@virginmedia your service is awful! I've had NO TV, Wi-Fi or phone line for two days! You have an automated message that says the engineer is on site in the DA16 region resolving the issue for the last 2 days! I'm disappointed, you are not reliable enough and charge me a fortune!

@virginmedia We’ve already called and you’ve said you haven’t had the request so I don’t see how calling again will help. Sky have told us they have requested it. Have seen numerous accounts of you blocking number ports to Sky so I’m not surprised. Pretty outrageous.

@virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

@virginmedia you agreed free installation but then emailed me with a one off charge £35 not mentioned! This took 67 minutes. 10 days ago I agreed a better deal than today (54 mins) but then NOTHING HAPPENED. Phoned to complain (60 mins) but was cut off. Terrible customer service

EVERYBODY AVOID @virginmedia by far the worst provider have had issues outstanding for over 3 weeks and still no resolution. When they can’t answer you they will cut you off. I recommend everybody to go to @SkyUK if they’re looking for a provider. Avoid virgin.
