after 6 mths @virginmedia have found the fault causing my router going offline. i have suffered countless calls, 4 engineers, often 5 times a day outage and customer service suggest i just end the contract. my request for 1 month discount is unreasonable apparently. #valued

Hi @virginmedia Got a hub 3 that isn't allowing anything to connect on the 2.4ghz signal. Logged in and says it's broadcasting both 2.4 and 5ghz. Have rebooted, unplugged hub, disabled and re-enabled 2.4ghz. Still no change. Issue since 6pm power drop out 31/10 Suggestions?

@virginmedia it is Groundhog Day. The promised fix date comes, the fix doesn't happen, no-one gets in touch, I call in to chase and am told that another date has been put in, usually about another month away.

@KinninmontColin @virginmedia Exactly the same thing I faced when I tried contacting support for almost two months and all got was automated robot replies, and no answers. I resulted to contacting unitech_support on Instagram and they got everything to work in the time I needed it the most.

@virginmedia Well I mean it drops out every few days for either a few minutes or up to an hour, but usually by the time I've had a response from your customer service its back. So I wouldn't say the issue is resolved.
