    @virginmedia As I have already told you-the service checker simply, and probably purposely, give us a fixed time of 4/5 hours after any time you look at it. In short virgin are just “moving goal posts“. Why are you unable to tell 100s of your subscribers what the problem is. Is it laziness?

    @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

    @virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

    @virginmedia hub still down in SW8 region. Box and hub are on. Ran tests everything fine. Can see WiFi to connect to, but not devices can connect. This started after last nights midnight update it seems.

    @virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

    @virginmedia All of our WiFi appliances stopped working at the exact same time. The WiFi keeps trying to connect but just whirls and whirls. No issues with our appliances

    @virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

    @RichardDawson7 @nsandihelp Hi, I also have the same problem and I’m sure lots of other people do too!! Every time i receive the security call, it asks me to press the hash key, I do it and it then hangs up and fails security. I’m on Virgin Media. I complained about this 8 months ago and still not fixed!!

    @virginmedia trying to get issue with router ethernet ports not detecting. Been directed to Gadget Rescue 3 times, failed 3 times. No answer, redirected back to virgin media, and then run into a dead line. This is bad service and many reviews say the same

    @TinSoldier1 Had virgin media for the last 10 years plus pal. I know they get slated but we’ve never really had a problem. Have to phone every year or so to renegotiate the price but generally cant grumble

    @virginmedia I eventually managed to get on service page and you are investigating an issue in my area. Theoretically broadband and mobile data issues should not be related. But i’m with yourselves for broadband and @O2 for mobile and suffered problems with both at same time, coincidently
