@virginmedia @curu You don’t need to take my details. You just need to be able to communicate clearly what is going on. I finally spoke to someone who said there’d been ‘a breakdown in the digital network in the area’ - whatever that means - and gave a 2am estimated time of resolution. 🤞

45 mins/3 departments and counting to speak to the right person at @virginmedia simply to terminate when we move... And then they ask why we don't want to stay! Every single interaction with that business is abysmal.

@virginmedia It’s working now, the point is that it wasn’t working when the women’s open was on yesterday with no warning or redirection. I tried to get help and was waiting 18 mins (timed). And by the way not the first time virgin randomly change the description or the channel.

@virginmedia It was media. The call was finally answered after around 40 minutes. I wouldn’t mind if this was an isolated issue but I’ve had a number of problems with virgin media customer service (by phone) and looking online it seems that many other customers have experienced the same.

@Leearna6 @suz_rudnik @virginmedia Ofcom compensation is £8 a day for loss of service but they don’t pay it until service is back on... defo chase it up as it’s the law now not just a customer service / good will gesture. As soon as you are reconnected it should be applied to next bill.
