    @virginmedia We’ve already called and you’ve said you haven’t had the request so I don’t see how calling again will help. Sky have told us they have requested it. Have seen numerous accounts of you blocking number ports to Sky so I’m not surprised. Pretty outrageous.

    @virginmedia my internet and TV are down and seems like a supply or hub problem. Just called your call centre for help and I appreciate they have a script to follow but no help whatsoever. Earliest they could offer an engineer was tomorrow evening when we are not in!

    @virginmedia your service is awful! I've had NO TV, Wi-Fi or phone line for two days! You have an automated message that says the engineer is on site in the DA16 region resolving the issue for the last 2 days! I'm disappointed, you are not reliable enough and charge me a fortune!

    @virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

    @virginmedia Yep, same advice as last time, it doesn't work, the Hub 3 is NOT up to the job, simple as that I'm afraid. What are Virgin going to do? Fast WiFi to the door is great, but if your equipment (paid for as part of the contract) isn't up to the job it's pointless.

    So yesterday I received a letter from @virginmedia to tell me my bill was going to go up nearly £50 per year and today the broadband connection has been the worst it's been in a long time - barely up all day, I think it might be time for a change 😡

    @virginmedia She can't she has no internet and has already used all her time and credit ringing you - this is appalling - there is a known fault in the area but even so this is so bad - this happened last year as well - They have contacted you on numerous occasions - the area is Northolt

    Contacted @virginmedia last night. Told I would receive a call by 6 today and an email. No call, Tv not working and being charged £175. Apparently they would listen to recorded calls.

    @virginmedia Channel 4 HD in area 31 has been brilliant to watch until yesterday, when it has been pixelating badly. We get the problem twice if not three times in the space of 20 minutes
