    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @virginmedia I have never been able to access the app. Its says i will receive an email to verify it but never arrives. Ive contacted virgin a few times but the issue doesn't get resolved!

    @virginmedia It’s things like this that make me regret getting virgin media. No problem for months but the first issue to pop up has it messed up for days with no fix in sight and no option but to wait until someone can be bothered to do something

    @virginmedia hi, you have disconnected my phone line even though I have this and pay as part of my package? I can’t call as you disconnected the line and you also can never get through if using a mobile this needs to be sorted I am elderly and rely on this!!
