    @virginmedia Since the beginning of January (I moved house) and I am waiting for Virgin Media to connect my service! So I am without internet, TV and telephone! Booked 3 times, and 3 times you cancelled!

    Hi @virginmedia - your team turned up on Monday, couldn’t do the job so said they would be back today; 2pm and still no sign having been promised “we’ll be done by 3”. Really unacceptable & no help.

    @virginmedia @StockerAlex And yes @StockerAlex it is true, in a 2 hour phone call, you talk with several members of staff, and to each one you have to start the same conversation over and over again! @virginmedia not good! Improve customer service, and don’t lie to your clients!

    @virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

    @virginmedia oomph package installed last week and since it has been installed i have had nothing but nightmare! The tv doesnt work correctly the wifi not working properly i only get 20.5 downloads i asked for engineer to visit you refused tried to cancel package u refuse

    @johnnyjimbob @LeftieK13 @RLong_Bailey Repairs still come under the heading of infrastructure, also upgrades. Don’t really care who owns Virgin media now, the point was excess profits go to shareholders, not to improving service. I remember when post office, rail and energy all nationalised. Not a crazy ****** system.

    @virginmedia Just spent 2 hours trying to move my service with you to our new house. It took me 37 mins to move all other services in total. Apparently you can’t supply my new house 3 roads away and are going to charge me £31 because I’m “in” a contract that finished in 2019?

    @ceri1w @virginmedia Indeed I moved to text from the movers bot and had to resented the same information over again, then we tried calling were put on hold and disconnected after 2 minutes. While the sales team have no problem calling our landline with regularity

    @virginmedia Ok thanks at least for responding to me. I realise there is nothing you can actually do. If they won't answer phones or help renew my contract then I'm not sure what to do. I'm not sure you can help apart from telling me to do the same things that currently don't seem to work.

    @virginmedia Why do i have to sign a new 18 month contract to upgrade from M500 > 1gig? Why cant I just go to your website, upgrade and pay you more money every month. Why does everything have to be so difficult? Instead you've just lost yourself a customer.

    @virginmedia my elderly parents have received appalling service. No phone since Thursday. Engineer visit today cancelled. Have had to go through all the checks they have already done 4 times. Still no phone! Unacceptable! Sort it out Virgin!
