@virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

@virginmedia I was informed the internet issues would be solved on the 10th of March, your staff confirmed it this morning that it would be solved by 3.25pm. I’ve called again at 4.15pm, issue is not solved and won’t be until the 15th March? This is not alright!
