@virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late

@virginmedia Supposed to have a 350 meg line. We get speeds of 20 Meg. The router keeps freezing. The router doesn’t reach all the rooms in the house. Internet connection drops regularly. Basically anything that could go wrong does. Terrible.

@virginmedia Yea I do that and it says to reboot my Hub 3. Which I do and then get 15mb for 2 mins and then back to 4mb. Can you please DM me with a link to online tech support because I've already wasted 3 hours this week trying to get through on the phone.

@virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

@virginmedia I never mentioned my phone service. I said broadband. I checked and there was an outage in the area. I received an update that it is now resolved. But the outage occurred in the middle of an important virtual meeting. I just think expensive @virginmedia should be more reliable.
