@virginmedia I did. This is where this conversation started. The first time I tested using, it claimed all was well. Substantially it simply advised me to restart the router. It was not of any help, hence I moved the router, which resolved the issue & uninstalled the app.

@virginmedia Before I moved the router, I kept on losing Internet connectivity in other rooms in my one floor flat on my phone. No issue in my living room where the router is located. I would have to disconnect Wi-Fi on my phone, then reconnect. I moved the router by a about 1 foot. Now fine

@virginmedia I did it via chat it was for an upgrade, after speaking to a team member on WhatsApp they said it was mismatched data and no other info, I have been a customer for a long time and confirmed my details with the agent. Phone was supposed to be delivered today so I am not happy 😞
