    @virginmedia I could have lied and said I had no knowledge of how the cable broke but didn’t. Have been a customer for about 15 years. But have lost confidence in virgin. The bills are never correct to what was actually quoted. Partner who pays bills still can’t get anyone to correct email

    @virginmedia Not sure what this will do. There has been regular outages in the area for over a week. Your call centre told me today that this should now be fixed and will not reoccur. We will see if this is the case when the service eventually returns.

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia @AnitaaAnderson Have to say, our experience of Virgin Media was of extraordinarily poor customer service. I generally have sympathy for staff working in contact centres, but with Virgin, it seemed as though a culture of contempt and arrogance was hopelessly embedded in it's corporate DNA.

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia spoke to someone yesterday about my poor service and box keep freezing. 45 painful minutes, got told for some reason someone would call me back in 2-4 hours. Not received a call, that was 28 hours ago.

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone on the actual day but they were not very helpful. As stated before this cable has never been an issue before. I can only assume that when neighbours were weeding area where my cable runs that may have accidentally lifted it.

    @virginmedia Internet has been patchy for the last few weeks to say the least but recently almost non existent. Called help desk and followed automated advice, reset router etc a number of times but no joy. This makes it almost impossible to home school my kids. Please advise!

    Currently being cheated by @virginmedia. Upgraded to new contract on 26th Aug, but never got setup on system. So now being overcharged by £32 a month. Been trying to get this fixed via customer service for over three weeks, but they are useless and incompetent.

    @Kennyjon86 @virginmedia I’m still trying to get money back from them over calls supposedly from our land line. We haven’t had a home phone for years. They sent a technician out who reported it was cross wires and they still charged us! Really disappointed and like you we’ve been loyal customer for years
