@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@virginmedia It's not a 30 day rolling contract. I joined when you were Telewest. I've been a customer for 27 yrs I pay £47 a month for WiFi only. I hope people thinking of joining @virginmedia read this. Don't join them. This is their customer service. @virginhelp Don't renew your contract
