    Genuinely shocked at a phone representative at @virginmedia I ask to speak to the manager and then he hung up. I have had some bad service in my time but that was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced

    @virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

    @vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia another day and still no business phone lines now into day six, figures are down and angry emails from existing customer as they can't get through on the phone. Looking forward to getting the standard "sorry to hear" tweet which leads to nothing.

    @pmross @virginmedia Its evey day like that for few days its okey and go back beeing ****. Tell me how can they say they are one of the best. Many times im just using mobile data. They should give that speed constantly what they advertised. max i have gotten 140 and not even 14mb download speed
