    @virginmedia Nothing other than to telephone again. We do now have an appointment so we will see if it gets fixed. Two of us working from home in zoom-heavy roles has been very difficult. And the only action we have got has been via ombudsman not your customer services.

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @virginmedia do you think you could actually repair the broadband and TV fault in the BR2 area? It’s been off for nearly 24 hours now and the fix estimate keeps getting put back. I might hold off the my next direct debit….sound fair?

    @JohnKingscott @virginmedia As an IT manager for Her Majesty’s Treasury I find it annoyingly ironic that my role now involves governing their hybrid video calls but I can’t actually join any because my broadband is down. Ridiculous. I’ll be discussing compensation for loss of service with the area manager

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!

    Nothing like working from home when you have @SkyUK …. Day 2 of no broadband and no phone …. Quality service …. Will switch to @virginmedia as soon as I can

    @virginmedia Lack of service for two days affecting how my wife and I worked from home cost of using our mobiles as hotspots and, no manager call when requested. It was via the phone, closed as resolved, when it actually wasn't. It's now reopened apparently
