@virginmedia I’ve already wasted 3 hours dealing with this, so I won’t be joining another web chat. Someone at VM needs to take ownership of this, review the history on my account, work out why the cancellation wasn’t actioned by any of the 4 separate chats. THAT is customer service.

When u agree an 18 month contract protected from any price increase for the whole Contact, then get an email about an increase. The agent says we can offer u a new deal protected for 18 months for more money... @virginmedia I don't trust that now as it's been broken this time
