@JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

@virginmedia The status line says that you expect it to be fixed by 2015. Practically 4 hours without service. It is frustrating as it is a repeated occurrence. ...This street/postcode has THE SLOWEST Internet speed in London. So when things do work, they're painfully slow.
