missed one. You can see why the frustration.

@virginmedia thinking of running a sweep about what the estimated time will be for the outage in EH7. Been down since Tuesday with numerous estimated fix times. Currently the supposed fix time is 18.05 today. I expect that to be updated and put back numerous times. Absolute joke.

@virginmedia I know I can but I shouldn't have to, if your settings are accurate in the first place. Also if I were to extend that, it might affect/clash with any other recordings I might have. I know I'm not the only one with this issue with Love Island, so the problem isn't at my end.

@virginmedia No. All they did was a re port from the outside. They said they didn't need to come into the property. I think the issue is the box. I have googled this, 'connected, no Internet' problem and I am not the only one so Virgin should be aware of how to fix this??
