    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    @virginmedia I have never experienced worse service in my life. I have spent the last 6 hours on the phone to you and still have no comfort that you know what you’re doing or can deliver a product. It’s extremely disappointing as a nee customer. Avoid.

    @virginmedia i have now answered 101 questions in the Virgin Support Chat. Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. BOT heavy, no fix.

    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

    @virginmedia Virgin Media might not be a fault free service, I don't expect the organisation to be. But the organisation is definitely dedicated to providing multiple outages. Apologies are worthless when Virgin Media doesn't correct the underlying fault which the network clearly has.
