    @virginmedia It never says what it is. The fix is always hours away. 3pm in this case. This isn’t acceptable in times most of us work from home.

    @virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

    @virginmedia since 2016 with virgin but really disappointed and disgusted as network is so cheap, sometimes feel like i am in the Amazon Forest. As advised i upgraded it and nlw paying more money but without proper service. Everyday it drops.

    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia we cancelled our contract had various calls to keep the service but told them no.we have now had an email saying thanks for making changes and started a new contract tried to call for days but no answer if we get no response we will be getting in touch with @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Ironically he said the last time there was a problem with the “little green box at the end of the street” and we needed switching to a new Chanel. I’m not sure if that means anything to you but even after he’s done that... it’s still broken. Previously they blamed the hardware

    @LucyWCam @virginmedia I had same problem and eventually cancelled my subscription. That prompted them to ring me! I have now changed over to Zen for broad band and just using free view for TV. It is wonderfully trouble free and costs a fraction of Virgin- and they have terrific customer service!

    By now I have spent ~12 hours trying to get rid of a @virginmedia connection. They make you wait, make you speak to 3 different [unhelpful] teams and then disconnect while you're talking. The lack of service to paying customers is frankly shocking.

    @smiles333 @MartinSLewis @virginmedia Just stop your DD. Their quick enough to contact you then. When they took over from NTL they tried to screw me over by breaking the channels up into packages. But I never paid them a penny because I’d never been informed that they’d taken over NTL.
