    @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

    Virgin media 'help line'!!! What a joke. Reported a fault on our landline yesterday. Was told an engineer would be here today between 4pm and 7pm. No-one arrived. Spent the next 2 hours getting through.

    @virginmedia No they won’t as they said they only have routers for new customers and that me and my partener should share the same hard wired hub for working at home. It’s not fit for purpose. It’s pointless sending engineer as he has to be here when it’s not working. I need a resolution

    @virginmedia my tivo box keeps rebooting itself constantly its getting beyond a joke now also keeps flashing the WiFi light aswell as the other 2 lights on the box it's so annoying now been going on for few months & ur call centre recommended just to reboot the box.......HELP!!!!

    @virginmedia the worst customer service I have experienced. Told package was one price accepted that then found out they had cancelled one of the tivo box sets. Now the same package is £20 more for my two box sets. Getting nowhere with virgin media over the telephone and on chat.
