    @virginmedia Hi, I have 1GB line on Hub 4. When I start my MacBook I get 500gb, if I leave on standby for 15-20 minutes it goes to 20 mb unless I restart my laptop which is so annoying could someone please help me to stay on the same speed all the time

    @virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

    @virginmedia Its still not paid i gave in. They kept saying they had to transfer me to collections when they did the phone went dead. After 3 phone calls and going on chat and they couldnt help i gave in. Why can you not just have the device and mobile bill together i could just pay it online

    @virginmedia Yes, that takes me to payments for my tv and broadband, for the data sim i could pay online. But for the ipad device i got i am unable to pay it anywhere. I cant get through to anyone who can help and take the payment and set up the direct debit.
