    @virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

    @virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

    @virginmedia I can't use the Web form because I'm no longer a customer, I'm fed up with the phone calls and getting nowhere so is the only option left to me to post a letter of complaint. Surely the days of posting complaints are long gone.

    Never use #virginMedia not only does their internet keep going down and their phoneline not work, when you call their 0330 number from mobile and waste £50 in credit trying to rearrange a repair they don't rearrange and you run out of credit, @virginmedia are the worst company.

You should have a service where people can get through at any point of the day (within opening hours). How is a media company the size you are so horrific at customer service?
