@richie_errol @virginmedia I have had the same for years and have now gone to sky. I also called sky to cancel and start again so could get 100 cash back via quidco and they have me 100 credit on my first bill. More customer service in 3 mins from sky than 15 years from @virginmedia

Also lost my virgin credit of £100 since I cancelled. Charged me for temporary dongle and never refunded. Broken process.
