    Less than two weeks on from having to wait a week to get my wifi back up & running, here we are again. No service (Battersea) and 4 days wait for an engineer @virginmedia I deserve to be compensated. This is ridiculous and unworkable. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

    @virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

    @virginmedia additionally we spoke to four advisors, who told us a ‘manager’ would call back in 24/48 hours - this never happened. What sort of company is this? She is SEVENTY FIVE years old, shame on you. Now she is stuck in her contract. It’s been one month

    @virginmedia hi I reported an issue on sunday & an engineer booked for today who has not shown up. I have hardly any programmes & rebooted box numerous times.I am now unable to get through on the phone as message is saying there is an issue but my service update says no issues

    @virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

    @virginmedia Had all of these generic things you send, tried them all, even paid to have our broadband upgraded so we could get someone out to sort.... guess what? Nobody turned up! We pay for a service we can't use which also effects other services like watching tv in other rooms.

    @virginmedia I have spent at least 2 hours a day for the last 10 days, speaking to around 6 advisors per call, trying to get my internet installed and sorted. It was supposed to be installed 5th February and I am still waiting! The worst company I’ve ever experienced!!

    @virginmedia Good morning, I was contacted last night around 7pm (0800 183 6401 number)....the reason I served my notice at the time due to increase in pricing, to be messed around when serving notice etc damaged my confidence to be a future customer. I'm near end of my sky in April.

    @virginmedia We’ve been billed 3 times for a contract termination fee. And fees for calling virgin from our virgin landline when your service from mobile wasn’t working. This needs to be resolved
