@virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

@virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

@virginmedia Yes you can get them to deal with my complaint that was sent on the 18th Jan. I’ve chased several times without any joy . On average you hold for 50 mins on the phone and then speak to someone who doesn’t understand the English language. Horrible horrible Company
