@virginmedia I spoke to someone on the actual day but they were not very helpful. As stated before this cable has never been an issue before. I can only assume that when neighbours were weeding area where my cable runs that may have accidentally lifted it.

@virginmedia I could have lied and said I had no knowledge of how the cable broke but didn’t. Have been a customer for about 15 years. But have lost confidence in virgin. The bills are never correct to what was actually quoted. Partner who pays bills still can’t get anyone to correct email

@virginmedia Despited repeated requests. The whole service has been a catalogue of errors but if you need to complain it’s hard work but if payment wanted there are no problems. NOT HAPPY AND NOW WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT.

@virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

@virginmedia @virginhelp #internet. This hasn’t been resolved Virgin. Virgin Media told The Sun some of its 8.7million customers experienced a brief issue with their TV service this morning but says this has now been resolved.

@virginmedia I am furious! #VirginMobile disconnected network coverage whilst overseas. How am I supposed to change to new SIM card when not present in the UK? Why SIM card pre-activated plus giving only two weeks to change from old SIM? This is breach of contract, GDPR rules!

So have @virginmedia pushed a firmware update that all the hubs and bricked them? I can see a load of complaints and mines been going on / off intermittently since Friday morning and getting very slow connection speeds overnight. Bit **** really. Probably need to get a failover
