    @virginmedia Put something online or phone message when we call also despite being out since yesterday morning only been able to register issue this morning. Not great service really so likely to cancel my contract in new year despite over 15 years as a customer just too much poor service

    @virginmedia please improve how you treat your customers! Broadband + TV down in NW1 since last Thursday with no text updates, no online status and the only way I find out the latest is a 30 min call. This follows a previous 2 week outage in November where I was not compensated.

    @unsliced @virginmedia One strand of fibre cable can transfer a lot of data. When they talk about a cable it’s going to have multiple strands so it can carry even more. It sucks that it’s down, but repairing fibre is not trivial.

    @virginmedia Yes. That’s correct. When I am on my home network (Virgin), Netflix video will not stream — watching Amazon Prime right now, which is working fine. YouTube also works, so it only seems to apply to Netflix. (And Netflix works fine when I switch to 4G / Vodafone.)

    @virginmedia moved from #sky gave notice 2 weeks ago, looking forward to installation on Friday 13th. You confirmed on Tuesday 10th. Took the day off work. Didn’t arrive, called support. Was informed installation changed to 28th😡😡🤬🤬🤬. Great start! Received letter today14th

    Another day, another business-damaging fault from @vmbusiness. You are not providing me with a service guys, this is unacceptable. Someone needs to jump on this. I would consider going to another provider, even taking a speed reduction, for the sake of consistency

    @virginmedia In my humble view the customer call centres, specifically abroad need more training...I've been on the phone 3 times to amend packages & in truth not many are up to speed when the change occurs As a customer of over 11+ years it's been a poor experience

    4 months with no service from @virginmedia so we left. They agreed that we were in credit from services unrendered. Today we received a letter from a debt collector and virgin media are impossible to get hold of @BBCWatchdog

    @virginmedia Yet again just fobbing us off somewhere else! Virgin seem to be VERY good at doing that. There has been a problem in the area for 2 months now so posting on a forum seems a complete waste of time. You have t asked me for any details so take that you can’t be bothered either!

    @virginmedia Yes, it’s says there are no issues in the area. I have booked an appointment however an engineer will not be out until Tuesday afternoon which doesn’t feel like great service to be honest

    @virginmedia In short we had 4 months with no email service from you, plus all of our contacts were lost (your fault) so we left. We returned stuff etc. And you assured us that our last bill was in credit due to services not rendered. Today we have letter from debt collector.
