@SonosSupport I’ve only noticed it today, I’ve had the same set up for 3 years and then just stopped. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with any other devices. No extenders as I live in a tiny flat and my speakers are all less than 5m from the router - my router is a Virgin Media hub 3.0 - ta

@virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

@virginmedia Internet is unreliable at best, constant loss of internet at least 3 times a day and the past couple of days it's been pretty much out the whole time. Turned the box on and off again, reset it and everything. Looked online and apparently a lot of issues are occurring in the city.
