    @virginmedia They escalated my complaint,but looks like the package is not available to us.When my contact expires will definitely looking at other options as I don’t trust Virgin Media anymore

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @BBCWatchdog I was without TV service with Virgin Media for over a week this month, could only use chat bot, eventually a live chat with a person because I took to twitter, but they couldn't help me either. Still waiting for the comp form they said would come automatically.

    Checked the speed and 150mb I cant. It can be foolish of me but 150? I cant for real. 900mb minimum, my house moves are planned based on fiber connectivity. ps: 150mb from virgin media hahahhahahhahaha everyday in the phone screaming with customer service, nope im good

    Honestly can't believe how much @virginmedia is letting me down. 23/12 no broadband. Service update says it'll be fixed by 12pm 23/12, then pushed out to 12:25am 24/12. Now showing 12:00pm 24/12. I guarantee no one is out working to resolve right now. Down tools.

    @VirginMediaIEPR I have been trying for last months and 10 days to get connection. Although wiring is done , your system shows broadband not available . My property manager has mailed as well . This is pathetic customer service . @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. We have already called repair team, they were unable to help and then informed us that we would be at least 5 days without TV. So that’s the entire Christmas holiday without TV. They’ve been with VM for over 10 years and never had service this bad.
