I pay @virginmedia £79/month for broadband/phone & TV. BB/TV failed in November, after many calls they say it will be fixed in March 2023 😬 Compensation is only calculated when service is restored 😪 Fair?

Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

You are treating your current members like dirt. You really have to review your retention initiatives, and put offers in place for EXISTING CUSTOMERS
