    @virginmedia Supposed to have a 350 meg line. We get speeds of 20 Meg. The router keeps freezing. The router doesn’t reach all the rooms in the house. Internet connection drops regularly. Basically anything that could go wrong does. Terrible.

    @virginmedia worst service now. Paying for a TiVo box and have had no wifi or TV working for nearly 9 months now. Have tried a booster now cannot get through to cs.

    @virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia Yea I do that and it says to reboot my Hub 3. Which I do and then get 15mb for 2 mins and then back to 4mb. Can you please DM me with a link to online tech support because I've already wasted 3 hours this week trying to get through on the phone.

    @virginmedia I managed to speak to the customer services after 20 odd minutes of holding the line. I have changed my plan but yet to receive an email confirmation though!

    @virginmedia Seems to have been good since, but on a separate issue I've noticed that during installation one of the bricks was blown where they drilled into the house. I'm just worried that if this hasn't been sealed correctly, it could start letting water into the property.

    Just in case @virginmedia wonder why I'm leaving after 11 years - red is pack loss - despite 7 calls trying to rectify a completely unstable connection. Loyalty rewarded? No way jose, always better off as a new customer so already negotiated a better deal with Sky.
