He said that @virginmedia will confirm with the engineers manager that what I am saying is true, and there will be no issues in arranging this. He totally accepts that the virgin box has wrecked my tv... trying to explain this to the people at customer services is another story..

The man on the phone told me that can’t happen, and that my tv isn’t broke! Totally patronising me! I haven’t even been with @virginmedia for 24 hours, and I am totally appalled with the customer service! I am awaiting a call from a manager. Fingers crossed e understand me!

And now ALL of my channels are ghosting. The picture is so bad I can’t watch anything, on any channel. My tv was totally fine before they arrived! The engineer said for me to call @virginmedia customer services, tell them what had happened, and a replacement tv will be arranged..

@virginmedia It’s not a connection issue. Your engineer fitted my 10 year old tv with the latest HD box, which has overloaded my HDMI ports & my tv is now broken. Customers services do not understand what I am saying. The engineers have both confirmed a replacement tv needs to be sent out.

Think I am cursed with home internet. All the trouble in India and now a culmative 2 hours trying to contact @virginmedia with no success of speaking to a human back home. All data expired and phone line/TV also not working so we must refresh and start again tomorrow 😳

@virginmedia No I was all up to date,the new bill had only just came down. But I’ve not bn able to get thru to u for the past couple of weeks to cancel my services. My bill is usually £38 but as my deal ends on 23/2/22 the bill that has just came down is £93.

@virginmedia The complaint was closed last week with the resolution being my bill was corrected. The amount debited from my account yesterday was incorrect. They said it was resolved so I agreed to close, its clearly not resolved as the amount is still wrong!

@virginmedia made complaint yesterday. Write here as web chat was useless. VM delete tweets at around the 13 hours mark. They reply to messages to look like they care then do nothing. Promised they'd contact me today, that won't happen
