    Trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband because I’m moving and I’ve been on hold for 33 minutes out of the 36 minutes (and counting...) of this call. Will cost my phone bill a fortune by the end of it! Very poor service, don’t think I’ll use them when I need broadband again!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia it goes on, we have had no Internet for 3 months, that’s finally been fixed and now no TV, and I am still on the line, 58 minutes, not sure where the guy has gone, I’m not putting the phone down!

    @virginmedia I find it insulting that you infer it is a problem my end! Once again, the level of customer care is dreadful, and no fixing of the actual problem that we pay a monthly premium for!

    @virginmedia I see. Thanks. There is no point ringing your ‘customer service’ number - I don’t have the time or battery to listen to the same four songs on a loop for over an hour then be told nothing helpful. Been there, done that.

    @virginmedia someone was meant to call me back an hour ago as I have lodged a complaint that my broadband isn’t working. Your call centre could not help and I urgently need engineer as I work from home. I will need to have compensation for taking a days leave otherwise.

    @virginmedia @pgee91 No, the team on the phone have not told us anything except an engineer is on site to fix issue. Meanwhile the ‘Fix estimation’ time continues to go up, and ‘An engineer is on his way’ - is he coming from the call centre in India too as has taken hours...

    @virginmedia on hold now 30min to cancel virgin account. No wonder I wan to leave you make customers pay almost £100 for service which not good. Then u keep customer on hold for over 30min. Amazing service 😂 not recommending to anyone virgin save the money and stress!

    So @virginmedia have said a broadband outage since last night will be fixed by 12:25, 17:00 now by 20:10! Very disappointed. Going to be paying extra for my mobile data to try to get some work done! #N4

    @virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

    @virginmedia I could indeed try ringing that number - if I wanted to spend over an hour listening to the same songs on a loop then speaking to someone who doesn’t know anything. You have a real problem with customer service and it will lose you business.

    @virginmedia Wired I get 180mbps but thats not the point when you promised super fast speeds around the house with wifi. Whats the point in having your service if it only works in the upstairs room with my laptop? Cant use any decent streaming services in the living room. Joke of a service

    @virginmedia Day 3 on Virgin Media WhatsApp. Yesterday I finally spoke to someone. A brief glimpse of potential. But they could only offer to keep me on the same contract. No dice. Transferred to Customer Relation Team at 11am. That was the last I heard. Reconfirmed details with bot today.

    @virginmedia I have had no TV or Internet for 2weeks it's an absolute joke one engineer came out couldn't fix the problem now having to wait until tomorrow I'm hoping it gets sorted or we will be leaving virgin Media.

    @virginmedia Every time I’m in the phone someone says I’m emailing to escalate the issue which has been going on for 5 months. After 15 minutes they hang up. How rubbish is that. Check the call logs. Bye
