    @virginmedia are the complaints team able to reach out? Consistently given the run around by all your customer service reps, you guys are unethical and quite frankly don’t respect your customers enough to keep promises. Will be going to @Ofcom next.

    @virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

    @simon_tabor @virginmedia My Virgin TV hasn’t been working since the 29th of July. They’ve “sent” 3 technicians, none of them have made it here. this is hands down the worst run service provider, with unethical, unhelpful customer service teams.

    @virginmedia It seems to happen on both, and I've called 3 times now and my issue doesn't seem to get solved. I've ran the test on the phone, with both the robot and with an actual employee. They said within 48 hours it would be fixed and still nothing has given.

    @virginmedia @erdem @vmbusiness resolved the issue. It was my bad a disconnected cable and the 2.5 mhz wireless is just not fast enough or there are other issues. would there be fttp in cb11bb ?

    @virginmedia Currently I'm subscribed to 200MB, and the speeds I get vary so much, my main issue is ping/ms. I used to get 25/30 ping/ms and now its 40 stable and it spikes to 20,000, 15,000 it's ridiculous.
