@virginmedia I am on 1GB line with Hub 4. I get 20MB speed. Have complained. Agent said they can’t fix Hub 4. Engineer replaced a new Hub 4. Result the same 20MB on 1 GB line. I am fed up. Can Anyone please help. A very loyal VM customer 😡

@virginmedia Hmmm. No the test was done on Sept I ten got a letter about 2 months later which confirmed my suspicions of a slow service after a new router and CMP plugs I’ve been trying to discuss what’s next since then. Need that callback! @Ofcom

@virginmedia Status says no service until 3pm. I wouldn't know what my wired connection is as I have owned a hard wired device in years. I dont actually believe the speed promised is even available from Virgin in my area.
