    @virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

    @virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

    @virginmedia Terrible service from you these last two weeks! I have spent more than 4hrs on the phone to Asian based O2, and Virgin call centres who never help or process things. Also Capita in South Africa… Why do you use foreign call centres if they cannot do the job!!

    @virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

    @virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

    @virginmedia absolutely awful customer service, wifi probs for 2 weeks. Told yesterday regional fault fixed by 9:30 pm then again today by 2:30pm. Still not fixed … customer service now says no record of our calls and there is no regional fault. Earliest fix Friday!

    @virginmedia These checks have been done time & time again as this says no the only answer you ever have is send engineer, despite the fact the engineer confirmed they’ve had lots of calls to the area with same issue, however as the computer doesn’t seem to recognise it’s not taken seriously

    @Emma_A_Webb @virginmedia Your best bet is to use "BT" in the future, as there are so many bad ones, including especially "VIRGIN Media," and I am a Cisco engineer. Every provider has to go through BT to connect to BT anyway. You may need to consider it.

    @virginmedia its still disconnecting randomly unfortunately, I work with computer hardware so I've tried virtually everything I can think of and it still randomly disconnects! Happening on two pcs and both computers are wired so wireless isn't an issue
