  Be careful if you ever want to cancel a @virginmedia account, I wrote to them, twice as per their T&C because you can never get through on chat or phone, they deny receipt of letters because you cant send recorded delivery so they just keep sending bills and chasing payments

  @virginmedia hi guys. Internet out from just before 10.30am this morning. Status page says sorted by 3pm tomorrow (that its self is unacceptable) got a text saying service is restored, but its not, so why send a misleading message? Poor service and customer experience.
