@virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

@virginmedia I’ve done that, and yes, there’s a problem in the area. Your technician told me that’s been going on since November and won’t be fixed till Feb 5. So why are you not offering everyone in our area compensation?
