@virginmedia what a joke! Tale of two cities. One advisor couldn’t be more helpful when I rang up with a complaint - I even ended up adding to my package. One was rude, patronising and obnoxious. I get a 14 day cool off might just cancel it. Fuming 😡😡😡

@virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

@virginmedia Signal as a whole; router drops to less than 1kbps and remote IP changes like it's trying to reconnect. A power cycle seems to correct it but think I'll need some watchdog program and remote switch to do that if the signal drops and I'm away from the house.
