    @virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

    Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

    @virginmedia I’ve been speaking to the team for a month I’d like my service to work now #ee were very helpful giving me £20 per month unlimited data add on so I can use a hotspot at home I will be expecting Virgin to reduce all my £60 per month bills by however much much I spend on extra data

    @virginmedia just spent 20 mins (15 on hold) to be told nothing can be done about my intermittent wi-fi signal. Upon asking to be transferred to Cancellations department, was put on hold and then hung-up upon. HELP @MartinSLewis

    @virginmedia Advised to pay extra for a booster. Router is in the centre of a two-up-two-down and the signal doesn’t fill the house either.

    @robmjanem1 @virginmedia I am waiting too. Virgin is a useless company. Not worth paying for top speed. They make is impossible to call and cancel. Wasted hours on the phone.

    @virginmedia It was slightly better, but not much. I WFH, like most ppl and during meeting calls the internet connection is atrocious. It's not professional and frustrating. I end up hotspotting my phone. Thinking of cancelling contract if issue persists #internetIssues

    @virginmedia Ah I haven’t spoken to anyone yet who seems like they are available to give extra time. One of the main problems is how long it has taken - firstly to get through to someone and then secondly to deal with the issues.

    @virginmedia Virgin Media hub 3. I’ve done the online checks and I’ve tried resetting it (on and off) and factory reset. The light is white when it’s not working. It doesn’t matter if you are sitting right next to it or metres away. Same problem

    @virginmedia I understand they’re not instant but every time you close I have to start the security process again! It’s ridiculous so I did 9hrs of backwards and forwards yesterday to have to start all over again today. Absolutely terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia I have been without WIFI for 10 days now and your engineer did not turn up on Saturday afternoon or yesterday, I took a day off work without pay and after 3 calls still not sure what’s happening. Please help me resolve this problem!

    @virginmedia Same. I've got less than my Internet speed and still no tv service. Some people I spoke to online who has had same issues say the wrong box has been selected on my account hence why the 360 i got won't work. I turned it all off over night Inc Internet. Turned on again and same.

    @virginmedia we only have 2G internet coming from hub. No 5G. We have restarted router. No problems reported in area. Wife works for NHS from home and we need the 5G.
