  • feyipuk Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Crayford, England

@virginmedia I'm sorry for the two poor support staff who are trying to sell us new remote controls, routers and O2 sims - for more money - till we hit the nuclear option and say we're leaving to get what we're asking? We're loyal customers; why does it need to get to that?

  • blue_murdock Ritch Zablan (@blue_murdock) reported from Camberwell, England

@virginmedia Hello.. wifi has been mostly down since last week. Been resetting several times a day. What is going on in SE22 area?

  • jrseloto Francisco Soler (Jr) (@jrseloto) reported from City of London, England

@virginmedia 11 May - which of course i will cancel today as I’ve had enough of this. too much stress and no TV or internet for 30 days

  • edshots the world's most copied Edward Moore (@edshots) reported from Bromley, England

@virginmedia The next slot was 28th April which I would not be in and so have taken 5th May. A loyal customer of about 12 years this a complete let down after arranging today from a previous cancellation on your company's part.

  • Veganforever67 Vegan join the PCS Union (@Veganforever67) reported from London, England

@virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

  • islingtonlloyd Lloyd Child (@islingtonlloyd) reported from City of London, England

@virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

  • Veganforever67 Vegan join the PCS Union (@Veganforever67) reported from London, England

@virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

  • marianmartinart Marian Martin (@marianmartinart) reported from London, England

@virginmedia the WiFi here has been awful for the last few months, we've been on the same router for twelve years now, is there anything you can do to help?

  • swami102 Swami (@swami102) reported from City of London, England

@virginmedia letting know that my installation date is moved just before a day of the original date isn't very professional. When you guys fix yourself???

  • kevinri00714924 kevin richardson (@kevinri00714924) reported from Poplar, England

@virginmedia So someone fraudulently set up an account in my name. Because I don’t know the password to something I didn’t set up I’ve now spent 5 hours on the phone to 5 different @virginmedia reps and a debt recovery letter. Never use @virginmedia #badcustomerservice #stress

  • iamnotthelotus Geoff Low (@iamnotthelotus) reported from Redhill, England

Usual brilliance from VirginMedia, announce via SMS that they will be working in the area on the 13th and internet may be unstable, it was fine all day. Today however....

  • KikassP kikassPhotography(official) 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@KikassP) reported from London, England

I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

  • kevinri00714924 kevin richardson (@kevinri00714924) reported from Poplar, England

@virginmedia No the chat ended and I couldn’t get back into it obviously finished work. I got nothing he was trying. He found the account in question but couldn’t get in with security. And again I’ll add I never set up account so I don’t know password. I’m left hanging again

  • edshots the world's most copied Edward Moore (@edshots) reported from Croydon, England

@virginmedia failed to turn up today for the rearranged date they couldn't make two weeks ago. Just turn up tomorrow, I shouldn't need to call you as it'll be the Edward Moore in Croydon you let down today.

  • haniehvidmar Hanieh Vidmar (@haniehvidmar) reported from Paddington, England

@virginmedia I need to urgently speak to someone regarding an account! And the fact that you’ve non stop taken money out of the account and refuse to refund as well as cutting the service off when you’ve had payment

  • jimboscargill J1MB0 (@jimboscargill) reported

@virginmedia Hi. This has been going on daily since I upgraded to 500G speed, so something isnt quite right. Wasn’t an issue when I was paying for my previous, slower speed. I’m actually getting a worse speed now than I was before upgrading!!

  • vRhysie vRhysie (@vRhysie) reported

@virginmedia I don’t know how many people I’m going to speak with about this. External work is needed but construction issues have been identified but not rectified for nearly 2 months already.

  • RayCampbell19 Dr. Ray Campbell #GoldStrike (@RayCampbell19) reported

@virginmedia I have complaints dating back to November 2020, but this problem goes back to at least 2018. I've already been through your complaints procedure and I'm tired of being messed around. The gloves have come off.

  • ZeeBartels Bartels (@ZeeBartels) reported

@virginmedia It’s the fact that you are affecting peoples work, not to mention your compensation rules states after 2 days. With a significant majority of the workforce WFH @ least 2 days a week, that is not acceptable, and my monthly payments are for 30 days of service not 29.

  • BobStar10 RBS (@BobStar10) reported

Offering cheaper deals to new customers that aren't available to existing customers coming to end of contract is pretty poor @virginmedia
