@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

@virginmedia service is appealing in area 22 bo internet connection for 4 days out of 5 now: can't work from home. Been a customer for over a decade USING THE SAME ROUTER as the only thing you "upgrade" is your bills not your services ... very disappointing !

We are fortunate enough to be able to have both @SkySportsPL and @btsportfootball on @virginmedia. But why pay for this when the matches we want to watch are on Box Office? We are being asked to pay twice! We will cancel if this continues. #RipOff

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I ring Virgin Media every time my current broadband "deal" runs out and they drop the price back down. Didn't have to threaten to swap last time, just asked nicely if they could save me a few quid. Credited the difference for the previous month's overpayment too.

@virginmedia I will. But it difficult to understand when I pay £1400+ each year to Virgin why an engineer can’t do a call out and that I have go on a forum and do my own fault finding. That is the crux of the issue and why I think for the money I pay you don’t really value me as a customer.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @virginmedia Our contract was due to expire. Just call them, tell them you want to cancel the contract when the end date comes and don't accept any offer until you are happy. They called back and have offered Ultimate Oomph to us for £79. We pay less for more than before.

Virgin media is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are so clueless. Their customer service is beyond terrible. They cancelled my installation without telling me. I had booked and arranged this 3 weeks ago. Now they can’t install at my new property until the 14th Oct.
