    @virginmedia Vodafone said they wanted proof of my mother inlaw illness and see if it's right for THEM to cancel her contract... She has late stage vascular dementia, half of the time she can't remember where she is let alone where her old blackberry is.

    @virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

    @virginmedia Not really good enough. Both numbers given are recorded messages apologising for lack of service. First day of the school holiday and not only do we have no tv but we can’t access any of the streaming services we pay for, nor can we use our WiFi appliances like Hive
