    @virginmedia I only wanted a credit which has now been authorised. Shouldn’t have to ask when you know about the fault. Not good customer service you should automatically apply credit

    We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

    @O2 @virginmedia are a must to avoid. My mobile phone number hasn't worked for months. The only way they can resolve it, (you can't find a human to speak to), is by them sending a txt to the number that doesnt work. The phone is fine because the other Labara chip works.

    @Raphas_Angel_ @virginmedia I’m pretty sure if you look up Sky, it won’t be much different. I initially had terrible problems when I switched to Virgin Media but it was eventually resolved and I was well compensated for the problem. Overseas call centres with scripted agents are the biggest issue for me.
