    @virginmedia No fault in the area according to the link. Same as yesterday. There is an issue either with the line from the green box to the house or the hub or the configuartion of the hub not being able to receive any internet connection since it was first plugged in yesterday afternoon.

    @virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

    @virginmedia WiFi issues for many weeks. Numerous attempts to get support via online chat with no response. Called tonight and cut off after waiting over an hour to speak with someone. Connection is vital for me to facilitate therapy sessions. Disappointing customer service.

    @virginmedia Still not managed to get in touch, tried for 3 hours yday, finally got through, passed around various diff dept. Then to construction when the call ended. Tried again today, got passed around further being told I was in wrong dept even though customer service transferred me there
