    @ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

    @virginmedia thank you for sending out an engineer after the previous two couldn't fix our ongoing issue, but it would've been nice to have gotten a text or more than one call from an unknown number to confirm whether or not they are actually coming x

    @virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

    @virginmedia additionally we spoke to four advisors, who told us a ‘manager’ would call back in 24/48 hours - this never happened. What sort of company is this? She is SEVENTY FIVE years old, shame on you. Now she is stuck in her contract. It’s been one month

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!

    @virginmedia hello, I signed up for and had a partially installed and then cancelled Oomph bundle about 10 months ago. The service never commenced, however, it seems I’m still getting emails from your mobile service giving my mobile bill (£0). How do I stop this? Thank you

    @virginmedia After an additional 40 mins on hold I was connected with another employee. He was helpful, professional and answered the questions I had. Zero incentive to remain a @virginmedia customer at the moment however.

    @virginmedia Firstly you cancel my package after waiting four weeks for a engineer to come out. I then had to re order on a self installation kit. My original package had a third box but could add this on to my self installation kit. You team reassured me that someone would come out to fit it
