    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia Don't mention the word WiFi, your problem is the WAN connection. Plug you laptop via the LAN cable when testing / calling them.

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia The people on first line support are there to filter out the most obvious problems (wrong password, equipment not plugged or faulty, etc). Your goal noe is to prove that it's not your fault (device configuration, weak WiFi, etc).

    @virginmedia My mother lives next to Grenfell and she’s a bit paranoid her router and/or charger is overheating. Customer services aren’t taking her serious. What should I do? Besides unplugging the service?

    @virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. Do far, nothing.

    @virginmedia every night this week at 7pm our internet goes down and is unusable. Can’t watch amazon or Netflix. Rebooted every system in our house and the hub every night inc hard reset...at our wits end and impossible to speak to anyone on your call centre.

    @virginmedia Everything seems to be back but this is a reoccurring issue. Three separate times it's dropped out for over 8 hours at a time.

    @virginmedia Hi, I’ve got a bit of a problem. I can sign into my Virgin Media account on my iPad just fine, but when I try to sign into my emails it’s says it’s not available and to try again in an hours time. Well, it’s been like this for two weeks now. What’s going on?

    @virginmedia I have looked at the faults page and there wasn’t anything that has fixed the problems. I have rebooted it several times. Sometimes it works fine and other times it doesn’t work or keeps dropping out. What should I do now? This is not what I pay for.

    @virginmedia your broadband service is simply atrocious. You are selling me a 1gb connection for £80 a month. My ping goes up to 450, with massive packet loss + latency variation. Gaming / video calls simply out of the question - third world internet, u should be ashamed
