F**king typical! I’ve trying to get a @virginmedia engineer to come and fix our limited BB for weeks and an engineer turns up to fix our phone lines... which we didn’t even ask for. But he found a fault! At the virgin end... which doesn’t surprise me one bit. #useless #fuckwits

If you want to buy from @virginmedia you can instantly talk to someone, contact them to leave and you go through multiple people to leave. Do they not realise the way you treat people on the way out dictates if you ever return. What a waste of my time.

@virginmedia Just says a problem that was fixed at 4PM. It was going full wallop about 30 minutes ago, but then stopped working. When running the connection test it can’t fix it. Thanks.

@virginmedia We just have a Fibre m50 broadband package, no TV. We’ve rebooted several times and this does nothing. Nothing unusual with modem lights, just a very slow connection, 4mbps. Only one device maximum works on the WiFi at a time which isn’t right.

@virginmedia last Friday I was on hold for 1 hr before being cut off. Tonight I’m trying again to arrange an engineer 2 come 2 my hse to sort lack of BB coverage. So far I’ve been waiting 44 mins as I’ve just upgraded I think I’ll action the cooling off period and can’t service

@virginmedia On the 3 occasions this has happened my broadband and TV have gone down. The app has said on the 3 occasions that it was a known issue in the area so really no point reporting something that virgin know of.

@virginmedia The system is not working and £5 fine on a bill not paid by direct debit is disproportionate charging, we paid it and set up the DD for end of Dec. You didn’t action the DD in time. Rubbish system no way to deal with it online. More phone calls 😡
