    Can someone @virginmedia please help. Your helpline is an absolute joke. Cant do what’s required online as it states there’s a problem and I have to phone. It’s a joke. Free box upgrade as they discontinue mine and it’s like running the gauntlet. Jokers

    @virginmedia Hi, thanks for your reply. We keep having the same problems with connection over and over. For the last months, I have called at least 3-4 times / the calls are charged. I expected from your side to offer services to inspect the connection and router. Thank you

    @virginmedia The base light is a very light green, that’s on all the time. The Wi-fi light is green and keeps flashing. I’ve been running diagnostics checks for some months now, and it always says there’s a connection problem with the wi-fi.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service. I pay for one of the best package of broadband and I don’t have signal, called CS was said only on Monday a engineer ll come here hey I work from home and I will be losing 2.000£ for 3 days without service. Cancelling virgin services ASAP

    @virginmedia Yes it was raised online and I get no reply or a reply saying someone had tried to contact me ??? Then the recent one states a letter has been sent to me with findings and because I didnt reply it was thought problem resolved - a letter really ? A email would prove response !!

    The cheek of @virginmedia for charging me over £10 extra month to renew my contract which is the same package as I originally had then 3 weeks later sending an email saying my package is going up by another £3.50. I am cancelling that **** tomorrow.

    Why is it SO painful trying to watch a programme on @BBCiPlayer via @virginmedia TiVo box. Any programme, every time without fail, hangs, pauses, stops, often ending up with "Something went wrong playing this programme". It's awful.
