Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely
-
Claire Champion (@Champion3Claire) reported from Bromley, England@virginmedia An explanation of the problem and what is being done would be a good start for customer service. Right now that’s sadly lacking. I hope there will be a £ reduction in the bill for the lack of service??
-
mark (@PieFaceMark) reported from Poplar, EnglandAbsolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England@virginmedia But cutting people off to enforce this is unethical, besides no previous communication has indicated this and the solution is not convenient with where they want to do this and no suggestion to reposition my hub
-
Dr Andrew Fleming 🇬🇧 🏴 (@Andrew007Uk) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@virginmedia I performed the reset, it still does not recognise the code. Very disappointed. On Wednesday I wasted 3 hours on the phone talking to 13 of your people one of whom brazenly told me to fix all issues I must buy an upgrade. I am sorry to say the whole experience is abysmal 💔

-
Jenny Do Nascimento (@jdonascimento) reportedI moved house on August 28th and Virgin Media has been unable to connect my internet service. It's terrible service; I've wasted hours talking to them with no results. @Virgin #England
-
DC (@dc250705) reported@virginmedia 13 hours until you notify by text that something is wrong…communication quite crap isn’t it. Now told not fixed until 0200
-
william (@william27504693) reported@LeeHarris @virginmedia The fact you seem shocked by this means 1 of 2 things. 1) You're really dense & didn't research how truly terrible VM services are 2) You went for the cheap option & this is the result
-
Andy Cave (@Andycave) reported@virginmedia @virginmedia And how am I supposed to check that link with my Internet still down?
-
Success W Lewis (@SuccessWLewis1) reported@virginmedia 3 months of issues have forced me into this situation. I may as well be in a zombie apocalypses.

Zoe Smith (@ladyspeakerz) reportedThis country England a joke even children wouldn’t be as pathetic and immature as you lot Im going straight to the police again I’ve been told the names Ian jones Emma Vicky - Virgin media Laura - Virgin media Cheryl tweedy All criminals and been doing bad bad bad things They have to go to prison My only crime making these badly brought up cold rough chav women jealous I shall be naming names now and going to the police on Tuesday My mum and dad now awake something happening YOUR ***** LITTLE SECRET GETTING EXPOSED YOU NOT GETTING AWAY WITH IT ALL MESSED UP FOR MUCH LONGER YOUR SADISTIC SICK GAME IS OVER YOU SICK DISTURBED TWISTED HORRIBLE PSYCHOPATHIC LOSERS YOU NEED LOCKING UP ALL OF YOU FOR MY SAFETY
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
-
CliveR (@CliveR39) reported@KuchPatryk @Se_Railway No Virgin Media broadband- @nationalrailenq were reporting a network problem
-
BirchillsBoy (@BirchillsBoy) reportedIt's later this month I can put my notice in with Virgin Media. £40 a month for just broadband is too much. Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at £11 a month rising to £22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.
-
Paul O'Brien (@PaulOBrienKil) reported@VMSportIE I strongly urge anyone thinking of subscribing to @virginmedia to NOT do it. Took over a hour to get through to customer service & they still won't fix their mistake. Shambles of an organisation.
