Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

@virginmedia One of your agents said they would send across a WiFi pod (which never happened) and then we were informed that he didn’t have the ability to send them after a further call 1 month later. We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

@virginmedia I am being harassed by @virginmedia, disgusting company 10 phone calls this morning, DONE 1471, IT WAS A VIRGINMEDIA CALL LINE! I phoned @virginmedia today, to explain/report, they put the phone down on me! phone rang NOW, from virgin, HELLO, laughed, then cut off!
