BB/TV failed in November, after many calls they say it will be fixed in March 2023 😬 Compensation is only calculated when service is restored 😪 Fair?

I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.

It always costs time and money with @VirginMedia. For such a large global company their website is amateurish and customer service on the phone is no better.
