    @virginmedia Hi. I have done that. It says there is a problem and got me to restart the box but that makes no difference. I have never had any issues like this before. It only affects the Sky Sports HD channels. Bad timing.

    @virginmedia of all the service providers I’ve used i though @skytv were bad! Virgin have actually shocked me today with their awful customer service and failure to even assure me that the issue would be resolved. I STILL have terrible landline noise and have heard NOTHING
