    @virginmedia There’s been no resolution whatsoever. And I’ve called 4/5 times a week since the 29th and have waited nothing less than 50 minutes to be given a run around. If I’m receiving half a service surely I could pay half my bill?

    @virginmedia broadband down again. Although no issues reported in the area. Advice is to switch it off and on every time you report a fault, even when you report so many service down faults per week, there is no other solution, ridiculous.
