@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

@gerwyn Must either be maintenance affecting the back haul for all networks in the local area or something big packing up. We're fed from the city centre here - all mobile networks bad (can't test O2), landlines (MRCOL) iffy and next door are having issues with Virgin Media TV.
