@virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp Credit where it’s due. Broadband went down last night. Easy to log issue on app, immediately given choice of slots for an engineer today or tomorrow. Engineer Andrew was quick, polite and had sorted it by 12.30pm. Amazing service 🙌👌👏

@virginmedia No it says there isn't. I have to check it a few times a day on day because the wifi is so poor and it always says the same thing. We book an engineer, they say it's fixed, it stops working and so it goes round in circles without any improvement.
