@virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

@thetinysir Sky are **** switched to virgin media a few days ago and I can finally get signal in my room and acc download things in seconds, we aren’t paying £90 a month anymore either

@StazJohnson @virginmedia We had this problem for 10-12 weeks after the first lockdown, especially in the evening. Took numerous phone calls, 3 visits from engineers, a new router and threatening to change providers before they 'fixed a problem in our area'.
