@BBCWatchdog I was without TV service with Virgin Media for over a week this month, could only use chat bot, eventually a live chat with a person because I took to twitter, but they couldn't help me either. Still waiting for the comp form they said would come automatically.

@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

@virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

@virginmedia It asks to check the connection prompted by "this can take up to 30 seconds", then I get "Looks like there are issues in your postcode affecting your services". But I don't know if this is just a default response to my internet connection dropping out, hence why I'm asking

@virginmedia Not a local fault, its a virgin fault. Any news? 3 weeks now with zero service, zero support, 20 ETA's of a fix that have come and gone. Zero trust. Cut & paste responses from staff on webchat & twitter. Long delays. Perhaps invest more money in service than advertising.

@virginmedia No TV or broadband all day, HX3 7 area. Affecting everyone in area, was meant to be resolved by 10am, then 4pm, now showing as 10am tomorrow. Is there actually an engineer on site or not? Useless service.

@virginmedia we have been without broadband in SW177TD since 10am his morning. Service status shows there are TV issues in the area but broadband has a green tick. Clearly not working though. What is the problem and when will it be resolved. Recurring issue and very frustrated
