    @virginmedia It just seems odd that Virgin seem happier losing an existing customer than just giving them the same deal as a new customer. Instead of £35 a month they get nothing.

    @virginmedia Tried to call today waited for 20mins to get through finally got through to customer service and then they had to put me through the escalations team and as soon as i got through the operator pretended he could not hear then dropped the phone.

    The @virginmedia customer service can’t understand one simple request and problem, passing my housemate between pillar and post for hours on the phone and making broken promises. Seriously useless. Oh and the internet speed has been crap and not as advertised for months - avoid

    @Leearna6 @suz_rudnik @virginmedia Ofcom compensation is £8 a day for loss of service but they don’t pay it until service is back on... defo chase it up as it’s the law now not just a customer service / good will gesture. As soon as you are reconnected it should be applied to next bill.

    @virginmedia I phoned up today to find out why I was paying £50 a month for internet when a new customer pays £35. I was basically told to accept it so I think I’ll look at moving to @SkyUK for £27 a month.

    @virginmedia We have engineer visit today so hopefully they can resolve. However it is vertically impossible to get to speak to one of your agents. That is really not good customer service. I tried to have the online chat on a weekday btw sonshould have been available after 6

    @virginmedia Each time I call I’m told my delay of installation refund, installation fee plus connection fee will be credited back to my account within 4 days. This has not happened even after 4 calls?! Now no wifi since Thurs, been told my service is slow but should work, engineer on Tues.

    @virginmedia Me again. Turns out your awful, deceitful company has done it again. Told me to resolve this issue I should speak to my bank to get my money back. Bank says that’s not possible. Please can I have a number so I can speak to an actual person. Not acceptable at all.

    @virginmedia I cannot believe that our hard drive has failed giving us the green screen of death and get told by customer services the first appointment for an engineer visit is Friday, that’s a shocking service not having any TV for 5 days!!

    @virginmedia I actually don't know, sorry - I just know I'm still paying for it and am on contract so can't leave without paying a massive disconnection charge (£273 approx, I seem to recall). The new buyers of my previous address have installed Plusnet so they're not using my service.

    @virginmedia all these issues were having with the Internet and was sent a text Fri saying all was fixed!! Now it's saying 20th Oct b4 being fixed !!!! Do we fwt money off this months payment due to not having full use?
