    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    @ianbriggs @virginmedia This is why I left them for Sky years ago. They are poor. Been with Sky for 12 years, and they have always been good customer service wise, and rectifying faults quick.

    @virginmedia so customer service just hung up on us after putting us on hold for over half an hour and failing to deal with an issue which your app said you can deal with. Only want a wifi booster and the customer service I have received was atrocious

    @virginmedia it’s frustrating that virgin media CAN NOT fix our broadband and internet in Sw4 8Dw!!!! We’ve been waiting for more than a week and still slipping to another day and so on! I’ve had enough and moving to a better provider Sky...

    @virginmedia my mums tv/broadband went down at 8.30pm last night, you said it would be back up and running by 12.30am, still not working this morning she’s been told it should be back in at 4.30pm today. No mention of the problem! #ridiculous #compensation

    @virginmedia Yes,back up & running now,engineer here last week who replaced the hub,it’s just a constant over & over again! Problems are still occurring,albeit intermittently! But for the price you are charging,we aren’t receiving the service,disappointing & sorry I renewed my contract!

    @virginmedia After 48hours of trying I got through this morning and was told a engineer would call me within 4 hours, that was 5hours and 45 minutes ago. I’m now disgusted with your service and have decided to leave after many years with you! I work from home and need wifi!

    @virginmedia we have been with you about 3 weeks from BT and this is the second time the WiFi has been down. And no fix until 6th Oct? This is totally unacceptable. Is this information correct?
