    @virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

    @johnnyjimbob @LeftieK13 @RLong_Bailey Repairs still come under the heading of infrastructure, also upgrades. Don’t really care who owns Virgin media now, the point was excess profits go to shareholders, not to improving service. I remember when post office, rail and energy all nationalised. Not a crazy ****** system.

    @virginmedia Yes, fix the navigation, have serious look at you chat app, as in the Name chat, is not what your application does, you using AI/ word recognition and you still list the reply as Agent. Having spent 10 min on your site. No thanks Virgin.

    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia The landline issue was reported yesterday with you only planning to come out on Thursday 😡 I can confirm I will not be contacting O2 for PAC code as he does not, never had O2 account & PAC code to initially port to O2 was stopped hence ‘retrieving’ the original number back

    @MartinSLewis has anyone else been in contact regarding @virginmedia my 18 month contract of £56 a month is now £112 as my discount on services was only on for 12 months yet I wasn’t told. I can’t change or cancel my package without entering a new contract which is much more £££

    @virginmedia An absolute disgraceful service 😡 you have mis-sold an 81yr an O2 mobile contract which was escalated & resolved yet 4wks later his number had been deactivated only to be told it’s been moved to O2 without his consent. Rude, incompetent staff unable to sort
