    @Barclays Why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915?? I’ve been trying to log into my acct for a LONG time now! Bcoz of not having access to my acct @virginmedia have been stealing DD even though I no longer have contract/subscription with them. Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

    Hello @virginmedia I get that things break sometimes. Do you think there’s a way you cld keep customers informed about how long it might take to fix it? I’ve tried your status page which tells me both that there’s no issue in our area and also that there is an issue . .

    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @virginmedia How does £8.40 a day cover 2 people unable to work for a full day? Still no contact from Virgin engineer or any comment on what the issue is? The time to fix the issue just keeps getting later.

    @virginmedia hi live In TW12 area and internet has been down since Friday midday. Every time I look at service page it changes the fix date and time and currently says 24th at 12:00 so effectively 4 days (if fixed). Working from home 😱 whatever happened to back up plans ??

    @virginmedia tw12 1ab. I have been without all services since 7.56 on Friday morning. Estimated time for repair 24 August 12.00. Is this a joke? Called. Can't raise a complaint until after it's fixed. Been told I have services- accused of lying. Disgraceful customer service

    @virginmedia Hi. No broadband in RM16 2 area. Service status this morning showed would be fixed by 4pm but then changed to fixed around 12pm. It isn’t. Is there an outage still?
