@virginmedia my internet and TV are down and seems like a supply or hub problem. Just called your call centre for help and I appreciate they have a script to follow but no help whatsoever. Earliest they could offer an engineer was tomorrow evening when we are not in!

@virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

@virginmedia We’ve already called and you’ve said you haven’t had the request so I don’t see how calling again will help. Sky have told us they have requested it. Have seen numerous accounts of you blocking number ports to Sky so I’m not surprised. Pretty outrageous.

DONT GO WITH @virginmedia FOR YOUR WIFI!! Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced … 10 days and counting without WiFi, countless hours lost on the phone being passed over to department after department with no one helping at all and an engineer appointment 1/2

@virginmedia They wouldn't admit to crap. Since their "upgrade" we can't get Internet in the morning, only for a few days when an engineer was booked. No problems until we cancelled appointment. Every morning at the same time tells me it's something at their end. Since the T.V crap
