Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

@virginmedia Still shocking, just managed to speak to someone and I have to wait 10 days for a deadlock letter, but again no a single resolution upon my complaints! Fraudulent sales is very bad! Very upset! I’m sorry but this has been the worse customer service ever!

@virginmedia Nothing other than to telephone again. We do now have an appointment so we will see if it gets fixed. Two of us working from home in zoom-heavy roles has been very difficult. And the only action we have got has been via ombudsman not your customer services.

@virginmedia the issue is while the overall speed of the connection is what I'm paying for, since a local works was done mid December the ping to gaming services has become trash, nothing has been addressed since December. Should not be seeing 75+ ms on Fibre EVER!! should be 20ms worst.
