Well it didn’t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

The annoying thing is your website said no problems, so I went through the usual, unplugging, checking cables etc. only for the website to be updated later. I should have learned by now.

Apparently all refunds are process via cheque payments and posted to you - and I’ve got to wait up to 45 days - yes 45 days for the cheque. If I’ve not received it by then I’ve got to contact them again and they will investigate why - probably waiting another 45 days. This is disgusting behaviour @virginmedia, despite it being so called company policy. You took £1,070 from our account despite assurance the equipment return date had been extended, causing us to be overdrawn, yet you now hang on to our money for up to 45 days! It doesn’t take 45 days for a computer to print a cheque!
