    @virginmedia Hi, it came back on about 11 for 10 minutes, then at about 12.30 since when it has been stable. This is third outage of several hours in 4 days. Can this be fixed?

    @drewsonix @virginmedia @BAFTA I only use the broadband and landline, as I use Sky and Netflix for tv Is they’re much saving in ditching the basic tv part if the “package” I never use.

    @virginmedia I’ve already wasted 3 hours dealing with this, so I won’t be joining another web chat. Someone at VM needs to take ownership of this, review the history on my account, work out why the cancellation wasn’t actioned by any of the 4 separate chats. THAT is customer service.

    @virginmedia I was a subscriber to virgin media but new property wasn’t covered so had to move, my email from VM has been deactivated but I have court emails saved in this account but I’m told I can’t access my documents as I’m no longer a customer… is this VM policy ?

    @virginmedia This Tweet perfectly sums up ‘customer service’ at Virgin Media. No ownership, no willingness to get to the bottom of an issue. I’ve already moved to another provider so don’t need your services. I hope the email sent to the CEO yesterday gains more traction than these Tweets.

    @virginmedia will be reporting you to trading standards regarding this! You make it as difficult as possible for my mother to cancel her package in the hope she gives up. Emails not answered, virtual chat not available and kept on hold for almost 2 hours in total. Disgrace!!

    When u agree an 18 month contract protected from any price increase for the whole Contact, then get an email about an increase. The agent says we can offer u a new deal protected for 18 months for more money... @virginmedia I don't trust that now as it's been broken this time
