    @virginmedia I have never been able to access the app. Its says i will receive an email to verify it but never arrives. Ive contacted virgin a few times but the issue doesn't get resolved!

    @virginmedia How does £8.40 a day cover 2 people unable to work for a full day? Still no contact from Virgin engineer or any comment on what the issue is? The time to fix the issue just keeps getting later.

    @virginmedia joke of a company my phone screen died (not smashed) less than 8 months old told me to send it to Samsung who then checked it and told me to send it back to you. Your now refusing to fix on warranty as the backs been opened by Samsung.

    @virginmedia Online help stated that router should be unplugged & then plugged back in. Waited 10 minutes. Performed this 2x without improvement. Also rebooted laptop. Then rang helpdesk who could not help & passed me on to another department who hadnt picked up after 22 mins so I hung up

    Anybody else noticing a steady increase in the frequency of outages with Virgin Media? I'm considering switching providers at this point having spent yet another day unable to crack on. Can't even use my mobile as a hotspot because it's also with Virgin & their coverage is crap!

    @virginmedia @TwitchPBG Please just take 5 minutes to look at previous responses from your colleagues, this is getting nowhere and it is obvious that an engineer needs to be sent out to fix the issue or else you will simply lose the customer!
